Come to Me, My Weary One!
Beloved sisters and brothers. Many things in our lives cause sleepless nights of worrying, don’t they?
And what does this worrying accomplish?
Nothing but a weary body and mind and an anxious heart. I saw a person wrapped in a beautiful blanket of rainbow colors laying in the arms of Jesus.
I heard this:
“Beloved. Let not your heart be troubled. I want you to know, My Child, that I AM He who neither slumbers or sleeps.
Come to Me, My Weary One, and lay your head on My Shoulder and rest. Let go of the cares of the day.
I have promised My Beloved sweet sleep. My Supernatural Peace shall engulf and envelope you. There shall not one part of you be left vulnerable to the enemy for I cover you completely.
My Love is a Blanket of Peace wrapped around you, a Place of Refuge from the storms of life. I AM the Prince of Peace, the Everlasting Father, your Comforter.
The enemy whispers in your ear to WORRY, but I AM He who carried your pains and sorrows.
I AM He who carries you, even to old age. Let go of your worries, My Love, and trust Me to work all things out for the good.
Yes, even those things that seem impossible, for I AM the God of the Impossible. Stay snuggled next to your Abba Father, your Daddy God.
Come, all who are weary and I will give you rest. Forever, I hold you close to My Heart.”
ENGULF: Sweep over (something) so as to surround or cover it completely.
ENVELOPE: Wrap up, cover, or surround completely.
“For with God nothing will be impossible,” Luke 1:37.
“I have put My words in your mouth and have covered you with the shadow of My hand, to establish the heavens, to found the earth, and to say, ‘You are My people.'” Isaiah 51:16.
“He that dwells in the Secret Place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in Him will I trust. He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you will find refuge; His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart,” Psalm 91:1-4.
“Surely He hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed,” Isaiah 53:4-5.
“Behold, He that keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord is your keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand,” Psalm 121:4-5.
