I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the days are coming soon when God’s Word will come to pass, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon the Great!
  She has become a den for demons, a haunt for EVERY unclean spirit and for EVERY unclean bird and for EVERY unclean and detestable beast!
  For ALL the Nations have drunk of the wine of the FURY of her immorality.”
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is calling, “COME OUT of her, My People, lest you participate in her sins and receive her plagues!
  For her sins have piled up to Heaven, and God has REMEMBERED her crimes.
  Pay her back just as she has paid out, and giver her back DOUBLE for her deeds!”
• I decree and declare the spirit of Babylon is visible throughout the Earth, where lies are told, deception is spoken of as truth, and the Gospel is watered down and negated.
  COME OUT OF HER!
  Have no part in the deception.
• I decree and declare the Whore of Babylon will be RUINED in a single hour.
  All who have made their living by trading with her and landing on her shores will stand at a distance, crying out, SEEING THE SMOKE OF HER BURNING.
  They will mourn, “Alas, alas, O great City – in her all who had ships at sea GREW RICH from her wealth!
  For in a SINGLE HOUR has she been RUINED!”
• I decree and declare we REJOICE over the Whore of Babylon; the Holy Ones, Emissaries and Prophets REJOICE!
  For GOD has JUDGED her condemnation of God’s People!
  So the Whore of Babylon, the great City, will be THROWN DOWN with violence, never to be found again!
• I decree and declare the Lord of Hosts/ Adonai-Tzva’ot is the One Who JUDGES RIGHTEOUSLY, Who tests the mind and the Heart; HE IS OUR VENGEANCE.
  For we have made our cause KNOWN to Him!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is about to PUNISH those who say, “You must not prophesy in the Name of the Lord/ Adonai.”
  The Lord of Hosts/ Adonai-Tzva’ot is about to PUNISH them!
• I decree and declare I PRAISE the Lord/ Adonai with my whole Heart!
  I tell about His WONDERS.
  I am GLAD and REJOICE in You, Lord/Adonai!
  I sing PRAISE to Your Name, Most High/ Elyon! As my Enemies turn back, they will STUMBLE and PERISH before You, Lord/ Adonai!
• I decree and declare Lord of Hosts/ Adonai-Tzva’ot You upheld my right and my cause.
  You sat upon the Throne, JUDGING RIGHTEOUSLY.
  You REBUKED the Nations; You DESTROYED the wicked – blotting out their name forever and ever.
  The enemy is FINISHED, in ruins forever.
  You overturned their cities – even the memory of them has perished.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai REIGNS FOREVER.
  He Established His Throne for JUDGMENT.
  He JUDGES the World in RIGHTEOUSNESS and GOVERNS the Peoples JUSTLY.
  The Lord/ Adonai is a STRONGHOLD for the Oppressed, a High Tower in times of trouble.
• I decree and declare Those who KNOW the Name of the Lord/ Adonai TRUST in Him – for He, the Lord/ Adonai, has NEVER FORSAKEN those who SEEK Him.
  We sing PRAISES to the Lord/ Adonai, Who dwells in Zion/ Tziyon!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ After these things I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth was illumined with his glory. ² And he cried out with a mighty voice, saying, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great! She has become a dwelling place of demons and a prison of every unclean spirit, and a prison of every unclean and hateful bird. ³ For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the passion of her immorality, and the kings of the earth have committed acts of immorality with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich by the wealth of her sensuality.”
⁴ I heard another voice from heaven, saying, “Come out of her, my people, so that you will not participate in her sins and receive of her plagues; ⁵ for her sins have piled up as high as heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities. ⁶ Pay her back even as she has paid, and give back to her double according to her deeds; in the cup which she has mixed, mix twice as much for her. ⁷ To the degree that she glorified herself and lived sensuously, to the same degree give her torment and mourning; for she says in her heart, ‘I sit as a queen and I am not a widow, and will never see mourning,’” Revelation 18:1-7, 17-21.

“²⁰ But, O Lord of hosts, who judges righteously, who tries the feelings and the heart, let me see Your vengeance on them, for to You have I committed my cause.
²¹ Therefore thus says the Lord concerning the men of Anathoth, who seek your life, saying, “Do not prophesy in the name of the Lord, so that you will not die at our hand”; ²² therefore, thus says the Lord of hosts, “Behold, I am about to punish them! The young men will die by the sword, their sons and daughters will die by famine; ²³ and a remnant will not be left to them, for I will bring disaster on the men of Anathoth — the year of their punishment,” Jeremiah 11:20-23

“¹ I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart; I will tell of all Your wonders. ² I will be glad and exult in You; I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High.
³ When my enemies turn back, they stumble and perish before You. ⁴ For You have maintained my just cause; You have sat on the throne judging righteously. ⁵ You have rebuked the nations, You have destroyed the wicked; You have blotted out their name forever and ever. ⁶ The enemy has come to an end in perpetual ruins, and You have uprooted the cities; the very memory of them has perished.
⁷ But the Lord abides forever; He has established His throne for judgment, ⁸ And He will judge the world in righteousness; He will execute judgment for the peoples with equity. ⁹ The Lord also will be a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble; ¹⁰ And those who know Your name will put their trust in You, for You, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You.
¹¹ Sing praises to the Lord, who dwells in Zion; declare among the peoples His deeds. ¹² For He who requires blood remembers them; He does not forget the cry of the afflicted. ¹³ Be gracious to me, O Lord; see my affliction from those who hate me, You who lift me up from the gates of death, ¹⁴ That I may tell of all Your praises, that in the gates of the daughter of Zion I may rejoice in Your salvation. ¹⁵ The nations have sunk down in the pit which they have made; in the net which they hid, their own foot has been caught. ¹⁶ The Lord has made Himself known; He has executed judgment. In the work of his own hands the wicked is snared. Higgaion Selah,” Psalm 9:1-16.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
