Declarations & Decrees: Clothe Yourself in Humility, for God Gives Grace to the Humble!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare to the Congregation Leaders SHEPHERD the FLOCK of God/ Elohim that is in your care, EXERCISING OVERSIGHT not out of constraint, but WILLINGLY, as God/ Elohim wants; and not out of desire for dishonest gain, but with ENTHUSIASM.
  Then, when the Chief Shepherd APPEARS, you will receive GLORY as your Unfading Crown!
• I decree and declare you who are less experienced are to SUBMIT to your Leaders.
  Further ALL of you should CLOTHE yourselves in HUMILITY toward one another, because God opposes the arrogant, but to the HUMBLE HE GIVES GRACE!
• I decree and declare you are HUMBLING yourselves UNDER the Mighty Hand of God/ Elohim, so that AT THE RIGHT TIME He may LIFT you up.
  Stay SOBER, stay ALERT!
  Your enemy, the Adversary, stalks about like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.
  STAND against him, FIRM in your TRUST, knowing that your brothers throughout the World are going through the same kinds of suffering.
• I declare you will have to SUFFER only a little while; after that God/ Elohim, who is FULL of GRACE, the One Who CALLED you to His Eternal Glory in UNION with Christ/ Messiah, will Himself RESTORE, ESTABLISH and STRENGTHEN you and make you FIRM.
  To Him be the POWER FOREVER and EVER, AMEN!
• I decree and declare to you who DESIRE GOD/ELOHIM, SUBMIT to Him; also TAKE a STAND against the Adversary, and he will FLEE from you. COME CLOSE to GOD/ELOHIM, and He will COME CLOSE to you.
  Clean your hands, sinners, and PURIFY your hearts, you double-minded people! Humble yourselves before the Lord/ Adonai, and He will LIFT you up!
• I decree and declare you will gather yourselves together BEFORE the Day of the Lord comes; before the Lord’s/ Adonai’s FIERCE ANGER comes on you, before the Day of the Lord’s/ Adonai’s Anger comes on you.
  SEEK the LORD/ ADONAI, all you HUMBLE in the Land, you who EXERCISE HIS JUSTICE; SEEK RIGHTEOUSNESS, SEEK HUMILITY that you might be HIDDEN on the Day of the Lord’s/ Adonai’s ANGER.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai DOES NOT FORGET the HUMBLE!
  Why does the wicked despise God and say in his heart, “It won’t be held against me”?
  The Lord SEES; for He LOOKS at mischief and grief, so that He can take the matter in Hand.
  The Helpless COMMIT themselves to the Lord/ Adonai; He HELPS the Fatherless.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is a KING FOREVER and EVER.
  The Nations have vanished from His Land.
  The Lord has HEARD what the HUMBLE want; He ENCOURAGES them and LISTENS to them, to give JUSTICE to the Fatherless and Oppressed.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Therefore, I exhort the elders among you, as your fellow elder and witness of the sufferings of Christ, and a partaker also of the glory that is to be revealed, ² shepherd the flock of God among you, exercising oversight not under compulsion, but voluntarily, according to the will of God; and not for sordid gain, but with eagerness; ³ nor yet as lording it over those allotted to your charge, but proving to be examples to the flock. ⁴ And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the unfading crown of glory. ⁵ You younger men, likewise, be subject to your elders; and all of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, for God is opposed to the proud, but gives grace to the humble.
⁶ Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time, ⁷ casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you. ⁸ Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. ⁹ But resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being accomplished by your brethren who are in the world. ¹⁰ After you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself perfect, confirm, strengthen and establish you. ¹¹ To Him be dominion forever and ever. Amen,” 1 Peter 5:1-11.

“⁷ Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. ⁸ Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. ⁹ Be miserable and mourn and weep; let your laughter be turned into mourning and your joy to gloom. ¹⁰ Humble yourselves in the presence of the Lord, and He will exalt you,” James 4:7-10.

“¹ Gather yourselves together, yes, gather, O nation without shame, ² Before the decree takes effect — the day passes like the chaff — before the burning anger of the Lord comes upon you, before the day of the Lord’s anger comes upon you. ³ Seek the Lord, all you humble of the earth who have carried out His ordinances; seek righteousness, seek humility. Perhaps you will be hidden in the day of the Lord’s anger,” Zephaniah 2:1-3.

“¹² Arise, O Lord; O God, lift up Your hand. Do not forget the afflicted. ¹³ Why has the wicked spurned God? He has said to himself, “You will not require it.” ¹⁴ You have seen it, for You have beheld mischief and vexation to take it into Your hand. The unfortunate commits himself to You; You have been the helper of the orphan. ¹⁵ Break the arm of the wicked and the evildoer, seek out his wickedness until You find none.
¹⁶ The Lord is King forever and ever; nations have perished from His land. ¹⁷ O Lord, You have heard the desire of the humble; You will strengthen their heart, You will incline Your ear ¹⁸ To vindicate the orphan and the oppressed, so that man who is of the earth will no longer cause terror,” Psalm 10:12-18.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
