Cling to Him! He is Your Anchor!
I heard, “Cling to Me in the midst of the storm, for I AM your Anchor!”
“Beloved. The world tells you to not be ‘clingy.’ But this is not what The Spirit is saying to His Bride.
Let your soul CLING to your Savior. Meditate on Me in the night watches. In the Shadow of My Wings, you shall sing for joy. For your God has come to rescue you.
My Right Hand upholds you. I will drive out the enemy before you. No man or demon shall be able to stand before you. We are joined together, My Child, We are One in The Spirit.
We shall put a thousand to flight, for it is I who fights for you just as I have promised. I AM your God, your Abba Father Who does great and awesome things which your eyes shall see.
Raise a Hallelujah in the presence of your enemies! Sing a little louder, louder than the unbelief. Cling to Me, Beloved. It is impossible for Me to lie to you, My Child.
You have fled for refuge under the Shadow of My Wings. I AM the sure and steadfast Anchor for your soul. You have come to My Presence behind the veil, where the Forerunner has entered for you, even Jesus, having become your High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.
Fear not, just Cling to Me, Beloved, for I will never let you go.”
CLING : To hold together, to adhere as if glued firmly: to hold or hold on tightly or tenaciously: to have a strong emotional attachment or dependence : to remain or linger (Merriam Webster)
CLING : Strong’s Hebrew H1692: cleaves, closely pursued. Deeply attracted, fasten its grip, follow closely, held fast, joined together, overtake, remain steadfast, stay close, stick together. (Biblehub)
“When I remember You on my bed, I meditate on You in the night watches, for You have been my help, and in the shadow of Your wings I sing for joy. My soul CLINGS to You; Your right hand upholds me,” Psalm 63:6-8 NASB.
“But you shall CLING to the Lord your God just as you have done to this day. For the Lord has driven out before you great and strong nations. And as for you, no man has been able to stand before you to this day. One man of you puts to flight a thousand, since it is the Lord your God who fights for you, just as He promised you,” Joshua 23:8-10 ESV.
“You shall fear the Lord your God; you shall serve Him, and to Him you shall CLING, and take oaths in His name. He is your praise, and He is your God, who has done for you these great and awesome things which your eyes have seen,” Deuteronomy 10:20-21 NKJV.
“Thus God, determining to show more abundantly to the heirs of promise the immutability of His counsel, confirmed it by an oath, that by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we might have strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold of the hope set before us. This hope we have as an ANCHOR of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil, where the Forerunner has entered for us, even Jesus, having become High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek,” Hebrews 6:17-20 NKJV.

Beautiful, dear sister ! And thank you for the choice of Holy Scriptures ! I want to re-assure you: I am singing as loudly and as possible during these days, when driving many miles in the car from workplace A to B and C…. One of my actual favourite songs is WAYMAKER by Leeland, and Hebrew songs by Eitan Katz, particularly “KI KAROV”. So powerful, but calming, too. I have long work shifts now, some are 10 h, and before or after it 2 h on another place. It’s ok, it is well. The comparison to Apostle Paul may sound strange, but I know both – having nothing, and having enough. ALL GLORY BE TO GOD !
