It’s Not All Their Fault!

Sometimes people are the way they are, because they were spiritually birthed into the Kingdom by a leader who had a good word, but no morals or integrity.

I have dealt with persons who truly thought some ways of sin were acceptable, because they saw their leader sin, but yet was used by God.

Many learned how to scheme the people out of money by watching the actions of those training them. Many are operating in operation of witchcraft, because they were taught works of darkness that were made to appear as revelation.

Some people never had anything to compare the works of bad leadership to, because they were never introduced to the truth, or saw the true works of God’s Spirit in operation until God open their eyes to the realness of His Glory and presence!

Some of us have to evaluate our spiritual leadership in this hour. Sometimes the reason why you have not advanced is because the wrong person is handling your spiritual upbringing!

Church Sheep Stealers

Enough said! He said, “go into the highway and hedges,” not into somebody else’s work!

The Church acts like they scared of the world, because all we doing is recycling the same people over and over again.

Instead of us winning souls, we just wait for the next Christian to get upset or hurt and then snatch them!

Runaway sheep and kidnapped sheep are never stable. Their body is with you, but their heart is everywhere else!

Now leaders repeat after me: THOU SHALL NOT STEAL!

Freely Received, Freely given?

You mean to tell me that you can’t minister to someone unless they have money in their hand?

You can give no prophetic word that could impact their lives, because they didn’t give you the seed you ask for?

You can’t let them be on the altar, because they didn’t come by the offering bucket?

You can’t offer people Jesus, unless they can afford to buy the tape you made that explains salvation in a deeper way?

Now tell me again, how much money did you have in your hand when you came to the altar?

Well, if salvation, healing and deliverance were free for you, then why are you charging the people?

The same God that saved you without money, is the same one that can saved heal and deliver them!

Put the money baskets up. Shut off the credit card machines. Remove that ATM and let the people receive salvation, before you take those three offerings!

Sharing in the Church

People, it’s time for everyone to get into their position, so that the weight of the vision is not on just one person.

For all your one-man shows, what you are doing, is not apostolic wisdom.

God never intended for one person to be the whole burden bearer! He won’t keep sending who you keep pushing away, and He won’t allow those to remain, whom you not allowing to do their jobs! Distribute the work properly and your spiritual back will stop hurting!

Leaders repeat after me:

• I will allow those vessels that God has sent to help me with the work.
• I will not be jealous or intimidated because they may know more than me or they more qualified in some areas than me.
• I will embrace my help and allow them to help work the vision, because I can’t keep doing everything myself!

Now let the people do their spiritual job!
