Declarations & Decrees: Christ/ Messiah Came as Foretold by the Prophets – He Is the Light to the Nations, Our Salvation!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare the Lord desires to show you FAVOR, He will have pity on you from on High.
  The Lord is a God of justice; HAPPY are all who wait for Him!
  Those of Israel who have been waiting for your Messiah/ Christ, your eyes are being opened!
  The veil is REMOVED!
• We decree and declare People in Zion, who live in Jerusalem, you will weep no more.
  The Lord has shown you His GRACE – He ANSWERS you!
  Your Teacher will no longer hide Himself, but with your own eyes you will see HIM!
• We decree all the People of the Lord will HEAR the Spirit say, “This is the way; stay on it, whether you go to the right or the left.”
  All God’s people will separate themselves from all that is UNCLEAN: the metal idols, the carved images, the worldly pleasures.
  They will STAND with their HEARTS CLEAN in the Lord.
• We decree, as the WAYS of the Lord are observed, the Lands will be blessed; God will give you RAIN for the seed you use to sow your Land; and the food that comes from the ground will be RICH and ABUNDANT.
  You will not lack!
• We declare the LIGHT of the MOON will be as bright as the light of the Sun; and the LIGHT of the SUN will be seven times stronger, like the light of seven days in one, on that day the Lord BINDS up the WOUNDS of His People and HEALS the bruises.
• We declare the Lord God, gives us His SERVANT, His CHOSEN ONE, in whom He takes pleasure. He put His Spirit on Him, He brings JUSTICE to the Nations.
  The coastlands wait for His Law.
  The Lord called Him righteously, He took hold of Him by the Hand, He shaped Him and made Him a COVENANT for the People, to be a LIGHT for the Nations!
• We decree the Lord Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah opens blind eyes, frees the prisoners from confinement, those living in darkness from the dungeon.
  He is the LIGHT and the WAY!
• We declare let all the People SING to the Lord a NEW SONG!
  Let His PRAISE be sung from the ends of the Earth by those sailing the Sea and by everything in it, by the coastlands and those living there. Let the desert and its cities RAISE their voices, SHOUT for joy, and CRY out from the mountaintops!
• We decree and declare the Lord raises the BATTLE CRY, as He TRIUMPHS over his foes.
  He has held His peace for a long time, NOW He will shriek; He will DEVASTATE mountains and hills, turn rivers into islands and dry up the Lakes!
• We decree and declare the Lord will lead the BLIND on a road they don’t know; He will turn darkness to LIGHT before them and STRAIGHTEN their twisted paths.
  He will do these things without fail!
• We declare Jesus/ Yeshua is the LIGHT of the World; whoever follows Him will NEVER WALK in DARKNESS but will have the LIGHT which gives LIFE!
  He came from the Father and has returned to Him, seated in the Heavenlies.
• We declare the only One who has come down from Heaven, the Son of Man, who had to be LIFTED UP, so that everyone who TRUSTS in Him may have ETERNAL LIFE.
• We decree and declare for God SO LOVED the World that He GAVE His ONLY and UNIQUE Son, so that everyone who TRUSTS in Him may have ETERNAL LIFE, instead of being utterly destroyed.
  For God did not send His Son into the World to judge the World, but rather so that through Him, the World might be SAVED!
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁸ Therefore the Lord longs to be gracious to you, and therefore He waits on high to have compassion on you. For the Lord is a God of justice; how blessed are all those who long for Him. ¹⁹ O people in Zion, inhabitant in Jerusalem, you will weep no longer. He will surely be gracious to you at the sound of your cry; when He hears it, He will answer you. ²⁰ Although the Lord has given you bread of privation and water of oppression, He, your Teacher will no longer hide Himself, but your eyes will behold your Teacher. ²¹ Your ears will hear a word behind you, “This is the way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right or to the left. ²² And you will defile your graven images overlaid with silver, and your molten images plated with gold. You will scatter them as an impure thing, and say to them, “Be gone!” ²³ Then He will give you rain for the seed which you will sow in the ground, and bread from the yield of the ground, and it will be rich andplenteous; on that day your livestock will graze in a roomy pasture. ²⁴ Also the oxen and the donkeys which work the ground will eat salted fodder, which has been winnowed with shovel and fork. ²⁵ On every lofty mountain and on every high hill there will be streams running with water on the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall. ²⁶ The light of the moon will be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun will be seven times brighter, like the light of seven days, on the day the Lord binds up the fracture of His people and heals the bruise He has inflicted,” Isaiah 30:18-26.

“¹ “Behold, My Servant, whom I uphold; My chosen one in whom My soul delights. I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will bring forth justice to the nations. ² “He will not cry out or raise His voice, nor make His voice heard in the street. ³ “A bruised reed He will not break and a dimly burning wick He will not extinguish; He will faithfully bring forth justice. ⁴ “He will not be disheartened or crushed until He has established justice in the earth; and the coastlands will wait expectantly for His law.” ⁵ Thus says God the Lord, Who created the heavens and stretched them out, Who spread out the earth and its offspring, Who gives breath to the people on it and spirit to those who walk in it, ⁶ “I am the Lord, I have called You in righteousness, I will also hold You by the hand and watch over You, and I will appoint You as a covenant to the people, as a light to the nations, ⁷ To open blind eyes, to bring out prisoners from the dungeon and those who dwell in darkness from the prison. ⁸ “I am the Lord, that is My name; I will not give My glory to another, nor My praise to graven images. ⁹ “Behold, the former things have come to pass, now I declare new things; before they spring forth I proclaim them to you.” ¹⁰ Sing to the Lord a new song, sing His praise from the end of the earth! You who go down to the sea, and all that is in it. You islands, and those who dwell on them. ¹¹ Let the wilderness and its cities lift up their voices, the settlements where Kedar inhabits. Let the inhabitants of Sela sing aloud, let them shout for joy from the tops of the mountains. ¹² Let them give glory to the Lord and declare His praise in the coastlands. ¹³ The Lord will go forth like a warrior, He will arouse His zeal like a man of war. He will utter a shout, yes, He will raise a war cry. He will prevail against His enemies. ¹⁴ “I have kept silent for a long time, I have kept still and restrained Myself. Now like a woman in labor I will groan, I will both gasp and pant. ¹⁵ “I will lay waste the mountains and hills and wither all their vegetation; I will make the rivers into coastlands and dry up the ponds. ¹⁶ “I will lead the blind by a way they do not know, in paths they do not know I will guide them. I will make darkness into light before them and rugged places into plains. These are the things I will do, and I will not leave them undone,” Isaiah 42:1-16.

“¹² Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, “I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.” ¹³ So the Pharisees said to Him, “You are testifying about Yourself; Your testimony is not true.” ¹⁴ Jesus answered and said to them, “Even if I testify about Myself, My testimony is true, for I know where I came from and where I am going; but you do not know where I come from or where I am going. ¹⁵ You judge according to the flesh; I am not judging anyone. ¹⁶ But even if I do judge, My judgment is true; for I am not alone in it, but I and the Father who sent Me. ¹⁷ Even in your law it has been written that the testimony of two men is true. ¹⁸ I am He who testifies about Myself, and the Father who sent Me testifies about Me,” John 8:12-18.

“¹³ No one has ascended into heaven, but He who descended from heaven: the Son of Man. ¹⁴ As Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up; ¹⁵ so that whoever believes will in Him have eternal life. ¹⁶ “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. ¹⁷ For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. ¹⁸ He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God,” John 3:13-18.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
