Declarations & Decrees: Christ/ Messiah Made Atonement for You – All Things Are Made New!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare all things of the Earthly Temple were PRECISELY SPECIFIED BY GOD ALMIGHTY/ EL SHADDAI to represent that which ALREADY EXISTED in Heaven!
  The sacrifices and furnishings also FORESHADOWED the Christ/ Messiah Who would MAKE ATONEMENT for the sins of all mankind.
• I decree and declare GOD IS HOLY and desired, from the beginning, to dwell among a HOLY PEOPLE.
  Because of man’s sin, there was a separation, strict regulations for approaching the Holy of Holies along with a sacrificial system in place to provide for temporary cleansing.
  God was TEACHING the People the SEVERITY of SIN and the importance of RIGHTEOUS LIVING: OBEDIENCE to God’s Words, His Commands.
• I decree and declare there is a GREAT PRICE TO PAY for complete ATONEMENT!
  Anything that man was able to do, at the direction of the Father, would CLEANSE, but only TEMPORARILY.
  The SACRIFICES illustrated the LIFE’S BLOOD that is required to make mankind RIGHTEOUS before God.
• I decree and declare OFFERINGS and SACRIFICES made in accordance with His Will and His Design are a PLEASING AROMA, AN OFFERING MADE TO THE LORD/ ADONAI by FIRE!
• I decree and declare those who DWELL in the PRESENCE of the LORD will be CONSECRATED BY HIS GLORY.
  Today, as we are WASHED BY THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB, ONCE FOR ALL!
  We are the consecrated TENT OF DWELLING for the Spirit of God.
  He lives with us: Gentile and Hebrew, as we become ONE in the TRUE VINE, Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah.
• I decree and declare you are People who OBEY GOD; you do not allow yourselves to be shaped by the evil desires you used to have when you were still ignorant.
  Rather, YOU FOLLOW THE HOLY ONE WHO CALLED YOU, becoming HOLY yourselves in your ENTIRE WAY OF LIFE, just as the Scriptures say: “You are to be HOLY because I am HOLY.”
• I decree and declare you LIVE YOUR LIFE here on Earth with FEAR and RESPECT for the Father God/ Abba Elohim Who JUDGES IMPARTIALLY according to each person’s actions.
• I decree and declare you have PURIFIED yourselves by OBEYING the TRUTH, so that YOU HAVE A SINCERE LOVE for your brothers, LOVE each other deeply, with all your heart.
  You have been BORN AGAIN not from some seed that will decay, but from ONE THAT CANNOT DECAY, through the LIVING WORD of God that lasts FOREVER!
• I decree and declare the Adversary, Satan, is NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO WIN in his battle against God Almighty/ El Shaddai.
  Although there is a battle, the Angels of the Most High/’ Elyon TRIUMPH; the enemy is CAST OUT AND HURLED DOWN TO THE Earth.
• I decree and declare God’s VICTORY, POWER and KINGSHIP, and the AUTHORITY of HIS CHRIST/ MESSIAH HAVE COME TO EARTH!
  The Accuser of our brothers, has been DEFEATED because of the LAMB’S BLOOD and because of the MESSAGE of THEIR WITNESS!
• I decree and declare the enemy KNOWS HIS TIME is SHORT; he is pursuing the Believers, to deceive and distract from the MISSION and DESTINY of the Lord upon your life.
  YOU WILL NOT BOW to the enemy’s demands, but are STRENGTHENED in the fellowship of the Chosen of God Most High/ El ‘Elyon!
• I decree and declare The Lord will give WINGS of the GREAT EAGLE to PROTECT His People.
  The Land comes to the rescue of His Chosen People.
  GREAT IS OUR GOD, WHO RAISES US UP ABOVE ALL PRINCIPALITIES and POWERS, in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁷ “You shall make a mercy seat of pure gold, two and a half cubits long and one and a half cubits wide. ¹⁸ You shall make two cherubim of gold, make them of hammered work at the two ends of the mercy seat. ¹⁹ Make one cherub at one end and one cherub at the other end; you shall make the cherubim of one piece with the mercy seat at its two ends. ²⁰ The cherubim shall have their wings spread upward, covering the mercy seat with their wings and facing one another; the faces of the cherubim are to be turned toward the mercy seat. ²¹ You shall put the mercy seat on top of the ark, and in the ark you shall put the testimony which I will give to you. ²² There I will meet with you; and from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubim which are upon the ark of the testimony, I will speak to you about all that I will give you in commandment for the sons of Israel.
²³ “You shall make a table of acacia wood, two cubits long and one cubit wide and one and a half cubits high. ²⁴ You shall overlay it with pure gold and make a gold border around it. ²⁵ You shall make for it a rim of a handbreadth around it; and you shall make a gold border for the rim around it. ²⁶ You shall make four gold rings for it and put rings on the four corners which are on its four feet. ²⁷ The rings shall be close to the rim as holders for the poles to carry the table. ²⁸ You shall make the poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold, so that with them the table may be carried,” Exodus 25:17-28.

“³⁶ Each day you shall offer a bull as a sin offering for atonement, and you shall purify the altar when you make atonement for it, and you shall anoint it to consecrate it. ³⁷ For seven days you shall make atonement for the altar and consecrate it; then the altar shall be most holy, and whatever touches the altar shall be holy.
³⁸ “Now this is what you shall offer on the altar: two one year old lambs each day, continuously. ³⁹ The one lamb you shall offer in the morning and the other lamb you shall offer at twilight; ⁴⁰ and there shall be one-tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with one-fourth of a hin of beaten oil, and one-fourth of a hin of wine for a drink offering with one lamb. ⁴¹ The other lamb you shall offer at twilight, and shall offer with it the same grain offering and the same drink offering as in the morning, for a soothing aroma, an offering by fire to the Lord. ⁴² It shall be a continual burnt offering throughout your generations at the doorway of the tent of meeting before the Lord, where I will meet with you, to speak to you there. ⁴³ I will meet there with the sons of Israel, and it shall be consecrated by My glory. ⁴⁴ I will consecrate the tent of meeting and the altar; I will also consecrate Aaron and his sons to minister as priests to Me. ⁴⁵ I will dwell among the sons of Israel and will be their God. ⁴⁶ They shall know that I am the Lord their God who brought them out of the land of Egypt, that I might dwell among them; I am the Lord their God,” Exodus 29:36-46.

“¹⁴ As obedient children, do not be conformed to the former lusts which were yours in your ignorance, ¹⁵ but like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior; ¹⁶ because it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.”
¹⁷ If you address as Father the One who impartially judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselves in fear during the time of your stay on earth; ¹⁸ knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, ¹⁹ but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ. ²⁰ For He was foreknown before the foundation of the world, but has appeared in these last times for the sake of you ²¹ who through Him are believers in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God. ²² Since you have in obedience to the truth purified your souls for a sincere love of the brethren, fervently love one another from the heart, ²³ for you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God,” 1 Peter 1:14-23.

“⁷ And there was war in heaven, Michael and his angels waging war with the dragon. The dragon and his angels waged war, ⁸ and they were not strong enough, and there was no longer a place found for them in heaven. ⁹ And the great dragon was thrown down, the serpent of old who is called the devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him. ¹⁰ Then I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, “Now the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren has been thrown down, he who accuses them before our God day and night. ¹¹ And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death. ¹² For this reason, rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them. Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has only a short time.”
¹³ And when the dragon saw that he was thrown down to the earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male child. ¹⁴ But the two wings of the great eagle were given to the woman, so that she could fly into the wilderness to her place, where she was nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent. ¹⁵ And the serpent poured water like a river out of his mouth after the woman, so that he might cause her to be swept away with the flood. ¹⁶ But the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth and drank up the river which the dragon poured out of his mouth. ¹⁷ So the dragon was enraged with the woman, and went off to make war with the rest of her children, who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus,” Revelation 12:7-17.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
