Chosen and Set Apart
The LORD is preparing an Ekklesia — the called out ones who will be known as the Kingdom of God in the world and in the Marketplace as well in the seven mountains of culture.
We shall be known as: FERVENT, FEARLESS, FAITHFUL, FORGIVING, and FRUITFUL.
We shall be set in place according to our Yieldedness.
When we do not Yield (give Him the right of way) to Him, we are actually resisting Him.
These are the STRONGHOLDS THAT WILL HOLD US STRONG. They have been forged into our hearts by the Father to arm us with HIS heart to bring victory over every issue we are facing in these end times.
We must endeavor to keep our hearts with all diligence. It is all a matter of the heart.
These FIVE weapons of our warfare are the incredible arsenal that we must embrace in this hour. We are being called to ARISE!
We are the CHOSEN AND SET APART ONES for this generation and for this time of great Awakening.
FERVENT? If you are FERVENT, you are displaying a passionate intensity.
What is your passion? The thing you are passionate about is your greatest gift and the one thing that you are constantly driven to perform.
It is the dominant quality that others see and is the framework of your personality. The LORD is intensifying your passion in this season to carry out your purpose.
So I challenge you today to think on these things regarding fervent and how it connects and produces EFFECTS and EFFECTUAL working of His power in your life.
“Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much,” James 5:16.
“For a great door and effectual s opened unto me, and there are many adversaries,” 1 Corinthians 16:9.
“Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power,” Ephesians 3:7.
“That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus,” Philemon 1:6.
FEARLESS ?
The fearless must first be willing and obedient. Their vision is not clouded by the fear of man or the desire for man’s approval.
They will see correctly because they are not walking in the spirit of fear..but love, power and a sound mind. They are able to see beyond any fear into the very realm of Faith to speak and call forth the unseen and give substance to the vision with no veil to blind them.
The LORD has been dealing with fears in the Body of Christ and just He said to Jeremiah, “Don’t look at their faces…”
He is saying to us, “Look past your fear and focus, fix your eyes on me for I AM giving you a single eye that will dispel all darkness.”
Why does God say FEAR NOT over and over to us? If we are fearless. We are free from anxiety about all things.
We acknowledge Him as the good Shepherd who tells us in Psalms 23:1 we shall not want. Also it shows that where our treasure is and it is HIS good pleasure to give us the Kingdom.
He is the King of Glory. He protects us as our shepherd and provides and guides us as King and Father.
So when we demonstrate fearlessness, we are magnifying WHO He is and why we fear not.
2 Timothy 1:17 says He has not given us a spirit of fear, but power, love and a sound mind. As we acknowledge Him as King and Father, we show the whole world that HE is all powerful as well as a loving Father. provides.
FAITHFUL ?
Are we full of faith?
Are we lingering to listen carefully for the instructions HE is giving us to carry out in faith believing?
He is looking for those who have chosen to live by faith, always reaching out taking hold of the words The LORD is speaking to us.. those who are moved by faith to take what is revealed by divine revelation despite the contradictory opposition of man. Our preparation is continual and ongoing.
Another attribute of God’s character is magnified when we are faithful. A person who is fearful is also exercising misplaced faith in the lies and deception of the evil one.
So I like to say fear is faith turned upside down. When we are being faithful, we are living by faith.
We are trusting in God’s faithfulness. The scripture says
“For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith,” Romans 1:17.
The Hebrew root word for faithful includes the idea of confirmation or proof. God always proves to be reliable when it comes to His relationship with us.
“If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself. He is a PROMISE KEEPER,” 2 Timothy 2:13.
FORGIVING ?
Unforgiveness is the one thing that will stand between us and The LORD. We must embrace forgiveness with the same heart as The LORD Jesus:
“Father, forgive them for they know not what they do….”
We must be willing and forgiving..first as an act of our will and in obedience to The LORD and then the walking out of forgiveness releasing yourself from the prison of hurt, anger and bitterness takes you down the path of total healing.
Will you choose to live by Jesus’ last words, remembering that He forgave and said, “They know not what they do”?
This speaks to me once again that we do not know our own hearts.
FRUITFUL ?
“You have not chosen Me but I have chosen you to go forth and bear fruit… fruit that remains.”
These words were spoken deeply to me by The LORD and I can almost hear the echo even now.
It is the heart of the Father that we should bear fruit… that we will show forth the fruit of The Spirit.. the very attributes of a Christian who walks in the spirit are love, joy, peace, forbearance (patience), kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
The Word says.. “by their fruit you shall know them,” Matthew 7;16. May we allow these to be seen in us in such measure that we have a bountiful harvest. May our fruit remain.
Our Fruit has it’s foundation built of who and what we believe and what we have chosen to willingly obey.
LOVE never fails.
JOY is our strength…. it is unspeakable.
PEACE passes understanding.
PATIENCE will have it’s perfect work that we lack nothing..
KINDNESS… I like to say Kindness is Love’s actions.. it is a sincere desire for the happiness of others and can be expressed in words or deeds.
It is true compassion, even just a spontaneous as a warm smile, encouraging word or a pat on the back to bring recognition.
GOODNESS leads us to repentance..we can actually taste His goodness.. (can others taste mine?)
FAITHFULNESS is immovable, unchanging and faith is the substance of things hoped for…
GENTLENESS is kindness in action .. Can we speak truth in love… releasing a strong hand with a soft gentle touch?
SELF-CONTROL Do I exercise discipline for momentary satisfaction to receive greater results.. can I say no to a weakness to gain control of my appetites or better still can I trade something in the here moment for something greater in the future?
We must stop and recognize our purpose, our weapons and walk in HIS plan for us now more than ever because of the times we are living in.
He is calling for a remnant.. the called out ones, the ones in the end time army of The LORD that will not shrink back, or make excuses but who will see themselves as overcomers who are equipped to pursue, overtake and recover all.
Gideon had 300 men… How many are there in this hour… are you counted in that number?
If so, will you say to The LORD, “I’m IN”?
