I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the AMEN, the FAITHFUL and TRUE WITNESS, the Ruler of God’s Creation, Jesus/ Yeshua, is speaking to all Mankind: I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING; you are neither cold nor hot.
  So, because you are LUKEWARM, neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth!”
• I decree and declare to you who call yourselves RICH not needing a thing.
  The Lord/ Adonai says, “You don’t know that you are the ones who are WRETCHED, PITIABLE, POOR, BLIND and NAKED!
  Buy from Me GOLD REFINED BY FIRE, so that you may be rich; and white clothing, so that you may be dressed and not have to be ashamed of your nakedness; and eye salve so you can SEE.”
• I decree and declare that Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah rebukes and disciplines everyone He LOVES; so EXERT yourselves, and TURN from your SINS!
  He is standing at the DOOR, knocking.
  If anyone hears His VOICE and OPENS the Door, He will COME IN to him and Eat with him, and he with Him.
  He will let all who win the VICTORY sit with Him on His Throne!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai KNOWS your HEART.
  Half-hearted mediocre gifts and actions are not acceptable in His sight.
  Keep your SIGHTS HIGH, turned toward the Creator of the Universe.
  Realize that all you have has come from Him.
• I decree and declare you will do what is GOOD and RIGHT, holding your Head high!
  If you CHOOSE not to do what is good, SIN is CROUCHING at the DOOR – it wants you, but you can rule over it!
• I decree and declare you who are COVERED by the Blood of the Lamb, submitted to His WILL are SAFE from the attacks of the enemy.
  As it was on the Passover night, remain inside the PROTECTION of the Lord/ Adonai.
  Do not assume that you can come and go as you wish.
  When danger is near and the enemy strikes, REMAIN in the Father’s WILL.
• I decree and declare you who LOVE the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah will keep your lamps trimmed and full of oil: walking daily in the FELLOWSHIP and LEADING of the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh.
• I decree and declare the foolish ones who say they are Christians but do not COMMUNE with the Lord/ Adonai daily will find they are left outside when the doors to the wedding banquet are closed.
  I speak PREPAREDNESS into the Atmosphere. May those who have been negligent WAKE UP!
  We decree an URGENCY within their hearts to SEEK out the Lord/ Adonai!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁴ “To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: The Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God, says this: ¹⁵ ‘I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot; I wish that you were cold or hot. ¹⁶ So because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of My mouth. ¹⁷ Because you say, “I am rich, and have become wealthy, and have need of nothing,” and you do not know that you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked, ¹⁸ I advise you to buy from Me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself, and that the shame of your nakedness will not be revealed; and eye salve to anoint your eyes so that you may see. ¹⁹ Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline; therefore be zealous and repent. ²⁰ Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me. ²¹ He who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit down with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne. ²² He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches,’” Revelation 3:14-22.

“³ So it came about in the course of time that Cain brought an offering to the Lord of the fruit of the ground. ⁴ Abel, on his part also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of their fat portions. And the Lord had regard for Abel and for his offering; ⁵ but for Cain and for his offering He had no regard. So Cain became very angry and his countenance fell. ⁶ Then the Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen? ⁷ If you do well, will not your countenance be lifted up? And if you do not do well, sin is crouching at the door; and its desire is for you, but you must master it.” ⁸ Cain told Abel his brother. And it came about when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother and killed him,” Genesis 4:3-8.

“⁶ You shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the same month, then the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel is to kill it at twilight. ⁷ Moreover, they shall take some of the blood and put it on the two doorposts and on the lintel of the houses in which they eat it. ⁸ They shall eat the flesh that same night, roasted with fire, and they shall eat it with unleavened bread and bitter herbs. ⁹ Do not eat any of it raw or boiled at all with water, but rather roasted with fire, both its head and its legs along with its entrails. ¹⁰ And you shall not leave any of it over until morning, but whatever is left of it until morning, you shall burn with fire. ¹¹ Now you shall eat it in this manner: with your loins girded, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and you shall eat it in haste—it is the Lord’s Passover. ¹² For I will go through the land of Egypt on that night, and will strike down all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgments — I am the Lord. ¹³ The blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you live; and when I see the blood I will pass over you, and no plague will befall you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt.
¹⁴ ‘Now this day will be a memorial to you, and you shall celebrate it as a feast to the Lord; throughout your generations you are to celebrate it as a permanent ordinance,” Exodus 12:6-14.

“¹ “Then the kingdom of heaven will be comparable to ten virgins, who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. ² Five of them were foolish, and five were prudent. ³ For when the foolish took their lamps, they took no oil with them, ⁴ but rudent took oil in flasks along with their lamps. ⁵ Now while the bridegroom was delaying, they all got drowsy and began to sleep. ⁶ But at midnight there was a shout, ‘Behold, the bridegroom! Come out to meet him.’ ⁷ Then all those virgins rose and trimmed their lamps. ⁸ The foolish said to the prudent, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ ⁹ But the prudent answered, ‘No, there will not be enough for us and you too; go instead to the dealers and buy or yourselves.’ ¹⁰ And while they were going away to make the purchase, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding feast; and the door was shut. ¹¹ Later the other virgins also came, saying, ‘Lord, lord, open up for us.’ ¹² But he answered, ‘Truly I say to you, I do not know you.’ ¹³ Be on the alert then, for you do not know the day nor the hour,” Matthew 25:1-13.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
