“Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has Righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has Light with darkness? And what accord has CHRIST with belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? And what agreement has The Temple of GOD with idols? For you are The Temple of The Living GOD. As GOD has said: “I will dwell in them And walk among them . I will be their GOD, And they shall be My people.” Therefore “Come out from among them and be separate, says THE LORD. Do not touch what is unclean, And I will receive you.” “I will be a FATHER to you, And you shall be My sons and daughters, Says THE LORD ALMIGHTY.” 2 Corinthians 6:14-18 emphasis added.

“And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them.” Ephesians 5:11.

The Chinese new year is coming up. And all the annual excitement and activities are in full swing in the Chinese community all over the world.

But if you are a child of GOD, you should have nothing to do with it. For it is divination.

The Chinese new year is based on the zodiac in astrology — which is divination claiming to use star constellations to predict the future. These are utter lies by the liar and father of lies: the devil. Only GOD knows the future and things to come.

“You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, THE LORD your GOD, am a jealous GOD, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.” Exodus 20:4-6.

The zodiac supposedly has twelve signs corresponding to star constellations — a complete demonic fabrication to steal, kill and destroy.

According to Wikipedia, ”The English word zodiac derives from zōdiacus, the Latinized form of the Ancient Greek zōidiakòs kýklos (ζῳδιακός κύκλος), meaning “cycle or circle of little animals”. Zōidion (ζῴδιον) is the diminutive of zōion (ζῷον, “animal”). The name reflects the prominence of animals (and mythological hybrids) among the twelve signs.”

The zodiac originated from Babylonian demon worship. It was amplified and prominent in the worship of Egyptian gods such as set (a god of deserts, storms, disorder, violence, and foreigners).

The Chinese new year is based on the Chinese zodiac. It is a mass worship of the dragon, also called the devil and Satan.

It is NOT a cultural celebration. It is a demonic covenant of worship and oppression of the devil.

Discerning believers know and testify of this.

A dear and fervent Chinese sister in another country shared the following testimony with me in an email many days ago.

She wrote:

“Chinese new year is coming. I often find the demonic spirits are most active during this time. My mom likes to keep a lot of Chinese culture during this time of the year. […] Last year, I bought some new years stuffs, and some relatives gave some. Usually we do gift exchange before Chinese new year. I find myself sweating a lot when I [get] near to those things in the house, till I got rid of them. I also find my mom would be in deep depression when she is near to such things. I tried to tell her but she doesn’t believe what I say. Please pray that mom will be OK not celebrating Chinese new year.”

Celebrating demonic things in the name of culture is an express means for demonic invasion and oppression. It also opens the door to general curse, (Exodus 20:4-6).

“Beware lest anyone take you captive through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to CHRIST.” Colossians 2:8.

In JESUS’ NAME, LORD I repent for my personal, parental and ancestral sins of celebrating Chinese new year and the associated sins and abominations.

Please forgive me.

By THE BLOOD OF JESUS, redeem and cleanse my life and my bloodline from all of them.

Redeem, release, set me free and purify me from all yokes, strongholds, soul-ties, sins, shame, schemes, pursuits, persecutions, passions, hindrances, harassments, fellowships, distractions, disguises, devices, detours, destructions, desires, demons, demands, delays, defilements, deaths, curses, covenants, contracts, consequences, communions, claims, captivities, bandages, agreements and accords thereof.

Now, in JESUS’ NAME, I renounce you the dragon, zodiac and all your covenants, organs, associations, attachments, connections, collaborations and partnerships.

And I command you in THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST, to immediately restore to me sevenfold all that you stole from me, my parents and my ancestors.

Jacob, an apostle of JESUS CHRIST by The Will of GOD, according to The Promise of Life which is in CHRIST JESUS, (2 Timothy 1:1).
Like John, I like to put my head to The Heart of JESUS so as to know and do His Will always. What’s in His Heart is what matters now and FOREVER. His Heart’s Desire is my only desire.

And like Paul, Jacob is “the prisoner of CHRIST JESUS” (Ephesians 3:1) for His Purpose forever: to obey Him always.
NB. Surely, “the disciple whom JESUS loves” and “the prisoner of CHRIST JESUS”, like ALL The Promises of GOD, are available to every believer to obtain, just as John and Paul did.
“And having been perfected, He became The Author of Eternal Salvation to all who obey Him,” Hebrews 5:9.
