Declarations & Decrees: Children of God — Pursue Holiness!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare I have not received God’s GRACE in vain, for He LISTENED to me at a FAVORABLE TIME, and in the Day of SALVATION He HELPED me!
For all who HEAR: NOW is the FAVORABLE TIME and, behold NOW is the Day of SALVATION! - I decree and declare we give NO CAUSE for OFFENSE in anything, so that our Ministry will not be blamed.
But as God’s SERVANTS, we are commending ourselves in Every Way — in great ENDURANCE, in afflictions, in hardships, in distresses, in TROUBLES, in sleeplessness, in hunger, in PURITY, in KNOWLEDGE, in PATIENCE, in KINDNESS, in the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh, in GENUINE LOVE, in TRUTHFUL SPEECH, in the POWER of God; with the Weapons of RIGHTEOUSNESS in the Right Hand and in the Left; through Honor and Dishonor, through evil report and good report, and for everything WE PRAISE and THANK OUR GOD/ Elohim! - I decree and declare we DELIVER the TRUTH, yet we are regarded as deceivers; we are regarded as unknown and yet well-known; as dying, yet behold, WE LIVE, as disciplined yet not put to death; as grieving yet ALWAYS REJOICING; as poor yet ENRICHING many, as having nothing yet POSSESSING EVERYTHING!
YES, WE POSSESS EVERYTHING in Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, our Lord/ Adonai! - I decree and declare I have DIED TO SIN therefore I will no longer live in it.
All of us who were immersed into Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua were immersed into His Death, therefore we were BURIED together with Him through immersion into Death in order that, just as Christ/ Messiah was raised from the dead by the Glory of the Father, so we too can WALK IN THE NEWNESS OF LIFE! - I decree and declare, as we are JOINED TOGETHER in the likeness of Christ’s/ Messiah’s Death, so are we also joined together in His RESURRECTION — knowing our old man was CRUCIFIED with Him so that the sinful body will be done away with, so we NO LONGER SERVE SIN. For anyone who has died is set free from sin.
- I decree and declare I will not allow sin to rule in my mortal body so that I obey its desires, but rather I YIELD myself to God as one who is ALIVE from the dead.
For sin will not be master over me! - I decree and declare I CHOOSE to YIELD myself as a SLAVE for OBEDIENCE resulting in RIGHTEOUSNESS!
I no longer yield myself to sin which brings death.
By yielding myself to CORRECT TEACHING, and wholeheartedly OBEYING it, I have become a slave to RIGHTEOUSNESS, resulting in HOLINESS! - I decree and declare we have such a GREAT CLOUD of Witnesses surrounding us, and we are getting rid of every weight and entangling sin.
We are RUNNING with ENDURANCE the Race set before us, FOCUSING on Jesus/ Yeshua, the INITIATOR and PERFECTER of Faith. - I decree and declare it is for DISCIPLINE that I endure.
God is treating me as His Child — for fathers will discipline their children. All discipline seems painful at the moment — not joyful, but later it YIELDS the PEACEFUL FRUIT of RIGHTEOUSNESS to those who have been TRAINED by it. - I decree and declare I will PURSUE PEACE/ SHALOM with Everyone, and the HOLINESS without which no one will see the Lord/ Adonai.
I desire that none should fall short of the GRACE of God, and that no bitter root springs up and causes trouble, and by it many be defiled. - I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“1 And working together with Him, we also urge you not to receive the grace of God in vain — 2 for He says, “At the acceptable time I listened to you, and on the day of salvation I helped you.”
Behold, now is “the acceptable time,” behold, now is “the day of salvation” — 3 giving no cause for offense in anything, so that the ministry will not be discredited, 4 but in everything commending ourselves as servants of God, in much endurance, in afflictions, in hardships, in distresses, 5 in beatings, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labors, in sleeplessness, in hunger, 6 in purity, in knowledge, in patience, in kindness, in the Holy Spirit, in genuine love, 7 in the word of truth, in the power of God; by the weapons of righteousness for the right hand and the left, 8 by glory and dishonor, by evil report and good report; regarded as deceivers and yet true; 9 as unknown yet well-known, as dying yet behold, we live; as punished yet not put to death, 10 as sorrowful yet always rejoicing, as poor yet making many rich, as having nothing yet possessing all things,” 2 Corinthians 6:1-10.
“1 What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin so that grace may increase? 2 May it never be! How shall we who died to sin still live in it? 3 Or do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus have been baptized into His death? 4 Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life. 5 For if we have become united with Him in the likeness of His death, certainly we shall also be in the likeness of His resurrection, 6 knowing this, that our old self was crucified with Him, in order that our body of sin might be done away with, so that we would no longer be slaves to sin; 7 for he who has died is freed from sin.
8 Now if we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, 9 knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, is never to die again; death no longer is master over Him. 10 For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. 11 Even so consider yourselves to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.
12 Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its lusts, 13 and do not go on presenting the members of your body to sin as instruments of unrighteousness; but present yourselves to God as those alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. 14 For sin shall not be master over you, for you are not under law but under grace.
15 What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? May it never be! 16 Do you not know that when you present yourselves to someone as slaves for obedience, you are slaves of the one whom you obey, either of sin resulting in death, or of obedience resulting in righteousness? 17 But thanks be to God that though you were slaves of sin, you became obedient from the heart to that form of teaching to which you were committed, 18 and having been freed from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. 19 I am speaking in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you presented your members as slaves to impurity and to lawlessness, resulting in further lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves to righteousness, resulting in sanctification.
20 For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness. 21 Therefore what benefit were you then deriving from the things of which you are now ashamed? For the outcome of those things is death. 22 But now having been freed from sin and enslaved to God, you derive your benefit, resulting in sanctification, and the outcome, eternal life. 23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord,” Romans 6:1-23.
“1 Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, 2 fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
3 For consider Him who has endured such hostility by sinners against Himself, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.
4 You have not yet resisted to the point of shedding blood in your striving against sin; 5 and you have forgotten the exhortation which is addressed to you as sons, “My son, do not regard lightly the discipline of the Lord, nor faint when you are reproved by Him; 6 For those whom the Lord loves He disciplines, and He scourges every son whom He receives.”
7 It is for discipline that you endure; God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom his father does not discipline? 8 But if you are without discipline, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate children and not sons. 9 Furthermore, we had earthly fathers to discipline us, and we respected them; shall we not much rather be subject to the Father of spirits, and live? 10 For they disciplined us for a short time as seemed best to them, but He disciplines us for our good, so that we may share His holiness. 11 All discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness.
12 Therefore, strengthen the hands that are weak and the knees that are feeble, 13 and make straight paths for your feet, so that the limb which is lame may not be put out of joint, but rather be healed.
14 Pursue peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no one will see the Lord. 15 See to it that no one comes short of the grace of God; that no root of bitterness springing up causes trouble, and by it many be defiled; 16 that there be no immoral or godless person like Esau, who sold his own birthright for a single meal. 17 For you know that even afterwards, when he desired to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for repentance, though he sought for it with tears,” Hebrews 12:1-17.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
