Declarations & Decrees: Cancellation of Debts — You Are Forgiven!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare CANCELED DEBTS for the Body of Christ/ Messiah!
In the Law/ Torah of God/ Elohim those holding the debts were to release them every seven years.
This is a LIFE PRACTICE for the Believer, not just every seven years.
Seven is the number for Completeness — Spiritual Perfection*.
I will have a Heart sensitive to the Lord’s move each day! - I decree and declare I will LISTEN to the VOICE of the Lord my God/ Adonai Elohai and will be CAREFUL to DO ALL the Commandments that He has commanded me.
For the Lord/ Adonai will BLESS as He has PROMISED: we will LEND to many Nations, but not borrow; we will RULE over many Nations, but they will not rule over us! - I decree and declare I will not practice my RIGHTEOUSNESS before others to be seen by them, for what I do is for my Father and His ACKNOWLEDGEMENT is all I desire.
My giving done in secret will be seen by my Father Who will REWARD me! - I decree and declare You, Father, know what I need before I ask You.
Father, may Your Name be SANCTIFIED.
Your Kingdom come, Your Will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Thank You for giving me my Daily Bread.
And forgiving me my debts as I also have FORGIVEN MY DEBTORS!
You do not lead me into temptation, but DELIVER me from the evil one.
As I FORGIVE others their TRANSGRESSIONS, You, Father, will also FORGIVE ME. - I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, You HEAR my voice.
Your Ears are ATTENTIVE to the sound of my supplications.
With You, Lord/ Adonai there is FORGIVENESS, so You are revered.
I WAIT for YOU, LORD/ ADONAI, MY SOUL WAITS, and in Your Word I HOPE! - I decree and declare we WAIT for the Lord/ Adonai.
For with Him there is LOVING-KINDNESS, and with Him is FULL REDEMPTION, and He will REDEEM us from all our iniquities! - I decree and declare I will help the one who has caused sorrow to the Body of Christ/ Messiah.
For to this person the punishment by the majority is enough.
So, I will FORGIVE him and ENCOURAGE HIM.
Otherwise such a person may be swallowed up by excessive sorrow.
We each need to reaffirm our love toward him. - I decree and declare THANKS BE TO GOD/ ELOHIM, Who in Christ/ Messiah ALWAYS LEADS US IN TRIUMPHAL PROCESSION, and through us reveals everywhere the AROMA of the KNOWLEDGE of Himself.
For we are the AROMA of Christ/ Messiah to God, among those who are being saved and those who are perishing — to the one an aroma from death to death, to the other an aroma form life to life. - I decree and declare I will not peddle the Word of God/ Elohim; rather, in Christ/ Messiah I will speak in the SIGHT of God/ Elohim with SINCERITY, as a person sent from Him!
- I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“1 “At the end of every seven years you shall grant a remission of debts. 2 This is the manner of remission: every creditor shall release what he has loaned to his neighbor; he shall not exact it of his neighbor and his brother, because the Lord’s remission has been proclaimed. 3 From a foreigner you may exact it, but your hand shall release whatever of yours is with your brother. 4 However, there will be no poor among you, since the Lord will surely bless you in the land which the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance to possess, 5 if only you listen obediently to the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all this commandment which I am commanding you today. 6 For the Lord your God will bless you as He has promised you, and you will lend to many nations, but you will not borrow; and you will rule over many nations, but they will not rule over you,” Deuteronomy 15:1-6.
“1 “Beware of practicing your righteousness before men to be noticed by them; otherwise you have no reward with your Father who is in heaven.
2 “So when you give to the poor, do not sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, so that they may be honored by men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. 3 But when you give to the poor, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, 4 so that your giving will be in secret; and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you.
5 “When you pray, you are not to be like the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on the street corners so that they may be seen by men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. 6 But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you.
7 “And when you are praying, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they suppose that they will be heard for their many words. 8 So do not be like them; for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.
9 “Pray, then, in this way: ‘Our Father who is in heaven, hallowed be Your name. 10 ‘Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. 11 ‘Give us this day our daily bread. 12 ‘And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. 13 ‘And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.’
14 For if you forgive others for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive others, then your Father will not forgive your transgressions,” Matthew 6:1-15.
“1 Out of the depths I have cried to You, O Lord. 2 Lord, hear my voice! Let Your ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications. 3 If You, Lord, should mark iniquities, O Lord, who could stand? 4 But there is forgiveness with You, that You may be feared.
5 I wait for the Lord, my soul does wait, and in His word do I hope. 6 My soul waits for the Lord more than the watchmen for the morning; indeed, more than the watchmen for the morning. 7 O Israel, hope in the Lord; for with the Lord there is lovingkindness, and with Him is abundant redemption. 8 And He will redeem Israel from all his iniquities,” Psalm 130:1-8.
“5 But if any has caused sorrow, he has caused sorrow not to me, but in some degree—in order not to say too much—to all of you. 6 Sufficient for such a one is this punishment which was inflicted by the majority, 7 so that on the contrary you should rather forgive and comfort him, otherwise such a one might be overwhelmed by excessive sorrow. 8 Wherefore I urge you to reaffirm your love for him. 9 For to this end also I wrote, so that I might put you to the test, whether you are obedient in all things. 10 But one whom you forgive anything, I forgive also; for indeed what I have forgiven, if I have forgiven anything, I did it for your sakes in the presence of Christ, 11 so that no advantage would be taken of us by Satan, for we are not ignorant of his schemes……
…….. 14 But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and manifests through us the sweet aroma of the knowledge of Him in every place. 15 For we are a fragrance of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing; 16 to the one an aroma from death to death, to the other an aroma from life to life. And who is adequate for these things? 17 For we are not like many, peddling the word of God, but as from sincerity, but as from God, we speak in Christ in the sight of God,” 2 Corinthians 2:5-11, 14-17.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
