As I was eating dinner last night, The Holy Spirit showed me something rather unusual.

He showed me people who were hiding out in camouflage clothing. Camouflage clothing is made of fabric with a mottled design which is usually in shades of green and brown and are used in the military.

It is worn to conceal and disguise people who are in hiding. It is also worn to deceive the enemy as to the presence, intentions and position of military formations.

The LORD is calling the body of Christ to take off their camouflage apparel and put on the armor of God. He is looking for people who will stand up against the agenda of the adversary and bring His agenda to our nation.

Then The LORD showed me Christians who are in hiding. Some were hiding in shame, some in anger, some in unforgiveness, some in fear, some in sin and some were hiding from God’s Calling.

In the beginning of time, God put two trees in the garden. He told Adam to eat from ‘The Tree of Life’ and avoid “The Tree of The Knowledge of Good and Evil”.

Adam and Eve disobeyed God and obeyed the serpent by eating from “The Tree of The Knowledge of Good and Evil”.

They didn’t know what sin or evil was, until they disobeyed God.

In Genesis 1, God told Adam to name every animal and He gave him authority over creation and every animal — which means that he named the serpent and also had authority over it.

But he lost his authority over it, and rather than ruling over it, he was tempted by it. Adam and Eve realized that they did wrong and they tried to hide from God.

In the same way, some of you feel as if you lost your anointing by giving into temptation. You are hiding from God in guilt and shame.

The LORD wants to restore you and give you back what He originally promised to you. Adam gave Satan authority, but all authority was given back to Jesus when He died on The Cross and made a Covenant with us.

The LORD is calling those of you who strayed from that narrow path back to Him. The choice is yours. Simply submit to God, resist the devil and he will flee.

In the Book of Judges, when the Israelites did evil in the sight of The LORD, The LORD sent the Midianites to defeat them.

They were so cruel to them so the Israelites hid in caves in the mountains. The Amalakites came along with the Midianites and destroyed their crops so they had nothing to sustain life.

They even took their sheep, ox and donkeys. They came in as numerous as locusts with their livestock, camels and tents to destroy the land.

As they cried out for help, The LORD sent a prophet to them. The LORD spoke through this prophet reminding them of all that He’s done for them but they still didn’t obey His voice.

He then sent an Angel to Gideon as he was thrashing wheat in the winepress. Gideon was hiding in fear from the Midianites.

Some of you are also hiding because you see an ambush sent out against you and you don’t know which way to turn.

When the angel appeared to Gideon and said: “The LORD is with you, you mighty man of valor!”

Gideon replied: Oh my Lord if The LORD is with us, why did all of this happen to us? And where are all His miracles which our fathers told us about, saying, ‘Did not The LORD bring us up from Egypt?’ But now The LORD has forsaken us and delivered us into the hands of the Midianites.”

Many of you said that you can’t understand why there is so much warfare if The LORD is with you.

But then The LORD told Gideon: “Go in this might of yours, and you shall save Israel from the hand of the Midianites. Have I not sent you?”

But Gideon still complained and said that his tribe was the weakest. He asked for a sign and The LORD gave him a sign. The LORD said: “Peace be with you; do not fear, you shall not die.”

This is what The LORD says; “Do not fear that which seems to be surrounding you, but trust Me to rescue you just as I did with the Israelites.

I AM raising up Gideons, mighty men and women of valor, who will not fear the onslaught of the enemy.

This is the season to stand on My Word. This is the time to stand in faith. Come out of hiding. Take off your camouflage garment and put on a garment of praise!” says The LORD.

The story goes on where Gideon had a mighty army, but The LORD made him downsize to 300.

They did as Gideon was instructed of The LORD and defeated all of the armies that were against them with a trumpet, a clay pot and a torch.

They didn’t even have to fight but simply obey. Some of their enemies began destroying one another and the others ran in fear.

The LORD wants to deliver us from hiding. He has given us a trumpet, a clay vessel and a torch which is the Holy Spirit abiding within us.

The LORD didn’t call us to be incognito, and He didn’t call us to hide our light under a bushel.

As we take off the camouflage apparel and put on the armor of God, we will defeat the enemy every time. We only need to be obedient and Jesus will fight for us.

“Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”” Genesis 1:26.

“And the Angel of The LORD appeared to him, and said to him, “The LORD is with you, you mighty man of valor!”” Judges 6:12.
