Declarations & Decrees: You Were Called Out From Darkness Into Light to Shine Forth God’s Truth in a Dark World!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare God’s CREATION PROGRESSES from darkness to light, from less to more, from lack to abundance.
  We speak LIGHT, MORE and ABUNDANCE into our own lives, in Jesus’ Name!
• We decree and declare YOU are LIGHT as you are UNITED with the Lord.
  You live as Children of the Light, for the FRUIT of Light is every kind of GOODNESS, RIGHTNESS and TRUTH. This is what pleases the Lord.
• We decree and declare YOU will have nothing to do with the deeds produced by darkness, but instead you will EXPOSE them.
  Everything exposed to the LIGHT is revealed clearly for what it is, since anything REVEALED is a Light.
• We decree you are paying careful ATTENTION to your conduct – live WISELY, not unwisely.
  Use your TIME well, for these are evil days.
  Don’t be foolish, but SEEK to UNDERSTAND the will of the Lord!
• We decree and declare God CALLED YOU OUT of darkness into His WONDERFUL LIGHT in order for you to DECLARE His praises.
  You are His CHOSEN PEOPLE, the King’s Priests, a Holy Nation, a People for God to POSSESS!
• We declare the GREATNESS of Our God.
  Once you were not a people, but now you are God’s People, before you had not received mercy, but now you have received MERCY.
  You are ALIENS and TEMPORARY residents; do not give in to the desires of your old nature, but LIVE such GOOD lives among the pagans that even they, as a result of seeing your good actions, will give glory to God on the Day of His coming.
• We declare it is good to REMIND you about these things, even though you know them and are FIRMLY ESTABLISHED in the TRUTH you already have.
  It is RIGHT to keep STIRRING you up with REMINDERS, as long as we are in these bodies.
• We decree and declare the TEACHINGS of our Lord Jesus Christ/Yeshua Messiah are not expressed with cunningly contrived myths.
  We testify that we have seen His MAJESTY with our own eyes.
  His BREATH and HEALING have entered our own bodies to give LIFE and RESTORATION where there had been death and weakness.
• We decree and declare we heard the VOICE of the Father speaking to use while in prayer; seeking His PRESENCE above all others.
  The prophetic Word of Scripture is made very CERTAIN.
  You will pay attention to it as to a LIGHT SHINING in a dark, murky place, until the Day dawns and the Morning Star rises in your hearts.
• We declare PRAISED be God, Father of our Lord Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah, COMPASSIONATE Father, God of all ENCOURAGEMENT and COMFORT, Who encourages us in all our trials, so that we can ENCOURAGE others in whatever trials they may be undergoing with the encouragement we ourselves have received from God.
• We decree and declare for just as Christ’s/ Messiah’s sufferings overflow into us, so through Christ/ Messiah our ENCOURAGEMENT also OVERFLOWS.
  As we undergo trials, it is for your ENCOURAGEMENT and DELIVERANCE; and if we are encouraged, that should encourage you when you have to endure sufferings like those we are experiencing.
• We decree and declare our HOPE for you REMAINS staunch, because we KNOW that as you SHARE in the sufferings, you will also SHARE in the ENCOURAGEMENT.
• We decree STRENGTH and STEADFASTNESS to you who are suffering persecution, burdens far beyond what you feel they can bear; it is to get you to RELY not on themselves but on GOD, who raises the dead.
  God has RESCUED you from deadly peril and He will rescue you again.
• We decree and declare the One in Whom we place our HOPE will indeed continue to RESCUE us.
  Let us all CONTINUE to PRAY for those in need, those facing difficulties and persecution.
  For the more People that are praying, the more People there will be to give thanks when their prayers are answered.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. ² The earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters. ³ Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. ⁴ God saw that the light was good; and God separated the light from the darkness. ⁵ God called the light day, and the darkness He called night. And there was evening and there was morning, one day,” Genesis 1:1-5.

^“8 for you were formerly darkness, but now you are Light in the Lord; walk as children of Light ⁹ (for the fruit of the Light consists in all goodness and righteousness and truth), ^{10 [a]}trying to learn what is pleasing to the Lord. ¹¹ Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them; ¹² for it is disgraceful even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret. ¹³ But all things become visible when they are exposed by the light, for everything that becomes visible is light. ¹⁴ For this reason it says, “Awake, sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.” ¹⁵ Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, ¹⁶ making the most of your time, because the days are evil. ¹⁷ So then do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is,” Ephesians 5:8-17.

^“9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; ¹⁰ for you once were not a people, but now you are the people of God; you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy. ¹¹ Beloved, I urge you as aliens and strangers to abstain from fleshly lusts which wage war against the soul. ¹² Keep your behavior excellent among the Gentiles, so that in the thing in which they slander you as evildoers, they may because of your good deeds, as they observe them, glorify God in the day of visitation,” 1 Peter 2:9-12.

^“12 Therefore, I will always be ready to remind you of these things, even though you already know them, and have been established in the truth which is present with you. ¹³ I consider it right, as long as I am in this earthly dwelling, to stir you up by way of reminder, ¹⁴ knowing that the laying aside of my earthly dwelling is imminent, as also our Lord Jesus Christ has made clear to me. ¹⁵ And I will also be diligent that at any time after my departure you will be able to call these things to mind. ¹⁶ For we did not follow cleverly devised tales when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of His majesty. ¹⁷ For when He received honor and glory from God the Father, such an utterance as this was made to Him by the Majestic Glory, “This is My beloved Son with whom I am well-pleased”— ¹⁸ and we ourselves heard this utterance made from heaven when we were with Him on the holy mountain. ¹⁹ So we have the prophetic word made more sure, to which you do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star arises in your hearts. ²⁰ But know this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture is a matter of one’s own interpretation, ²¹ for no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God,” 2 Peter 1:12-21.

“³ Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, ⁴ who comforts us in all our affliction so that we will be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. ⁵ For just as the sufferings of Christ are ours in abundance, so also our comfort is abundant through Christ. ⁶ But if we are afflicted, it is for your comfort and salvation; or if we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which is effective in the patient enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer; ⁷ and our hope for you is firmly grounded, knowing that as you are sharers of our sufferings, so also you are sharers of our comfort. ⁸ For we do not want you to be unaware, brethren, of our affliction which came to us in Asia, that we were burdened excessively, beyond our strength, so that we despaired even of life; ⁹ indeed, we had the sentence of death within ourselves so that we would not trust in ourselves, but in God who raises the dead; ¹⁰ who delivered us from so great a peril of death, and will deliver us, He on whom we have set our hope. And He will yet deliver us, ¹¹ you also joining in helping us through your prayers, so that thanks may be given by many persons on our behalf for the favor bestowed on us through the prayers of many,” 2 Corinthians 1:3-11.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
