Declarations & Decrees: By God’s Spirit You Have Arisen Stronger Than Ever Before!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare YOU ARE NOT TO FEAR!
  Those things which the enemy meant to do you harm, God is TURNING AROUND for your GOOD – so that it will come about that many People’s lives will be SAVED!
• I decree and declare we SHOUT for JOY at Your VICTORY, Lord/ Adonai!
  You fulfill all the requests of His Chosen Ones.
  We KNOW that You give VICTORY to Your Anointed Ones – You ANSWER them from Your Holy Heaven with MIGHTY VICTORIES by Your Right Hand!
• I decree and declare we PRAISE the Name of the Lord our God/ Adonai Eloheinu.
  Our enemies will CRUMPLE and FALL, but we will ARISE and STAND ERECT.
  The Lord/ Adonai gives VICTORY!
  He ANSWERS us when we call!
• I decree and declare the Lord has placed you where you are, it is not a mistake; He has grasped your Right hand to SUBDUE the Powers before you and strip those in control of their robes, so that DOORS OPEN in front of you, and no gates are barred!
• I decree and declare You, Lord/ Adonai, go before me, leveling the hills, SHATTERING the bronze gates, SMASHING the iron bars.
  You give me TREASURES hoarded in the dark, SECRET RICHES hidden away, so that I KNOW that You, Lord/ Adonai, are calling me by my name.
  You are the God/ Elohim of Israel!
• I decree and declare and BLESS Your Holy Name, Lord/ Adonai, that it is for the sake of Jacob/ Ya’akov, Your Servant, yes, for Israel, Your Elect, that You CALL me by my name and give me a TITLE.
  You are SOVEREIGN and will anoint and bless any You Choose.
• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai You are BLESSED!
  You are my ROCK Who TRAINS my hands for war and my fingers for battle.
  You show me GRACE; and You are my FORTRESS, my STRONGHOLD, in Whom I find Shelter, my SHIELD, in Whom I take REFUGE, who SUBDUES People under me.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai NOTICES mere mortals; He THINKS about Humans.
  The Lord/ Adonai lowers the Heavens and comes down; touches Mountains and makes them pour out Smoke.
  He shoots out LIGHTENING and scatters them; sends out His ARROWS and routs them!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai reaches out His Hands from on High and RESCUES me out of deep water, out of the POWER of Strangers whose mouths speak worthless words and whose right hands swear false oaths.
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim, I will sing a New Song to You, sing PRAISES to You with a ten-stringed harp.
  You give Kings their VICTORIES; You SAVE Your Servants from the cruel sword.
  You RESCUE me from all my enemies!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁹ But Joseph said to them, “Do not be afraid, for am I in God’s place? ²⁰ As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good in order to bring about this present result, to preserve many people alive,” Genesis 50:19-20.

“⁵ We will sing for joy over your victory, and in the name of our God we will set up our banners. May the Lord fulfill all your petitions.
⁶ Now I know that the Lord saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven with the saving strength of His right hand. ⁷ Some boast in chariots and some in horses, but we will boast in the name of the Lord, our God. ⁸ They have bowed down and fallen, but we have risen and stood upright. ⁹ Save, O Lord; may the King answer us in the day we call,” Psalm 20:5-9.

“¹ Thus says the Lord to Cyrus His anointed, whom I have taken by the right hand, to subdue nations before him and to loose the loins of kings; to open doors before him so that gates will not be shut: ² “I will go before you and make the rough places smooth; I will shatter the doors of bronze and cut through their iron bars. ³ “I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden wealth of secret places, so that you may know that it is I, the Lord, the God of Israel, who calls you by your name. ⁴ “For the sake of Jacob My servant, and Israel My chosen one, I have also called you by your name; I have given you a title of honor though you have not known Me. ⁵ “I am the Lord, and there is no other; besides Me there is no God. I will gird you, though you have not known Me; ⁶ That men may know from the rising to the setting of the sun that there is no one besides Me. I am the Lord, and there is no other, ⁷ The One forming light and creating darkness, causing well-being and creating calamity; I am the Lord who does all these,” Isaiah 45:1-7.

“¹ Blessed be the Lord, my rock, Who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle; ² My lovingkindness and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield and He in whom I take refuge, Who subdues my people under me. ³ O Lord, what is man, that You take knowledge of him? Or the son of man, that You think of him? ⁴ Man is like a mere breath; His days are like a passing shadow.
⁵ Bow Your heavens, O Lord, and come down; touch the mountains, that they may smoke. ⁶ Flash forth lightning and scatter them; send out Your arrows and confuse them. ⁷ Stretch forth Your hand from on high; rescue me and deliver me out of great waters, out of the hand of aliens ⁸ Whose mouths speak deceit, and whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood.
⁹ I will sing a new song to You, O God; upon a harp of ten strings I will sing praises to You, ¹⁰ Who gives salvation to kings, Who rescues David His servant from the evil sword. ¹¹ Rescue me and deliver me out of the hand of aliens, whose mouth speaks deceit and whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood,” Psalm 144:1-11.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
