Declarations & Decrees: By Faith I Receive All That God Has for Me!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare FAITH is the SUBSTANCE of things HOPED for, the Evidence of Realities not seen.
  By FAITH we understand that the Universe was CREATED by the Word of God/ Elohim, so that what is SEEN did not come from anything visible.
• I decree and declare it is only by FAITH that I can PLEASE God!
  For anyone who COMES to God MUST BELIEVE that He EXISTS and that He is a REWARDER of those who SEEK Him!
  As with Noah, in HOLY FEAR I do the Work of the Lord: SPEAKING His TRUTH to the World that men might be SAVED.
  By doing so I become an heir of the RIGHTEOUSNESS that comes by FAITH!
• I decree and declare that it is by FAITH that I GO out, not knowing where I am going, as Abraham did.
  I will OBEY when I am CALLED.
  By FAITH I will TRAVEL to the Land of Promise.
  For I am waiting for the City that has Foundations, whose Architect and Builder is God/ Elohim!
• I decree and declare by FAITH I RECEIVE all that God/ Elohim has ordained for me.
  Though I do not yet see it, I RECEIVE IT.
  I DECLARE and WELCOME God’s/ Elohim’s PROMISES, with my arms open wide to RECEIVE!
  I will not allow anything to distract me from the BEST that God has for me.
• I decree and declare because we have a great High Priest/ Kohen Gadol Who passed through the Heavens, Jesus Son of God/ Yeshua Ben-Elohim, let us HOLD FIRMLY to our confessed allegiance.
  For we do not have a high priest/ kohen gadol who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all the same ways — yet without sin!
  Therefore I will DRAW NEAR to the Throne of Grace with BOLDNESS, so that I may receive MERCY and find GRACE for help in the Time of need!
• I decree and declare ASK and you shall RECEIVE, SEEK and you shall FIND.
  It only takes a Word from the Lord/ Adonai and it is ACCOMPLISHED!
  This is GREAT FAITH!
  I will TRUST in the Word of the Lord/ Adonai and will not doubt. (Matthew 7:7)
• I decree and declare AS YOU BELIEVE, so it will be done for you!
• I decree and declare you who have CLEAN HANDS and a PURE HEART may go up on the Mountain of the Lord/ Adonai — you may STAND IN HIS HOLY PLACE!
  You will RECEIVE a BLESSING from the Lord/ Adonai RIGHTEOUSNESS from God your SALVATION!
  Such is the Generation that seeks the Lord/ Adonai, SEEKING His Face!
• I decree and declare lift up your Heads, O Gates, and be lifted up, you EVERLASTING DOORS: that the King of Glory may come in.
  The Lord/ Adonai is the King of Glory: STRONG and MIGHTY, the Lord/ Adonai MIGHTY in Battle!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. ² For by it the men of old gained approval.
³ By faith we understand that the worlds were prepared by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things which are visible……..
……… ⁶ And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him. ⁷ By faith Noah, being warned by God about things not yet seen, in reverence prepared an ark for the salvation of his household, by which he condemned the world, and became an heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.
⁸ By faith Abraham, when he was called, obeyed by going out to a place which he was to receive for an inheritance; and he went out, not knowing where he was going. ⁹ By faith he lived as an alien in the land of promise, as in a foreign land, dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob, fellow heirs of the same promise; ¹⁰ for he was looking for the city which has foundations, whose architect and builder is God……..
………. ¹³ All these died in faith, without receiving the promises, but having seen them and having welcomed them from a distance, and having confessed that they were strangers and exiles on the earth. ¹⁴ For those who say such things make it clear that they are seeking a country of their own. ¹⁵ And indeed if they had been thinking of that country from which they went out, they would have had opportunity to return. ¹⁶ But as it is, they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God; for He has prepared a city for them,” Hebrews 11:1-3, 6-10, 13-16.

“¹⁴ Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. ¹⁵ For we do not have a high priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but One who has been tempted in all things as we are, yet without sin. ¹⁶ Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need,” Hebrews 4:14-16.

“⁵ And when Jesus entered Capernaum, a centurion came to Him, imploring Him, ⁶ and saying, “Lord, my servant is lying paralyzed at home, fearfully tormented.” ⁷ Jesus said to him, “I will come and heal him.” ⁸ But the centurion said, “Lord, I am not worthy for You to come under my roof, but just say the word, and my servant will be healed. ⁹ For I also am a man under authority, with soldiers under me; and I say to this one, ‘Go!’ and he goes, and to another, ‘Come!’ and he comes, and to my slave, ‘Do this!’ and he does it.” ¹⁰ Now when Jesus heard this, He marveled and said to those who were following, “Truly I say to you, I have not found such great faith with anyone in Israel. ¹¹ I say to you that many will come from east and west, and recline at the table with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven; ¹² but the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into the outer darkness; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.” ¹³ And Jesus said to the centurion, “Go; it shall be done for you as you have believed.” And the servant was healed that very moment,” Matthew 8:5-13.

“³ Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord? And who may stand in His holy place? ⁴ He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to falsehood and has not sworn deceitfully. ⁵ He shall receive a blessing from the Lord and righteousness from the God of his salvation. ⁶ This is the generation of those who seek Him, who seek Your face — even Jacob. Selah.
⁷ Lift up your heads, O gates, and be lifted up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in! ⁸ Who is the King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. ⁹ Lift up your heads, O gates, and lift them up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in! ¹⁰ Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah,” Psalm 24:3-10.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
