I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare it is by my ACTIONS that FAITH is brought to Life!
  For we know that if someone says he has faith, but does not have works, his faith is dead by itself.
  Rahab was proved RIGHTEOUS by WORKS when she welcomed the messengers and sent them out another way.
  For just as the body without the spirit is dead, so also FAITH WITHOUT WORKS IS DEAD.
• I decree and declare Father Abraham/ Avraham was PROVED RIGHTEOUS by works when he offered up Isaac/ Yitz’chak his son on the altar.
  His faith WORKED TOGETHER with his works, and by the works his FAITH WAS MADE COMPLETE!
  As he BELIEVED God/ Elohim, it was credited to him as RIGHTEOUSNESS and he was called God’s/ Elohim’s FRIEND.
  We see that a man is PROVED RIGHTEOUS by works and not by faith alone.
• I decree and declare when you FOLLOW the LORD’S/ ADONAI’S LEADING there is a SURE REWARD!
  You will not allow your current experience to block your FAITH, but rather you will DECLARE: “But at Your Word, Lord/ Adonai, I will do what You’ve instructed me.”
  Your REWARD WILL BE GREAT as you STEP OUT in OBEDIENCE!
• I decree and declare as you STEP INTO YOUR MIRACLES you will call to and attract others; they will SEE YOUR ABUNDANCE and they will be BLESSED also!
  AMAZEMENT will grip all who are with you, over the magnitude of the miracles.
  DO NOT BE FEARFUL for you will be CATCHING MEN rather than your daily labor.
  You will FOLLOW JESUS/ YESHUA and leave your daily tools and work behind.
• I decree and declare although, to those in the market place and congregations, you may not appear to be the “type” to have a call on your life, the LORD DOES NOT LOOK UPON YOU WITH THE EYES OF THE WORLD, BUT RATHER WITH THE EYES OF GOD, KNOWING YOUR CHARACTER and HEART.
  He SEES your beginning and your end.
  He is calling you, “FOLLOW ME!”
• I decree and declare I WILL NOT ALLOW the judgments of the World to dissuade me from FOLLOWING JESUS/ YESHUA!
  There will always be those who feel the need to put me down.
  I WILL NOT PAY ATTENTION to them.
  I WILL KEEP MY EYES on the Lord/ Adonai and DO WHAT PLEASES HIM!
• I decree and declare I will FOLLOW when the Lord/ Adonai CALLS me; I will GO where He LEADS me.
  I will IMMEDIATELY leave what I am doing and FOLLOW HIM!
• I decree and declare, because Christ/ Messiah LIVES IN ME, I will TEACH with the WISDOM of God/ Elohim, PROCLAIMING the Good News of the Kingdom, and HEALING every kind of Disease and Sickness among the People.
  Because of His Working in our midst, News of God’s Miracles will SPREAD throughout the region.
• I decree and declare I am RIGHTEOUS through my TRUST in God’s/ Elohim’s PROMISE — TRUST in the SAVING GRACE made available through the death and RESURRECTION of His Son, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua!
  The PROMISE according to GRACE is GUARANTEED to all Abraham’s/ Avraham’s offspring — not only to those of the Law/ Torah but also to those of his FAITH.
  He is the Father of us all.
• I decree and declare I will TRUST in HOPE BEYOND HOPE in the PROMISES the Lord/ Adonai has given to me.
  For with God/ Elohim, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE.
  I will not waver in unbelief concerning the Promise of God, Rather I AM STRENGTHENED IN FAITH, giving GLORY to Him!
  I am FULLY CONVINCED that what God/ Elohim has PROMISED, He also is ABLE TO DO!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁴ What use is it, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but he has no works? Can that faith save him? ¹⁵ If a brother or sister is without clothing and in need of daily food, ¹⁶ and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and be filled,” and yet you do not give them what is necessary for their body, what use is that? ¹⁷ Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead, being by itself.
¹⁸ But someone may well say, “You have faith and I have works; show me your faith without the works, and I will show you my faith by my works.” ¹⁹ You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder. ²⁰ But are you willing to recognize, you foolish fellow, that faith without works is useless? ²¹ Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered up Isaac his son on the altar? ²² You see that faith was working with his works, and as a result of the works, faith was perfected; ²³ and the Scripture was fulfilled which says, “And Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned to him as righteousness,” and he was called the friend of God. ²⁴ You see that a man is justified by works and not by faith alone. ²⁵ In the same way, was not Rahab the harlot also justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out by another way? ²⁶ For just as the body without the spirit is dead, so also faith without works is dead,” James 2:14-26.

“⁴ When He had finished speaking, He said to Simon, “Put out into the deep water and let down your nets for a catch.” ⁵ Simon answered and said, “Master, we worked hard all night and caught nothing, but I will do as You say and let down the nets.” ⁶ When they had done this, they enclosed a great quantity of fish, and their nets began to break; ⁷ so they signaled to their partners in the other boat for them to come and help them. And they came and filled both of the boats, so that they began to sink. ⁸ But when Simon Peter saw that, he fell down at Jesus’ feet, saying, “Go away from me Lord, for I am a sinful man!” ⁹ For amazement had seized him and all his companions because of the catch of fish which they had taken; ¹⁰ and so also were James and John, sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. And Jesus said to Simon, “Do not fear, from now on you will be catching men.” ¹¹ When they had brought their boats to land, they left everything and followed Him,” Luke 5:4-11.

“²⁷ After that He went out and noticed a tax collector named Levi sitting in the tax booth, and He said to him, “Follow Me.” ²⁸ And he left everything behind, and got up and began to follow Him.
²⁹ And Levi gave a big reception for Him in his house; and there was a great crowd of tax collectors and other people who were reclining at the table with them. ³⁰ The Pharisees and their scribes began grumbling at His disciples, saying, “Why do you eat and drink with the tax collectors and sinners?” ³¹ And Jesus answered and said to them, “It is not those who are well who need a physician, but those who are sick. ³² I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance,” Luke 5:27-32.

“¹⁸ Now as Jesus was walking by the Sea of Galilee, He saw two brothers, Simon who was called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. ¹⁹ And He said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.” ²⁰ Immediately they left their nets and followed Him. ²¹ Going on from there He saw two other brothers, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in the boat with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and He called them. ²² Immediately they left the boat and their father, and followed Him.
²³ Jesus was going throughout all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every kind of disease and every kind of sickness among the people.
²⁴ The news about Him spread throughout all Syria; and they brought to Him all who were ill, those suffering with various diseases and pains, demoniacs, epileptics, paralytics; and He healed them. ²⁵ Large crowds followed Him from Galilee and the Decapolis and Jerusalem and Judea and from beyond the Jordan,” Matthew 4:18-25.

“¹³ For the promise to Abraham or to his descendants that he would be heir of the world was not through the Law, but through the righteousness of faith. ¹⁴ For if those who are of the Law are heirs, faith is made void and the promise is nullified; ¹⁵ for the Law brings about wrath, but where there is no law, there also is no violation.
¹⁶ For this reason it is by faith, in order that it may be in accordance with grace, so that the promise will be guaranteed to all the descendants, not only to those who are of the Law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all, ¹⁷ (as it is written, “A father of many nations have I made you”) in the presence of Him whom he believed, even God, who gives life to the dead and calls into being that which does not exist. ¹⁸ In hope against hope he believed, so that he might become a father of many nations according to that which had been spoken, “So shall your descendants be.” ¹⁹ Without becoming weak in faith he contemplated his own body, now as good as dead since he was about a hundred years old, and the deadness of Sarah’s womb; ²⁰ yet, with respect to the promise of God, he did not waver in unbelief but grew strong in faith, giving glory to God, ²¹ and being fully assured that what God had promised, He was able also to perform. ²² Therefore it was also credited to him as righteousness. ²³ Now not for his sake only was it written that it was credited to him, ²⁴ but for our sake also, to whom it will be credited, as those who believe in Him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead, ²⁵ He who was delivered over because of our transgressions, and raised because of our justification,” Romans 4:13-25.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
