Building on Pure Foundations

Sometimes people are upset because a leader has to often confront issues within them which cause them to rebel against the process of being taught.

People don’t realized that often the blockage to us being able to grow and learn, is because of emotional and mental bandages that we have applied so that we don’t have to face the pain of them.

Many whom I teach and train, must go through deliverance first, because they have inner conflicts which must be resolved before they can receive the spiritual truths and revelations that are necessary for them to go forth in life to their destiny.

A good teacher sees more than your gifts and your anointing. They also see the hidden things of your soul that have damaged you as a person and caused you to rebel or be disobedient to the discipline and correction that is vital to your spiritual growth.

Often I lose persons who are assigned to me at the beginning, because they want me to exalt them for their gifting, when they don’t understand that it’s character, attitude, mindset and behavior that must be adjusted and aligned, so that they can maintain a lifestyle of holiness and righteousness that’s important to God.

People think sharpening their gifts is more important, but it’s the sharpening of those four areas of their life which must come first, before they can even begin to learn how to operate in their callings and gifting.

Breaking their stubborn and rebellious will and destroying the control of the sin nature that has ruled their lives aligning their mindset to the word of God comes first. Teaching humbleness and obedience are also two very important keys in the spiritual development of the people.

Often people come to teachers just to learn operations of gifts and callings, not knowing that a true teacher is there truly to shape the whole person. They understand that if they don’t develop their mind character attitude behavior that all the intellectual knowledge is going to be wasted, because they have not learned how to maintain themselves.

Education without discipline, will have you wandering your whole life, because you won’t have spiritually the four necessary components to maintain the gift, calling and anointing that is upon your life!

Obtaining the Victory!

God is sending an attack of conquest against all your Jezebel situations. Every bondage, every lack, every fear is destroyed.

Everything that was stolen is being restored. Your destiny has been loosed and your purpose can now be fulfilled.

You are about to go forth because what held you down has been thrown down. Those who challenged you, who helped persecute you, shall now come stand with you and fight for your breakthrough to come.

They will even bless you so that what has been hindered and blocked you can now be revealed and manifested!

Remember, before Jehu got to Jezebel, he had already destroy enemies that represent strongholds! The strongholds have been destroyed, now the ruling spirit is being conquered.

Somebody needs to shout with a voice of triumph and dance a dance of victory, because your Jezebel situations are being annihilated right now! Let your feet prophesy right now as you trample on that Jezebel spirit! Shout, “We have the VICTORY!”

Bring in the fruit Inspectors

Fruit inspectors are necessary in this hour. Too many persons holding positions that are spiritually unfit. It’s time to follow the word of God.

How come all your deacons are either committing fornication, cheating on their wives, stealing the money, cussing, fighting and drinking?

How come they are praying and then stepping outside to smoke a cigarette?

Didn’t the Word say even their wives had to have certain standards?

Let’s read 1 Timothy 3:8-13 again and set the proper persons in authority in the house of God!

“Likewise deacons must be reverent, not double-tongued, not given to much wine, not greedy for money, holding the mystery of the faith with a pure conscience. But let these also first be tested; then let them serve as deacons, being found blameless. Likewise, their wives must be reverent, not slanderers, temperate, faithful in all things. Let deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well. For those who have served well as deacons obtain for themselves a good standing and great boldness in the faith which is in Christ Jesus.”

Sometimes I think we can just pick out what we want in the Word and leave the rest!

If you are not called to Pastor, then don’t!

 

Now tell me again, how do you become a Pastor, when you don’t like people, don’t want to be around people, don’t know how to interact with people, don’t know how to talk to people, and are mad at everybody, because somebody hurt your feelings and stole your little crush from you when you were in the first grade and you been had the chip on your shoulder since they took your grade school girlfriend?

LISTEN REAL GOOD: If you have a hatred for people, you don’t need to be leading anybody!

Ministry is a public service and if you don’t have people skills, you certainly don’t need to be bothered with people. Remember, you will be dealing with all kinds of people from all walks of life with all kinds of personalities.

Just pray you don’t meet somebody like yourself, because it will be way better call the police before you kill each in another moment, or a casting out devils for days, in a situation in which it all depends on how much power the people have!

I’m just saying, your bad personality attitude and spiteful mouth may cause you jail time or bail time or grave time!

People, these days are on a tight fuse. If you are not called to Pastor, then please don’t!

We don’t need to be paying for bail and funerals because people are in the wrong positions. I had to talk a person out of shooting their Pastor because they talked to them crazy on a bad hair day.

People are under pressure and it’s not good to provoke them in this hour!
