“And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: every tree therefore which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire,” Luke 3:9.

This morning I woke up praying and meditating upon the LORD. As I did, my heart thought upon just how good He really is!

The LORD has not planted His people here just for show, but to bring forth fruit! I pray that if there is anything that is stopping me from growing and developing in Him, he would cut it down in this season!

For, there are many roads and bridges in our path and many times we allow the fear of people and other things in life, to stop us from being all that the father has for us!

God is patient and His mercy is everlasting, but He also will run out of patience when He sees our vines will bring forth no fruit!

For, I heard the LORD this morning saying, “Now will I sing to My well beloved, a song of My beloved touching his vineyard, (the LORD is singing a song in the ears of ALL that will receive this morning that it is time to bring forth fruit on your vine!)

My well beloved hath a vineyard in a very fruitful hill: And he fenced it, (the LORD has been a protection for you) and gathered out the stones thereof, and planted it with the choicest vine, and built a tower in the midst of it, and also made a wine-press therein: and He looked that it should bring forth grapes, and it brought forth wild grapes.

And now, O inhabitants of Jerusalem, and men of Judah, judge, I pray you, betwixt me and my vineyard. What could have been done more to my vineyard, that I have not done in it? (My heart weeps this morning because the LORD has been merciful to many of us and we still are like midgets in the LORD and we have NOT grown one inch!) wherefore, when I looked that it should bring forth grapes, brought it forth wild grapes?

(What do hinder you? The LORD is coming to cut down the hindrances on today and he is going to tear down ALL that is NOT like him!)

And now go to; I will tell you what I will do to my vineyard: I will take away the hedge thereof, (Get ready the LORD is coming like a might bulldozer) and it shall be eaten up; and break down the wall thereof, and it shall be trodden down: And I will lay it waste: it shall NOT be pruned, nor dug; but there shall come up briers and thorns: I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it.

The old folks use to sing, you had you’re chance you had you’re chance and if the LORD should call you home, you had you’re chance!

For the vineyard of the LORD of hosts is the house of Israel, (the church) and the men of Judah his pleasant plant: and he looked for judgment, but behold oppression; for righteousness, but behold a cry, Isaiah 5:1-7.

The LORD is speaking this morning and if you are not growing are developing in the spirit it is time to ask the LORD to reveal to you the; why? And, to ask him to root out the sin that and all the weights that so easily beset you in this season!
