Declarations & Decrees: Breakthroughs Are Here — the Fullness of Preparation and Time Have Arrived!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare Holy Spirit is moving BEFORE YOU.
  KEEP YOUR EYES ON HIM so you will know which way you should go — FOR YOU HAVEN’T TRAVELED THIS WAY BEFORE!
• I decree and declare CONSECRATE, PREPARE YOURSELVES, for the Lord/ Adonai will do WONDERS in your Midst.
  You are to be HOLY for God/ Elohim is HOLY!
  Consecration and Positioning in God’s/ Elohim’s Presence will allow your BREAKTHROUGHS or SUDDENLIES to arrive!
• I decree and declare as you MOVE in the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh, and He moves in you, be SENSITIVE to MOVE and STOP as He leads.
  Your actions will change the ATMOSPHERE and the BEHAVIOR of your surroundings.
  You will not doubt, but flow in His POWER!
• I decree and declare God/ Elohim the Creator of the Universe CREATED IT ALL.
  There is none who can fathom the Spirit of the Lord/ Ruach Adonai, nor instruct Him as His counselor.
  There is none above Him who could teach Him in the path of justice or teach Him knowledge.
  None has understanding above His.
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai is the Eternal God, the Creator of the Ends of the Earth.
  HE DOES NOT GROW TIRED OR WEARY; His understanding is unsearchable.
  He gives STRENGTH to the weary and to the one without vigor HE ADDS MIGHT!
• I decree and declare YOU WHO WAIT for the Lord/ Adonai will RENEW your strength.
  You will SOAR UP with wings as Eagles.
  You will RUN and not grow weary.
  You will walk and not faint!
• I decree and declare YOU WILL SEE the fulfillment of this word, that once the fullness of the Gentiles has come in, the partial hardening that has come upon Israel will be removed; and in this way all Israel will be saved!
  It is God’s Covenant with them, that He will take away their sins!
• I decree and declare O the DEPTH of RICHES, both of the Wisdom and Knowledge of God!
  How UNSEARCHABLE are His JUDGMENTS and how incomprehensible His Ways!
  From the Lord/ Adonai and through Him and to Him are all things.
  To Him be the GLORY FOREVER! AMEN!
• I decree and declare BLESSED is the God/Elohim and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua the Messiah, Who has BLESSED us with EVERY SPIRITUAL BLESSING in the Heavenly places in Christ/ Messiah.
  He CHOSE US in Christ/ Messiah before the foundation of the World to be HOLY and BLAMELESS before Him in LOVE He PREDESTINED us for ADOPTION as sons through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua, in keeping with the good pleasure of His will — to the GLORIOUS PRAISE of His GRACE, with which He favored us through the One He LOVES!
• I decree and declare once you HEARD the message of TRUTH — the Good News of your SALVATION — and put your TRUST in Him, YOU WERE SEALED with the PROMISED Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh!
  He is the GUARANTEE of our inheritance, until the REDEMPTION of His possession — to His GLORIOUS PRAISE!
• I decree and declare that the eyes of you HEART will be ENLIGHTENED, so that you will KNOW WHAT IS THE HOPE OF HIS CALLING, what is the RICHNESS of His glorious inheritance in the Saints/ Kedoshim, and what is the EXCEEDINGLY GREAT POWER toward us who KEEP TRUSTING Him — in keeping with the working of His Mighty STRENGTH.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁴ Yet there shall be a space between you and it of about two thousand cubits by measure—don’t come closer to it — that you may know the way by which you must go; for you have not passed this way before.”
⁵ Joshua said to the people, “Sanctify yourselves; for tomorrow Yahweh will do wonders among you.”
⁶ Joshua spoke to the priests, saying, “Take up the ark of the covenant, and cross over before the people.” They took up the ark of the covenant, and went before the people.
⁷ Yahweh said to Joshua, “Today I will begin to magnify you in the sight of all Israel, that they may know that as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. ⁸ You shall command the priests who bear the ark of the covenant, saying, ‘When you come to the brink of the waters of the Jordan, you shall stand still in the Jordan.’”
⁹ Joshua said to the children of Israel, “Come here, and hear the words of Yahweh your God.” ¹⁰ Joshua said, “By this you shall know that the living God is among you, and that he will without fail drive the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Hivite, the Perizzite, the Girgashite, the Amorite, and the Jebusite out from before you. ¹¹ Behold, the ark of the covenant of the Lord of all the earth passes over before you into the Jordan,” Joshua 3:4-11.

“¹² Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and marked off the sky with his span, and calculated the dust of the earth in a measuring basket, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance? ¹³ Who has directed Yahweh’s Spirit, or has taught him as his counselor? ¹⁴ Who did he take counsel with, and who instructed him, and taught him in the path of justice, and taught him knowledge, and showed him the way of understanding?…….
……… ²⁸ Haven’t you known? Haven’t you heard? The everlasting God, Yahweh, the Creator of the ends of the earth, doesn’t faint. He isn’t weary. His understanding is unsearchable. ²⁹ He gives power to the weak. He increases the strength of him who has no might. ³⁰ Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; ³¹ but those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint,” Isaiah 40:12-14, 28-31.

“²⁵ For I don’t desire you to be ignorant, brothers, of this mystery, so that you won’t be wise in your own conceits, that a partial hardening has happened to Israel, until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in, ²⁶ and so all Israel will be saved. Even as it is written, “There will come out of Zion the Deliverer, and he will turn away ungodliness from Jacob. ²⁷ This is my covenant with them, when I will take away their sins.” [Isaiah 59:20-21; 27:9; Jeremiah 31:33-34]
<²⁸ Concerning the Good News, they are enemies for your sake. But concerning the election, they are beloved for the fathers’ sake. ²⁹ For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable. ³⁰ For as you in time past were disobedient to God, but now have obtained mercy by their disobedience, ³¹ even so these also have now been disobedient, that by the mercy shown to you they may also obtain mercy. ³² For God has bound all to disobedience, that he might have mercy on all.
³³ Oh the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and the knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past tracing out!
³⁴ “For who has known the mind of the Lord? Or who has been his counselor?” [Isaiah 40:13] ³⁵ “Or who has first given to him, and it will be repaid to him again?” [Job 41:11]
³⁶ For of him, and through him, and to him are all things. To him be the glory for ever! Amen,” Romans 11:25-36.

“³ Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, ⁴ even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and without defect before him in love, ⁵ having predestined us for adoption as children through Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his desire, ⁶ to the praise of the glory of his grace, by which he freely gave us favor in the Beloved, ⁷ in whom we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, ⁸ which he made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, ⁹ making known to us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he purposed in him ¹⁰ to an administration of the fullness of the times, to sum up all things in Christ, the things in the heavens and the things on the earth, in him. ¹¹ We were also assigned an inheritance in him, having been foreordained according to the purpose of him who does all things after the counsel of his will, ¹² to the end that we should be to the praise of his glory, we who had before hoped in Christ. ¹³ In him you also, having heard the word of the truth, the Good News of your salvation—in whom, having also believed, you were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, ¹⁴ who is a pledge of our inheritance, to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of his glory.
¹⁵ For this cause I also, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which is among you, and the love which you have toward all the saints, ¹⁶ don’t cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers, ¹⁷ that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him, ¹⁸ having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, ¹⁹ and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of his might ²⁰ which he worked in Christ, when he raised him from the dead and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places, ²¹ far above all rule, authority, power, dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in that which is to come. ²² He put all things in subjection under his feet, and gave him to be head over all things for the assembly, ²³ which is his body, the fullness of him who fills all in all,” Ephesians 1:3-23.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
