Over the years there have been several books that have impacted my life in a significant way; to such an extent that it changed the way I thought.

Like many Christians, I have read much in the way of Christian literature, yet, relatively speaking, there have been scant few to impact me in a mighty way.

‘Surrender’ by Arthur Burt, ‘Release of Spirit’ and ‘The Spiritual Man’ by Watchman Nee; ‘There Were Two Trees in The Garden’ and other of the early writings of Rick Joyner have all served to change my life.

Charles Newbold explained my disdain for the Church System (ways of man) in his God-inspired ‘Harlot Church System.’ ‘Doing Business God’s Way’ by Dennis Peacock opened my eyes to my calling in business.

Now, there is a new kid on the block; a new writing that has confirmed what God has been saying to me for several years, and though it perhaps applies to those of us ‘called’ to the marketplace, its common thread, and need for understanding, applies to ‘the new move of God,’ and perhaps every true ‘calling’ on earth today.

I will offer a quote from the book that perhaps describes a sense of what God is saying.

The book I am referring to is ‘The Joseph-Daniel Calling’ by Morris E. Ruddick.

And while I realize that this calling is not ‘across the board’ applicable to every true man and woman of God, perhaps an understanding of the calling is!

God is causing an incredible transition in the earth in which ‘Kingdom’ men and women are being placed in visible places of power, influence, and material favor to fulfill His purposes in the earth.

Statements like this, have in the past, caused much consternation from those who consider themselves to be highly spiritual.

For some reason this raises the hackles on the necks of some of our readers; but I will not retreat from what I know God has been saying to me now for many years.

God is breaking down the religious barriers we all have deeply ingrained in us – who we talk to, where we go, what we do.

“What has darkness to do with light?” — a favorite scripture used when this subject is mentioned; and the answer is “NOTHING” unless God says it does.

If you don’t believe me, ask Joseph, Daniel, Jesus, or Randy Milligan, a modern day prophet who God uses in the gaming halls of Sin City!

God is doing something radically different in these days; and to those who will remain open to allowing God to ‘do it’ any way He wants, in them will He move and move mightily.
