Boring Church, Boring Youth Group & Life
BOOOOORRRRING ***
BORING YOUTH GROUP,
BORING CHURCH SERVICE,
BORING LIFE!
Routine is the mother of boredom but there is nothing routine in My kingdom, yet everything in the western church soon falls into the category of routine and ends up booorrring. In all My creating I have never made anything exactly alike, not a rain drop, not a snow flake, not a finger print, an eye, or a DNA, nothing in all My creation is identical to another.
You were not created to be comfortable with routine, but religious leaders do not have My creative ability, so they must copy and copy and copy, until everything becomes routine. Repeating the same ole, same ole, while the sheep starve for fresh new manna. Same building, same platform, same seats, same faces, same format, same songs, same messages, same time every time! Greet- three songs- offering- message- prayer and out, times 52 equals one boring year in any equation.
My kingdom is everything but boring, so if you are having a problem with boredom then somewhere you are out of line with My kingdom. Boredom times ten thousand churches and youth groups equals a bored generation of believers searching for the meaning of life. Because of church and youth group boredom, the tech industry is now prospering by the billions of dollars. Purchasing more lights, more sound effects, more props, more of the latest of every thing that can stir the emotions and rid Christian lives of the terrible boredom! The western church has become more insane that ever, year in and year out, doing the same things over and over and expecting different results!
They try more bible studies, more prayer meetings, more games, bowling, powerful worship, and even more seeking My presence, but it all eventually leads to the same old boredom, because it becomes routine! Peter was headed for a routine life, wanting stay in heaven’s glory permanently and I had to make him come down off the mountain to where the lost were! Matthew 17:4-9. You keep saying, more Lord, more Lord, I say, more of what? You already have all of Me you are going to get and your still bored with what you call a spirit filled life.
You speak in tongues, dance, sing and clap your hands and prophesy over each other and after a few months it still gets boring. Western believers commonly run from church to church, meeting to meeting, conference to conference looking for a new spiritual high! The problem is that all of the activity is centered around you and yours and how everything makes you feel.
A living vibrant and exciting church body is one that is constantly seeing new births and is consumed with a love for the lost. Every human is unique and has a uniquely different story, so there is nothing routine about them. I made it very clear that “I came to seek and to save that which was lost, lost humans” Luke 19:10.
So you put up a building and hope someone finds it! Why would you do anything different than Me? Notice, My mission was two part, seek and save! Seeking involves more than putting a sign out front of a building, or putting an ad in the news paper or on TV and Radio.
It involves more that leaving a track or sending out an email. It is actively looking for those that are I am drawing. If your child were lost would you stop at a news paper ad, or an announcement on the radio. No! You would be going door to door, search the malls, the streets, the woods, the fields, under water, in the brush, even in other countries. You would leave no stone unturned, seeking your lost one.
This is where your boredom will disappear! As daily the lost ones are found and brought in, My church becomes electrified with the excitement of new life. No expensive advertising, or equipment, just people loving people enough to rescue them from their hell. Now here where two worlds mix, each time one person is saved “there is joy in the presence of My angels over that one sinner that repents” Luke 15:10.
This interaction of the two worlds, lifts everyone involved to a spiritual plane that becomes addicting. The rejoicing of super beings in another world over what you are doing on earth sends spiritual shock waves into the souls of everyone involved. The spiritual adrenaline draws thousands of young and old and you call it revival, but I call it My never boring kingdom coming to earth!
Get out of your routine, get free from joy killing boredom; begin today fervently seeking the lost, and one by one, bring them to Me, so I can save them. I promise, you will never have another boring day as long as you live. Every service will be electrifying, every youth group will ignite with life. It will not matter if everybody has to sit on the floor in a barn, with nothing but a candle for light. When each one comes in, saying, “Rejoice with me; for I have found a friend which was lost, there will not be an ounce of boredom again.
[7] I say unto you, that at the same time, joy will bust out in heaven over that one teenager or inmate that repented, a whole lot more joy than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance, that are still looking for new stuff to keep them from being bored” Luke 15:6-7.
Everything will be different every time, because you are building My kingdom, My way. There will always be new faces, new people, new stories! Each one, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and new spiritual songs, singing with grace in their hearts to Me Colossians 3:16. Never again will you hear anyone say, BORRRRING!
