Declarations & Decrees: Bless the Lord Whose Throne Is Established in Heaven and Does Not Forsake His People!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare Lord/ Adonai, YOU are our DWELLING Place!
  Before the Mountains were born, before You formed the Earth and the World, from Eternity Past to Eternity Future YOU are GOD/ELOHIM!
• I decree and declare I BLESS the LORD/ ADONAI with EVERYTHING that is in me; I BLESS His HOLY Name!
  I BLESS Him and forget none of His BENEFITS!
  HE FORGIVES all my offenses, HE HEALS all of my diseases, HE REDEEMS my life from the pit and HE SURROUNDS ME with GRACE and COMPASSION!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai SATISFIES you with GOOD as long as you live, so that your YOUTH is RENEWED like an EAGLE’S.
  The Lord/ Adonai brings VINDICATION and JUSTICE to YOU WHO are OPPRESSED!
• I decree and declare the Lord God/ Adonai Elohim has made His Ways and Deeds KNOWN to Moses/ Moshe and the People of Israel.
  To you, who have HIS SPIRIT INDWELLING you, HOW MUCH MORE can you KNOW HIS PRESENCE?
  He is FOREVER with you; He will NEVER LEAVE you, NOR FORSAKE you!
• I decree and declare our Father/ Abba has COMPASSION on you, who FEAR HIM.
  For He UNDERSTANDS how we are made, He REMEMBERS that we are dust.
  The MERCY of the Lord/ Adonai on you who FEAR Him is from ETERNITY PAST to ETERNITY FUTURE, and His RIGHTEOUSNESS extends to your children’s children, provided you KEEP HIS COVENANT and REMEMBER to follow His PRECEPTS.
• I decree and declare the Lord’s/ Adonai’s Throne is ESTABLISHED in Heaven, His Kingly POWER RULES EVERYTHING.
  We BLESS the Lord/ Adonai, we join with His Angels, the Mighty Warriors who OBEY His Word, His Troops, who SERVE Him and ALL HIS WORKS, in Every Place where HE RULES!
  We, TOGETHER, BLESS HIS HOLY NAME!
• I decree and declare WISDOM and POWER belong to the God/ Elohim of Heaven alone.
  Blessed be His Name from Eternity Past to Eternity Future!
  He brings the changes of Seasons and Times, He installs and deposes Kings; He gives WISDOM to the Wise and KNOWLEDGE to those with Discernment.
• I decree and declare God Almighty/ El Shaddai REVEALS deep and secret things; HE KNOWS what lies in the darkness; and LIGHT dwells with Him.
  I thank you God/ Elohim for GIVING ME WISDOM and POWER, and REVEALING to me what I have requested of you! I BLESS YOUR HOLY NAME!
• I decree and declare you SEEK HIS PRESENCE ALWAYS!
  Glory in His Holy Name; you who SEEK have JOYFUL HEARTS; you SEEK His STRENGTH!
  REMEMBER the Wonders He has done, His SIGNS and His SPOKEN JUDGMENTS!
• I decree and declare you will REMEMBER His Covenant FOREVER, the Word He COMMANDED to a thousand generations, the Covenant He made with Abraham/ Avraham, the oath He swore to Isaac/ Yitz’chak and ESTABLISHED as LAW for Jacob/ Ya’akov, for Israel as an EVERLASTING COVENANT: to them He gave the Land of Caanan/ Kena’an as their ALLOTTED HERITAGE!
  God’s Word does not fail.
• I decree and declare SING to the Lord/ Adonai, all the Earth!
  PROCLAIM His VICTORY day after day!
  Declare His GLORY among the Nations, His Wonders among all Peoples!
  For the Lord/ Adonai is GREAT, and greatly to be PRAISED, He is to be FEARED more than all gods.
  For all the gods of the peoples are NOTHING, but the Lord/ Adonai made the Heavens.
• I decree and declare in the PRESENCE of the Lord/ Adonai are HONOR and MAJESTY; in His Place, STRENGTH and JOY! Give the Lord/ Adonai His due, give Him His due of GLORY and STRENGTH; bring an offering, and come into His Presence.
  WORSHIP the Lord/Adonai in SPLENDID, HOLY ATTIRE.
• I decree and declare BLESSED be the Lord/ Adonai, the God/ Elohim of Israel, from Eternity Past to Eternity Future!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Lord, You have been our dwelling place in all generations. ² Before the mountains were born or You gave birth to the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God,” Psalm 90:1-2.

“¹ Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless His holy name. ² Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget none of His benefits; ³ Who pardons all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases; ⁴ Who redeems your life from the pit, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion; ⁵ Who satisfies your years with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle. ⁶ The Lord performs righteous deeds and judgments for all who are oppressed. ⁷ He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the sons of Israel. ⁸ The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness. ⁹ He will not always strive with us, nor will He keep His anger forever. ¹⁰ He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. ¹¹ For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him. ¹² As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. ¹³ Just as a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him. ¹⁴ For He Himself knows our frame; He is mindful that we are but dust. ¹⁵ As for man, his days are like grass; as a flower of the field, so he flourishes. ¹⁶ When the wind has passed over it, it is no more, and its place acknowledges it no longer. ¹⁷ But the lovingkindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, And His righteousness to children’s children, ¹⁸ To those who keep His covenant and remember His precepts to do them. ¹⁹ The Lord has established His throne in the heavens, and His sovereignty rules over all. ²⁰ Bless the Lord, you His angels, mighty in strength, who perform His word, obeying the voice of His word! ²¹ Bless the Lord, all you His hosts, you who serve Him, doing His will. ²² Bless the Lord, all you works of His, in all places of His dominion; bless the Lord, O my soul!” Psalm 103:1-22.

“¹⁹ Then the mystery was revealed to Daniel in a night vision. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven; ²⁰ Daniel said, “Let the name of God be blessed forever and ever, for wisdom and power belong to Him. ²¹ “It is He who changes the times and the epochs; He removes kings and establishes kings; He gives wisdom to wise men and knowledge to men of understanding. ²² “It is He who reveals the profound and hidden things; He knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with Him. ²³ “To You, O God of my fathers, I give thanks and praise, for You have given me wisdom and power; even now You have made known to me what were quested of You, for You have made known to us the king’s matter,” Daniel 2:19-23.

“⁸ Oh give thanks to the Lord, call upon His name; make known His deeds among the peoples. ⁹ Sing to Him, sing praises to Him; speak of all His wonders. ¹⁰ Glory in His holy name; let the heart of those who seek the Lord be glad. ¹¹ Seek the Lord and His strength; seek His face continually. ¹² Remember His wonderful deeds which He has done, His marvels and the judgments from His mouth, ¹³ O seed of Israel His servant, sons of Jacob, His chosen ones! ¹⁴ He is the Lord our God; His judgments are in all the earth. ¹⁵ Remember His covenant forever, the word which He commanded to a thousand generations, ¹⁶ The covenant which He made with Abraham, and His oath to Isaac. ¹⁷ He also confirmed it to Jacob for a statute, to Israel as an everlasting covenant, ¹⁸ Saying, “To you I will give the land of Canaan, as the portion of your inheritance.” ¹⁹ When they were only a few in number, very few, and strangers in it, ²⁰ And they wandered about from nation to nation, and from one kingdom to another people, ²¹ He permitted no man to oppress them, and He reproved kings for their sakes, saying, ²² “Do not touch My anointed ones, and do My prophets no harm.” ²³ Sing to the Lord, all the earth; proclaim good tidings of His salvation from day to day. ²⁴ Tell of His glory among the nations, His wonderful deeds among all the peoples. ²⁵ For great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised; He also is to be feared above all gods. ²⁶ For all the gods of the peoples are idols, but the Lord made the heavens. ²⁷ Splendor and majesty are before Him, strength and joy are in His place. ²⁸ Ascribe to the Lord, O families of the peoples, ascribe to the Lord glory and strength. ²⁹ Ascribe to the Lord the glory due His name; bring an offering, and come before Him; worship the Lord in holy array. ³⁰ Tremble before Him, all the earth; indeed, the world is firmly established, it will not be moved. ³¹ Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice; and let them say among the nations, “The Lord reigns.” ³² Let the sea roar, and all it contains; let the field exult, and all that is in it. ³³ Then the trees of the forest will sing for joy before the Lord; for He is coming to judge the earth. ³⁴ O give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; for His lovingkindness is everlasting. ³⁵ Then say, “Save us, O God of our salvation, and gather us and deliver us from the nations, to give thanks to Your holy name, and glory in Your praise.” ³⁶ Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, from everlasting even to everlasting. Then all the people said, “Amen,” and praised the Lord,” 1 Chronicles 16:8-36.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
