Beware the spirit called python
Beloved. There is a spirit called python that has attempted to choke off the precious life giving Breath of My Spirit.
It has overwhelmed you with circumstances that have knocked the wind out of you. You have felt weary and have lost your passion to worship and pray.
You feel pressured, overwhelmed, helpless and even hopeless. It is not your fault, Dear One. Do not feel condemned if this happens to you.
The devil is the accuser of the brethren. Many of My own have been in its clutches and have not known it.
My people perish for lack of knowledge. I would not have you ignorant of the devil’s devices, Beloved. For you do not fight flesh and blood, but principalities and powers, rulers of darkness and spiritual wickedness in high places.
Do not fear, My Child. I AM here with you. I AM releasing you from the cords of the wicked one.
I have set the captives free. Pray in the Spirit. Cast out demons in My Name. You have been given authority over serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means harm you.
You overcome by the Blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony. Breathe once more, My Love. The Lightening of My Love shall clear the air of all dark demonic forces around you.
Breathe in the fresh air of the Spirit. All of your adversaries shall be humiliated. Rejoice,Beloved, at the glorious thing I AM doing. I declare to you today that you are loosed.
Clear-air lightning: Describes lightning that occurs with no apparent cloud close enough to have produced it.
“The Spirit of the Lord is on Me, because He has anointed Me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim deliverance to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor,” Luke 4:18-19.
“Now it happened, as we went to prayer, that a certain slave girl possessed with a spirit of divination (python) met us, who brought her masters much profit by fortune-telling,” Acts 16:16-17.
The word divination in this verse comes from the Greek word for ‘puthon,’ which translates in English as “python.”
“The LORD is righteous; He hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked,” Psalm 129:4.
“Then should not this daughter of Abraham, whom Satan has bound for eighteen long years, be loosed from her bondage on the Sabbath day?” When Jesus said this, all His adversaries were humiliated. And the whole crowd rejoiced at all the glorious things He was doing,” Luke 13:16-17.
“Behold, He spreads His lightning about Him. He covers His hands with the lightning, and commands it to strike the mark. Its noise declares His presence,” Job 36:32.
“Out from the throne come flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder And there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God,” Revelation 4:5.
