If you can’t see, or rather, if you don’t know the enemy and his devices, you’ll fall into his traps and covenants and be oppressed without even knowing.

I personally have been delivered out of a lot of demonic plots and traps because THE LORD had previously exposed such to me.

They include satanic symbols, designs and images in/on merchandise and other things all over the world.

About three years ago, while in the mission field, a local Christian couple came and gave me two new shirts having ornamental textile designs.

When I wanted to wear one of them, THE HOLY SPIRIT said no. But I thought it was me.

And so I attempted a second time to wear it. Again, THE HOLY SPIRIT said not to.

Then I thought to check why at all THE LORD did not want me to wear the particular shirt.

I was shocked by what I discovered upon scrutinising the pattern designs in the fabric.

The patterns were demonic images! They included the ‘logo’ of taoism (which THE LORD had exposed to me barely months earlier).

Had I not known what they were and looked like (including the ‘logo’ of taoism), I would not have realised the demonic danger and trap I was facing.

I burned the shirt, and forgot about it. And that was it, I thought. But was it?

Sometime afterwards, I had a dream. A man I know VERY well in the natural, and whom THE LORD repeatedly has shown me that he has been using powerful hindu demons in vain attempts to destroy me, was saying in the dream about me: “They even buy shirts for him and he says he won’t wear it.”

THE LORD was exposing him as having influenced the purchase of the shirt by the couple to use as a tool to attack me. (Satan took over Peter to attack JESUS, remember?).

Satan does that with garments (and other things). (Please see Zechariah 3: 1 – 5). And he is doing that a lot these days.

There are so many demonic garments on the market nowadays, some even tattered (as a covenant with poverty and insanity/mental problems; wearing such is a poverty trap).

Oh, do you know that ‘paisley’ (named after the town Paisley in Scotland) is demonic? It is of Persian and Indian pagan origins.

I used to love and have paisley neckties for decades until I read in a testimony by a former agent of darkness, that paisley designs are by demons. (When you examine them with Spiritual eyes, you’ll realise that they are indeed).

There are many other demonic designs and patterns in fashion.

Knowing such things give understanding and caution to those willing to receive it.

JESUS said, “if you are willing to receive it…“ (Matthew 11:14).

There are brethren willing to receive it.

Some feel uneasy about information of that kind, but there are brethren who are willing to receive such life-saving education.

Some weeks ago, during a phone conversation, I was sharing with a Christian sister and her adult daughter (in America) about checking with THE LORD as to where the daughter’s little children should go to school, because Satan is targeting children even using school teachers.

I shared with them what I subsequently shared in a Word “Satan Targets Children; Pray The Blood of Jesus & His Hands To Protect Them” on the subject, including what THE LORD had exposed to me in a public library in England: images of demons disguised as an art work, and where children are being dedicated to Satan under the guise of social club activities.

The grandmother’s response about the images of demons? “Really! I’ll like to see that!”

I promised to send her the images. And I did.

What am I saying? We have to have HOLY SPIRIT-led understanding and knowledge (just as that sister was seeking) about the works of darkness to inform our warfare strategies and tactics.

Warfare is as much knowing and avoiding danger as attacking danger.

Right from when He was A Baby, JESUS left places and avoided places so as to be out of harm’s way as directed by GOD. And He command us to flee to another place if persecuted in one. And Paul and his team did so time and again.

It is all by THE HOLY SPIRIT if you avail yourself to be led by Him.

The world calls it “Intel” (intelligence gathering).

The world does it for safety and security, but children of GOD (involved in a far more serious warfare with eternal consequences) don’t know or care to know and gather spiritual intel (intelligence).

As our LORD aptly said, “the sons of this world are more shrewd in their generation than the sons of Light.” (Luke 16:8)

A most crucial aspect of spiritual warfare is “discerning of spirits” (1 Corinthians 12:10) which THE HOLY SPIRIT gives us if we diligently seek It so as to easily and effectively “Fight The Good Fight of Faith” as “a good soldier of JESUS CHRIST.” (1 Timothy 6:12; 2 Timothy 2:3).

How do you fight the enemy if you don’t know him and his activities against you?

This is a major reason why most believers are in bondages and captivities, knowing not about demons, their covenants and activities behind their problems, as well as their traps to avoid.

“My people are destroyed for lack of Knowledge…” Hosea 4:6.

Some believers shudder at the idea of knowing about demons to aid fighting our warfare. Yet Scripture says expressly to look beyond the natural and fight the spiritual.

“Do you look at things according to the outward appearance?…” 2 Corinthians 10:7.

“For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole Armor of GOD, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.” Ephesians 6:12-13.

It is destructive foolishness for a believer to be disinterested in, or dismiss spiritual things.

“For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.” Romans 8:6.

In the natural, can you imagine soldiers fighting in a war not caring to know about the enemy?

Again, how do you fight the enemy if you don’t know him and his activities against you?

In military parlance, seeing/locating and targeting the enemy in combat is known as having visual on them.

In an online forum, one Darrin Todd whose profile noted that he worked in the U.S. Air Force (1984-2007), recalled a conversation with a fighter pilot about air-to-air combat with the F-22 (a superior fighter aircraft). The fighter pilot said of the F-22: “One on one, it’s really hard to fight one, and if you don’t have a visual on them, you’re dead before you’re even aware you’re in a fight”.

This is truer and more serious in spiritual warfare.

We must have visual on the enemy, that is, know the enemy and his devices: “lest Satan should take advantage of us; for we are not ignorant of his devices.” 2 Corinthians 2:11.

But many Christians are ignorant of Satan’s devices and activities against them, and are in a lot of problems they should not be in.

In an interview with Sky News (UK), General Paul Nakasone, the head of US Cyber Command, who is also director of the National Security Agency (NSA), explained how separate “hunt forward” operations were allowing the United States search out foreign hackers and identify their tools before they were used against America.

As the report explained, hunt forward – an activity developed under General Nakasone’s leadership – is a key aspect of the Cyber Command’s partnerships.

The four-star General said it is “so powerful…because of the fact that we see our adversaries and we expose their tools“.

This is what The Bible says we are to do (as led by THE HOLY SPIRIT), but most believers are ignorant of, or are afraid to do!

“And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them.” Ephesians 5:11.

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.” 1 Peter 5:8.

Food, fashion, other consumer products, business (logos, names, products and services), education, entertainment, technology, science, financial services, and so on are increasingly being flooded and influenced by darkness.

Some years ago, while I was working as commercial consultant for a global organisation, I had to deal with so many large companies around the world.

Many of them, THE HOLY SPIRIT exposed to me, had demonic covenants (having been set up for, dedicated to, and serving demons), names, logos, products and services, etc.

Some are blatantly branded with the names and designs of demons.

A lot of the time, by discernment of THE HOLY SPIRIT, I palpably felt repulsive demonic discomfort and foreboding just by looking at their web presence; and did not deal with them.

Because they are in operation to take into captivities those who do business with them, patronise their products and services, etc.

Darkness can have the façade of prominent and respectable business.

A number of years ago, I opened a different account with one of the UK’s largest banks for a separate purpose.

The bank has a black horse as its logo, which had raised my spiritual suspicions for years about a possible link to darkness, say, the occult. (It was founded 257 years ago).

However, some years later, a new, classy, spacious and ultramodern branch opened around the block from our house. It was very convenient and appealing.

And, foolishly, I brushed aside my longstanding spiritual suspicions about the bank’s logo/origins having possible links to darkness, and opened an account there for the special purpose.

About four to six years later (a time in which I was in very intensive, relentless prayer and fasting), THE LORD revealed to me in a dream that, by my having an account with the bank, I had entered into a covenant with a major demon.

In the dream, I took my banking documents (with the bank’s logo on them) to a sizeable cement-moulded idol squatting on the ground and submitted them to him.

What! I was shocked when I woke up.

I repented, broke the covenant by THE BLOOD OF JESUS, and closed the account immediately.

For purposes of establishing proof of the spiritual in the natural, I thought to research the background of the bank’s founders for this writing.

Alas! The founders were quakers, and one of them, whose surname the bank bears, was a unitarian (which are doctrines of demons).

In a previous Word, “Take Your Seat With God And Take From His Table” I mentioned demonic paraphernalia at Europa Gatwick Hotel and its parent group, Britannia Hotels, which operates in various parts of Great Britain, so that you steer clear of their facilities.

They even have the devil’s pitchfork in the company’s logo.

Some brethren feel uncomfortable about showing demonic images (I’ve been told that by brethren from different countries).

But it is Scriptural to do so, as led by THE HOLY SPIRIT, to expose the woks of darkness.

THE LORD JESUS saw live visuals of Satan as the ministry of His disciples made him fall from heaven (space):

“Then the seventy returned with joy, saying, “LORD, even the demons are subject to us in Your NAME.” And He said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.”“ Luke 10:17-18.

John was also shown visions of very grotesque demons:

“The shape of the locusts was like horses prepared for battle. On their heads were crowns of something like gold, and their faces were like the faces of men. They had hair like women’s hair, and their teeth were like lions’ teeth.” Revelation 9:7-8.

Darkness has sharply infiltrated every aspect of human life to steal, kill and destroy.

Clothes, jewellery, accessories, cosmetics, technology, technology products, other products and services, are being used by darkness to target and oppress those who patronise them, especially Christians. But most don’t know, or don’t care to know. Some even say we shouldn’t try to know!

Yet these are some of the many ways by which Satan is deploying his devices.

In a testimony my wife shared with me some years ago, a former agent of darkness revealed that they use jewellery and accessories a lot to get into people’s lives and attack them.

Necklaces, lockets and other pendants are among their favourite devices.

Some pendants are actually demonic designs, for example, the ankh is a demonic cross common with a lot of the gods of Egypt:

Yet, ignorantly, people were it and get into covenant with the demons whose symbol it is.

You’ll be surprised how many demonic products are there in shops and stores.

I spotted this on a tomato product the other day.

I believe it is the image of a fallen angel.

Remember, “the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.” (1 Peter 5:8).

These are very evil days indeed.

It is critically and crucially important and indispensable to always check with THE HOLY SPIRIT what you buy, use, and do.

NB. Surely, the disciple whom JESUS loves and “the prisoner of CHRIST JESUS”, like ALL The Promises of GOD, are available to every believer to obtain, just as John and Paul did.
“And having been perfected, He [JESUS] became The Author of Eternal Salvation to all who obey Him,” Hebrews 5:9.
