Paul observed and revealed something deeply and highly enlightening about the Faith of the believers in Thessalonika that expressly teaches us about how Faith works when activated.

He noted in 1 Thessalonians 1:8 instructively: “Your Faith toward GOD has gone out…”

Faith must always and only be directed toward GOD so as to go out and connect His Power for healing, provision and any other need one may have.

Power may be present in your house; but unless and until the power cord of your electrical appliance is connected to a socket/power source, the power will not flow to operate the appliance.

Faith is like the power cord of an appliance. It must be connected to The Power Source: JESUS CHRIST, so as to work for our need.

“Now a woman, having a flow of blood for twelve years, who had spent all her livelihood on physicians and could not be healed by any, came from behind and touched The Border of His Garment. And immediately her flow of blood stopped. And JESUS said, “Who touched Me?” When all denied it, Peter and those with him said, “Master, the multitudes throng and press You, and You say, ‘Who touched Me?’ ” But JESUS said, “Somebody touched Me, for I perceived Power going out from Me.” Now when the woman saw that she was not hidden, she came trembling; and falling down before Him, she declared to Him in the presence of all the people the reason she had touched Him and how she was healed immediately. And He said to her, “Daughter, be of good cheer; your Faith has made you well. Go in Peace.”” Luke 8:43-48.

Faith, when activated toward JESUS, connects His Power and makes one well — in every area of life.

But doubt, if allowed, disconnects The Power of CHRIST. And sinking is certain, unless JESUS is called upon to save.

“Now in the fourth watch of the night JESUS went to them, walking on the sea. And when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, “It is a ghost!” And they cried out for fear. But immediately JESUS spoke to them, saying, “Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid.” And Peter answered Him and said, “LORD, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.” So He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to JESUS. But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, “LORD, save me!” And immediately JESUS stretched out His Hand and caught him, and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?” And when they got into the boat, the wind ceased. Then those who were in the boat came and worshiped Him, saying, “Truly You are THE SON OF GOD.” Matthew 14:25-33.

Faith is the only conduit by which we receive from GOD.

Notice that in verse 48 of Luke 8 quoted above, JESUS said, “Daughter, be of good cheer; your Faith has made you well. Go in Peace.”

Faith is GOD’s Pipeline, a measure of which He has given every believer.

As long as you believe, whenever you believe, your allocated length of the pipe (your “measure of Faith” Romans 12:3) connects to GOD for The Flow of His Power to do what you need Him to do.

That’s why He said in verse 46, “Somebody touched Me, for I perceived Power going out from Me.”

The Power of JESUS is always present and available to connect with by Faith – your measure of Faith, yes, your length of The Divine Pipeline. Therefore, believe, and continue to believe, so as to connect The Flow for your need.

The Power of JESUS is always present; believe and connect It to profit you.

“Now it happened on a certain day, as He was teaching, that there were Pharisees and teachers of the law sitting by, who had come out of every town of Galilee, Judea, and Jerusalem. And The Power of THE LORD was present to heal them.” Luke 5:17.

“These things I have written to you who believe in THE NAME OF THE SON OF GOD, that you may know that you have Eternal Life, and that you may continue to believe in THE NAME OF THE SON OF GOD.” 1 John 5:13.

You can ask GOD for Faith. I do all the time. And He gives me all the time.

THANK You JESUS!

Our measure of Faith can be increased. Ask for more. Ask for Great Faith. Let JESUS increase your Faith.

“And the apostles said to THE LORD, “Increase our Faith.” So THE LORD said, “If you have Faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.“” Luke 17:5‭-‬6.

Note that THE LORD did not decline the apostles’ request; rather He affirmed it, and in effect said that if Faith that small can accomplish a great feat, imagine what an increased Faith can do.

On one occasion, the disciples could not cast a demon out. And JESUS came to the rescue.

Very wisely, they came privately to Him and asked why they could not cast the demon out.

“So JESUS said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have Faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.”” Matthew 17:20.

Subsequently, He taught further on the matter with the fig tree He had cursed:

“So JESUS answered and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you, if you have Faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ it will be done.”” Matthew 21:21.

Let GOD help you to not doubt. And rather believe.

Doubt cuts The Power off!

When Peter was walking on the water just as He had prayed to THE LORD and He had granted him, The Power was flowing; AMAZINGLY keeping him afloat.

But the moment He doubted, The Power of JESUS was cut OFF.

Why do you doubt, brother? Why do you doubt, sister?

As JESUS said to Jairus, “Do not afraid; only believe…” (Luke 8:50).

All you need is to believe to receive. And JESUS will help you do that if you ask Him.

“So JESUS answered and said to them, “Have Faith in GOD. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.” Mark 11:22-24.

Doubt destroys the delivery channel by which GOD’s Power and Promises flow to His children.

“Now He did not do many mighty works there because of their unbelief.” Matthew 13:58.

“Now He could do no mighty work there, except that He laid His hands on a few sick people and healed them. And He marveled because of their unbelief. Then He went about the villages in a circuit, teaching.” Mark 6:5-6.

GOD specifically took the children of Israel out of Egyptian bondage to take them into The Promised Land. All of them.

However, those who doubted about being able to take the land and possess it as GOD had promised them, never stepped foot in it. All the doubters perished.

“For who, having heard, rebelled? Indeed, was it not all who came out of Egypt, led by Moses? Now with whom was He angry forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose corpses fell in the wilderness? And to whom did He swear that they would not enter His Rest, but to those who did not obey? So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.” Hebrews 3:16-19.

The Word must be mixed with Faith to receive The Promises of GOD.

“Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His Rest, let us fear lest any of you seem to have come short of It. For indeed The Gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but The Word Which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with Faith in those who heard It. For we who have believed do enter that Rest, as He has said: “So I swore in My Wrath, ‘They shall not enter My Rest,’ ” although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.”” Hebrews 4:1-3.

The most DANGEROUS thing about unbelief is that, like other sins, unbelief by the unbelieving of GOD’s Salvation will not make it to Heaven!

“But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” Revelation 21:8.

Heaven is beyond AMAZING. Heaven is too good, so true. Always repent, believe and obey, to make it.

Believe and obey GOD, and you will see His Salvation in the life now is, and That Which Is To Come.

Release your measure of Faith to connect with The Power of CHRIST to supply all your need now and forever.

Your need is there for your taking. By Faith.

JESUS did It all for us at Passover.

Jacob, an apostle of JESUS CHRIST by The Will of GOD, according to The Promise of Life Which is in CHRIST JESUS, (2 Timothy 1:1).

“And having been perfected, He [JESUS] became The Author of Eternal Salvation to all who obey Him,” Hebrews 5:9.
