“My child, the dark one and his minions have been sowing seeds of bitterness for a long time.
Bitterness takes root and produces a deadly crop of anger, unreasonable hatred, envy, jealousy, and violence.
These are evil seeds that have not only invaded the culture of the world system, but also those who are “churched.”
My people have eaten from the tree of bitterness and it has rooted within their inner man.
That is why you do not see the hallmark of Love present in their works, their words, or their doctrines.
Instead of combating this evil poison with the balm of My uncompromising Word, they have allowed the culture of darkness in and mixed it with My Word.
If they persecuted and maligned Me, certainly they will do this to those who belong to Me — unified with Me though the Covenant of the Cross.
Those who truly love Me obey My commands. They seek Me first not last. They are quick to repent when I admonish them. They search My Word and they find the hidden wisdom they need for their hour of testing.
A bitter root gives the enemy entrance into your lives. It blocks and hinders your prayers. It allows the poison of the darkness to seep into your soul. From such thing you must turn away.
Ask Me and I will help you. As you have experienced before, I AM able to extricate this root when you are willing to let it go and give Me full reign to do the heart work that is necessary.
Bitterness has a spiritual acrid smell. I will give you a discerning spirit to help you to identify its presence.
Guard your eye and ear gates. Put a watch over the words you speak, Examine yourselves daily and be quick to disallow any darkness entrance into your souls.
I AM with you and I always respond to your cries for help to purge the effects of the encroachment of darkness from your spirits, souls, and bodies.
Receive My blessings. All things are possible to him who believes in the Me. Shalom.”
Strive to live in peace with everybody and pursue that consecration and holiness without which no one will [ever] see the LORD.
“Exercise foresight and be on the watch to look [after one another], to see that no one falls back from and fails to secure God’s grace (His unmerited favor and spiritual blessing), in order that no root of resentment (rancor, bitterness, or hatred) shoots forth and causes trouble and bitter torment, and the many become contaminated and defiled by it,” Hebrews 12:14-15, AMPC.
