Declarations & Decrees: Believers, Remain in an Attitude of Repentance & Forgiveness Before God & Man!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare no sin is too great, we are ALL called to REPENT and TURN to God, so that our sins may be erased; so that TIMES of REFRESHING may come FROM THE LORD’S PRESENCE!
  This is for Believers and those who don’t yet know the Lord Jesus Christ/ Adonai Yeshua Messiah as well.
  We must all WALK with an attitude of REPENTANCE and FORGIVENESS before God and man!
• I decree and declare you will watch yourselves that you do not cause your brother to stumble.
  If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he REPENTS, FORGIVE him.
  Also, if SEVEN TIMES in one day he sins against you, and seven times he comes to you and says, “I REPENT,” you are to FORGIVE him.
• I decree and declare the Lord Jesus/ Adonai Yeshua is PRAYING for you that your TRUST will not fail.
  And you, once you have TURNED BACK in REPENTANCE, STRENGTHEN your brothers and sisters!
  For this is how the Body supports each part in need.
• I decree and declare that when one Person is the CAUSE of pain, it is not just one individual who hurts but in reality, ALL OF YOU, in Christ’s/ Messiah’s Body.
  For such a person the PUNISHMENT already imposed on him by the majority is SUFFICIENT, so that NOW YOU SHOULD DO THE OPPOSITE – FORGIVE HIM, ENCOURAGE HIM, COMFORT HIM.
• I decree and declare by LOVING you may be the INSTRUMENT of the Lord to LIFT up your Brother or Sister out of the depths of overwhelming depression.
  So, you are urged to SHOW that YOU REALLY DO LOVE THEM.
• I decree and declare anyone you FORGIVE, is FORGIVEN by the Lord too.
  Whatever we have forgiven has been for the sake of the Body of Believers in the Presence of Christ/ Messiah so that we will not be taken advantage of by the Enemy – for we are quite aware of his schemes.
• I decree and declare you lay aside all falsehood and SPEAK ONLY TRUTH with your Neighbor, because we are INTIMATELY RELATED to each other as PARTS of a Body.
  Be angry, but DON’T SIN – don’t let the Sun go down before you have dealt with the CAUSE OF YOUR ANGER; otherwise you leave room for the Enemy to work.
• I decree and declare those in the Body of Christ/ Messiah no longer steal from one another, but they make an HONEST LIVING by their own efforts.
  By their efforts they are able to SHARE with those in need.
• I decree and declare that no harmful language will come from your mouth, only GOOD WORDS that are HELPFUL in MEETING the NEED, words that will BENEFIT those who hear them.
  You will not grieve God’s Holy Spirit/ Elohim’s Ruach HaKodesh, for He has STAMPED you as His Property until the Day of the Final Redemption.
• I decree and declare you will rid yourself of ALL bitterness, rage, anger, violent assertiveness and slander, along with all spitefulness.
  Instead, you will be KIND to each other, TENDERHEARTED; and FORGIVE each other, just as Christ God/ Messiah Elohim has also FORGIVEN you!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹⁷ “And now, brethren, I know that you acted in ignorance, just as your rulers did also. ¹⁸ But the things which God announced beforehand by the mouth of all the prophets, that His Christ would suffer, He has thus fulfilled. ¹⁹ Therefore repent and return, so that your sins may be wiped away, in order that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord; ²⁰ and that He may send Jesus, the Christ appointed for you,” Acts 3:17-20.

“1 He said to His disciples, “It is inevitable that stumbling blocks come, but woe to him through whom they come! 2 It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea, than that he would cause one of these little ones to stumble. 3 Be on your guard! If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him. 4 And if he sins against you seven times a day, and returns to you seven times, saying, ‘I repent,’ forgive him,” Luke 17:1-4.

“³¹ “Simon, Simon, behold, Satan has demanded permission to sift you like wheat; ³² but I have prayed for you, that your faith may not fail; and you, when once you have turned again, strengthen your brothers,” Luke 22:31-32.

“⁵ But if any has caused sorrow, he has caused sorrow not to me, but in some degree — in order not to say too much — to all of you. ⁶ Sufficient for such a one is this punishment which was inflicted by the majority, ⁷ so that on the contrary you should rather forgive and comfort him, otherwise such a one might be overwhelmed by excessive sorrow. ⁸ Wherefore I urge you to reaffirm your love for him. ⁹ For to this end also I wrote, so that I might put you to the test, whether you are obedient in all things. ¹⁰ But one whom you forgive anything, I forgive also; for indeed what I have forgiven, if I have forgiven anything, I did it for your sakes in the presence of Christ, ¹¹ so that no advantage would be taken of us by Satan, for we are not ignorant of his schemes,” 2 Corinthians 2:5-11.

“²⁵ Therefore, laying aside falsehood, speak truth each one of you with his neighbor, for we are members of one another. ²⁶ Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, ²⁷ and do not give the devil an opportunity. ²⁸ He who steals must steal no longer; but rather he must labor, performing with his own hands what is good, so that he will have something to share with one who has need. ²⁹ Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment, so that it will give grace to those who hear. ³⁰ Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. ³¹ Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. ³² Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you,” Ephesians 4:25-32.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
