Declarations & Decrees: Believe and The LORD Will Use What Is in Your Hands to Touch Nations!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare you KNOW IN WHOM YOU BELIEVE; though the People may doubt and question your authority, the Lord/ Adonai and His Son, Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua are your AUTHORITY!
• I decree and declare the Lord/ Adonai will use WHAT IS IN YOUR HANDS to produce SIGNS and WONDERS for the World to see He is God Almighty/ El Shaddai.
  He is the First and the Last, there is no other!
• I decree and declare YOU DO NOT DOUBT, but TRUST and BELIEVE in God’s/ Elohim’s PRESENCE, and show forth His SOVEREIGNTY to the World.
  Those who SEE will BELIEVE that the Lord/ Adonai has appeared to you and is with you!
• I decree and declare that your circumstances which NEED GOD’S MIRACULOUS INTERVENTION are HIS SET UP for your BREAKTHROUGH!
  We PRAISE You God Most High/ El ‘Elyon for YOU are TRUSTWORTHY and it is for Your GLORY that we live and breathe.
• I decree and declare I have FAITH and the UNCTION of Holy Spirit to SPEAK forth God’s Word’s to the People.
  It is He Who MOVES in our midst to DRAW ALL MANKIND unto Himself.
  It is through the Blood of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua that we can be RECEIVED INTO GOD’S PRESENCE.
• I decree and declare the PLAN OF GOD, though postponed, will NEVER FAIL!
  The enemy will do much to prevent God’s/ Elohim’s work from progressing, but the Lord/ Adonai will position powerful individuals to UNCOVER HIS WILL and provide for its COMPLETION!
• I decree and declare the Lord is raising up Leaders in many Nations to BUILD the FOUNDATIONS of His TRUTH and LAWS.
  His Chosen People will see STRENGTH and FREEDOMS returning to the People; His Body is being RESTORED!
• I decree and declare God’s Prophets are ENCOURAGING His Body and it is growing in FAITH and PERSEVERANCE.
  The territories are being CLEANSED and the FOUNDATIONS rebuilt in AGREEMENT with God’s Word.
• I decree and declare the People of the Most High/‘Elyon are JOYFUL to SEE the MOVE of God’s Spirit and the UNITING of His Body.
  They have RENOUNCED the filthy practices of the Nations and people who have been in the Land.
  They are CHOOSE TO SEEK THE LORD/ ADONAI!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ Then Moses said, “What if they will not believe me or listen to what I say? For they may say, ‘The Lord has not appeared to you.’” ² The Lord said to him, “What is that in your hand?” And he said, “A staff.” ³ Then He said, “Throw it on the ground.” So he threw it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from it. ⁴ But the Lord said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand and grasp it by its tail” — so he stretched out his hand and caught it, and it became a staff in his hand — ⁵ “that they may believe that the Lord, the God of their fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has appeared to you.
⁶ The Lord furthermore said to him, “Now put your hand into your bosom.” So he put his hand into his bosom, and when he took it out, behold, his hand was leprous like snow. ⁷ Then He said, “Put your hand into your bosom again.” So he put his hand into his bosom again, and when he took it out of his bosom, behold, it was restored like the rest of his flesh. ⁸ “If they will not believe you or heed the witness of the first sign, they may believe the witness of the last sign. ⁹ But if they will not believe even these two signs or heed what you say, then you shall take some water from the Nile and pour it on the dry ground; and the water which you take from the Nile will become blood on the dry ground.
¹⁰ Then Moses said to the Lord, “Please, Lord, I have never been eloquent, neither recently nor in time past, nor since You have spoken to Your servant; for I am slow of speech and slow of tongue.” ¹¹ The Lord said to him, “Who has made man’s mouth? Or who makes him mute or deaf, or seeing or blind? Is it not I, the Lord? ¹² Now then go, and I, even I, will be with your mouth, and teach you what you are to say.” ¹³ But he said, “Please, Lord, now send the message by whomever You will.” ¹⁴ Then the anger of the Lord burned against Moses, and He said, “Is there not your brother Aaron the Levite? I know that he speaks fluently. And moreover, behold, he is coming out to meet you; when he sees you, he will be glad in his heart. ¹⁵ You are to speak to him and put the words in his mouth; and I, even I, will be with your mouth and his mouth, and I will teach you what you are to do. ¹⁶ Moreover, he shall speak for you to the people; and he will be as a mouth for you and you will be as God to him. ¹⁷ You shall take in your hand this staff, with which you shall perform the signs,” Exodus 4:1-17.

“¹ Then King Darius issued a decree, and search was made in the archives, where the treasures were stored in Babylon. ² In Ecbatana in the fortress, which is in the province of Media, a scroll was found and there was written in it as follows: “Memorandum— ³ In the first year of King Cyrus, Cyrus the king issued a decree: ‘Concerning the house of God at Jerusalem, let the temple, the place where sacrifices are offered, be rebuilt and let its foundations be retained, its height being 60 cubits and its width 60 cubits; ⁴ with three layers of huge stones and one layer of timbers. And let the cost be paid from the royal treasury……
……… ¹⁴ And the elders of the Jews were successful in building through the prophesying of Haggai the prophet and Zechariah the son of Iddo. And they finished building according to the command of the God of Israel and the decree of Cyrus, Darius, and Artaxerxes king of Persia. ¹⁵ This temple was completed on the third day of the month Adar; it was the sixth year of the reign of King Darius. ¹⁶ And the sons of Israel, the priests, the Levites and the rest of the exiles, celebrated the dedication of this house of God with joy. ¹⁷ They offered for the dedication of this temple of God 100 bulls, 200 rams, 400 lambs, and as a sin offering for all Israel 12 male goats, corresponding to the number of the tribes of Israel. ¹⁸ Then they appointed the priests to their divisions and the Levites in their orders for the service of God in Jerusalem, as it is written in the book of Moses.
¹⁹ The exiles observed the Passover on the fourteenth of the first month. ²⁰ For the priests and the Levites had purified themselves together; all of them were pure. Then they slaughtered the Passover lamb for all the exiles, both for their brothers the priests and for themselves. ²¹ The sons of Israel who returned from exile and all those who had separated themselves from the impurity of the nations of the land to join them, to seek the Lord God of Israel, ate the Passover. ²² And they observed the Feast of Unleavened Bread seven days with joy, for the Lord had caused them to rejoice, and had turned the heart of the king of Assyria toward them to encourage them in the work of the house of God, the God of Israel,” Ezra 6:1-4, 14-22.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
