Behold, the Old has Passed Away!
“What was once your story of shame, has become My testimony of glory. What was once your life of brokenness, has become evidence of My healing power. What was hidden in the darkness I AM bringing out into the light,” says the LORD.
“I do this not to convict you but to redeem you. I do not stand against you but for you. I do not seek to destroy but to build up. If even as you receive this message you feel that the walls of your life crumbling around you do not be dismayed.
Take heart for what is falling is you but what is being built up is Me. Behold, the old has passed away and all things are made new!
I AM the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, but through my Son, Christ Jesus, I have also become the LORD your God.
Come to Me. Seek in Me and I promise you will find all that you are looking for. As my Son prayed he cried out to me ‘Abba Father!’
Through His sacrifice you have become My child. I invite you to cry out to me in the same manner for you are my child and I AM your Father.
Who or what will snatch you from the palm of My hand? No one! Nothing!
Remove the soiled clothes of your transgressions and receive My robe of righteousness. You were bought at a high price, a price that I did not hesitate to pay because you are valuable to Me. You are ransomed. You are bought with the blood of Jesus.
You are released from bondage. The chains have been loosed! Do not struggle by your own power. Do not seek to overcome by your own might. It will come to naught. Instead, invite Me in. Invite Me to go before you just as I went before the Israelites. The victory is won. I AM the Victor and you are victorious in Me.
My child, receive these words today. Receive without hesitation. I know that as many of you begin to receive the enemy will be whispering in your ear.
He will try to snatch these words away even as the birds try to snatch away the seed as it lies upon the ground. He will try to sway you to look at self. He will try to show you just how unworthy you are. He is right in this fact but he is a LIAR who speaks in half truths.
The Good News is not about your worthiness. It is not about your righteousness. It is not about your capabilities. It is about Mine.
It is about My forgiveness. It is about My grace. It is about My deep love for you. It is about My forgiveness extended unto you.
Before the earth was set upon its foundations I foreknew you. Before time began, I saw you.
I AM the God who was, who is and is yet to come and it is I who did what you could never do. It is I who declares you holy and righteous under the blood of My Son.”
Respond with me in prayer:
LORD Jesus, thank you! Thank you for the price You paid!
Thank You that although You were in anguish in the garden, You endured the cross, You scorned its shame, You sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
You, oh LORD, are the Author and the Perfector of my faith. You are the One I cry out to in times of trouble.
You are the One who began this good work in me and is seeing it through until its completion.
LORD, I surrender all before you. I surrender all brokenness. I surrender all shame. I surrender and even die to self so that You may live in and through me. LORD, I pray, “Less of me and more of You!”
It is in You that I live and breathe. It is in You that I am forgiven. It is in You that I have been blessed with faith.
LORD, turn my doubt into belief. Turn my fear into confidence… but not confidence in self. I have failed and fallen short. I put the full weight of my trust in You. I surrender unto You. I dedicate my heart and my life to You. I commend myself into Your capable hands.
This day is a new day. I cast down rebellion. I cast down unbelief. I cast down the old, dead ways of this world. I choose life. I choose You. I invite Your Holy Spirit to be the dominating presence in my heart.
I invite You to fill me from top to bottom. I invite You to do Your work in and through me. Where I have remained silent when I ought to speak, I will now speak. Where I have spoken out of my flesh, I will remain silent… but not just silent, silent surrender.
I choose to forgive those who have wronged me in the same way that You have forgiven me.
I choose to release them of this wrongdoing.
I lay the transgressions of others against me right beside my own transgressions. I lay them at the foot of the cross.
Thank you, LORD Jesus, for Your forgiveness.
Thank you for Your cleansing blood.
Thank you for the cross! It is You who loved me first and now I respond in love.
Please add to this prayer in your own words…
Today is the day of victory! Receive it!
