I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare Jesus Christ/ Yeshua the Messiah is the TRUE VINE and His Father/ Abba is the GARDENER.
  Every branch in Jesus/ Yeshua that does not bear fruit, He takes away, and Every Branch that BEARS FRUIT, He TRIMS so that it may BEAR MORE FRUIT.
• I decree and declare I AM ALREADY CLEAN because of the Word Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah has spoken to me.
  I will ABIDE IN HIM, and HE WILL ABIDE IN ME.
  The branch cannot itself produce fruit, unless it ABIDES ON THE VINE.
  Likewise, I cannot produce fruit unless I ABIDE IN Christ/ Messiah.
• I decree and declare the Words of Jesus/ Yeshua, “If you ABIDE IN ME and MY WORDS ABIDE IN YOU, ask whatever you wish, and IT SHALL BE DONE for you.
  In this My Father is Glorified that you BEAR MUCH FRUIT and so PROVE TO BE MY DISCIPLES.”
• I decree and declare I ABIDE IN CHRIST’S/ MESSIAH’S LOVE!
  Just as the Father/ Abba loved Him, so also, He has loved me.
  Yes, I ABIDE in His LOVE!
  I Keep His Commandments, so I will CONTINUE TO ABIDE in His LOVE, just as He KEPT HIS FATHER’S COMMANDMENTS and abided in His LOVE.
  I am Jesus’/ Yeshua’s FRIEND because I do what He COMMANDS me.
  I am His friend because everything He hears from His Father/ Abba he MAKES KNOWN to me.
• I decree and declare I have been CALLED to FREEDOM which provides OPPORTUNITIES to SERVE one another in LOVE.
  I walk by the Spirit/ Ruach, so that I will not carry out the desires of the flesh.
  As I WALK BY THE SPIRIT/ RUACH I will bear the FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT: LOVE, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control — against such things there is no law.
• I decree and declare I am an Imitator of God, as a dearly loved Child, and WALK IN LOVE, just as Christ/ Messiah also loved us and gave Himself up for us as an Offering and Sacrifice to God for a FRAGRANT AROMA.
  I will not discuss or participate in immorality or impurity or greed. No coarse, obscene or stupid talk will be found on my lips; but rather my heart is full of THANKSGIVING and this is what I speak.
• I decree and declare in UNION with Christ/ Messiah I am LIGHT.
  I walk as a Child of LIGHT.
  I will not take part in fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather will EXPOSE them.
  I PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO HOW I WALK — not as unwise but wise.
  I make the most of my time because the days are evil.
• I decree and declare the One who WALKS WITH INTEGRITY, who does what is RIGHT, and SPEAKS TRUTH in his Heart, who does not slander with his tongue, does not wrong his neighbor, and does not disgrace his friend, who despises a vile person in his eyes, but HONORS those who FEAR the Lord/ Adonai — THIS ONE MAY DWELL IN THE TENT OF THE LORD AND LIVE ON HIS HOLY MOUNTAIN!
• I decree and declare the One who WALKS in the ways of the Lord — in LOVE and HONOR — will NEVER BE SHAKEN!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ “I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. ² Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He prunes it so that it may bear more fruit. ³ You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. ⁴ Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me. ⁵ I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing. ⁶ If anyone does not abide in Me, he is thrown away as a branch and dries up; and they gather them, and cast them into the fire and they are burned. ⁷ If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. ⁸ My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be My disciples. ⁹ Just as the Father has loved Me, I have also loved you; abide in My love. ¹⁰ If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. ¹¹ These things I have spoken to you so that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full.
¹² “This is My commandment, that you love one another, just as I have loved you. ¹³ Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends. ¹⁴ You are My friends if you do what I command you. ¹⁵ No longer do I call you slaves, for the slave does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you. ¹⁶ You did not choose Me but I chose you, and appointed you that you would go and bear fruit, and that your fruit would remain, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name He may give to you. ¹⁷ This I command you, that you love one another,” John 15:1-17.

“¹³ For you were called to freedom, brethren; only do not turn your freedom into an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. ¹⁴ For the whole Law is fulfilled in one word, in the statement, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” ¹⁵ But if you bite and devour one another, take care that you are not consumed by one another.
¹⁶ But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh. ¹⁷ For the flesh sets its desire against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these are in opposition to one another, so that you may not do the things that you please. ¹⁸ But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the Law. ¹⁹ Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: immorality, impurity, sensuality, ²⁰ idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions, ²¹ envying, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. ²² But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, ²³ gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. ²⁴ Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
²⁵ If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit. ²⁶ Let us not become boastful, challenging one another, envying one another,” Galatians 5:13-26.

“¹ Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children; ² and walk in love, just as Christ also loved you and gave Himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God as a fragrant aroma.
³ But immorality or any impurity or greed must not even be named among you, as is proper among saints; ⁴ and there must be no filthiness and silly talk, or coarse jesting, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks. ⁵ For this you know with certainty, that no immoral or impure person or covetous man, who is an idolater, has an inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.
⁶ Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. ⁷ Therefore do not be partakers with them; ⁸ for you were formerly darkness, but now you are Light in the Lord; walk as children of Light ⁹ (for the fruit of the Light consists in all goodness and righteousness and truth), ¹⁰ trying to learn what is pleasing to the Lord. ¹¹ Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them; ¹² for it is disgraceful even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret. ¹³ But all things become visible when they are exposed by the light, for everything that becomes visible is light. ¹⁴ For this reason it says, “Awake, sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.”
¹⁵ Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, ¹⁶ making the most of your time, because the days are evil,” Ephesians 5:1-16.

“¹ O Lord, who may abide in Your tent? Who may dwell on Your holy hill? ² He who walks with integrity, and works righteousness, and speaks truth in his heart. ³ He does not slander with his tongue, nor does evil to his neighbor, nor takes up a reproach against his friend; ⁴ In whose eyes a reprobate is despised, but who honors those who fear the Lord; he swears to his own hurt and does not change; ⁵ He does not put out his money at interest, nor does he take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things will never be shaken,” Psalm 15:1-5.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL.
