Be Careful to Whom You Connect!
There is a attack on people’s character, because of those they are connected to.
They are being labeled, because of the character of those whom say they are under that person’s covering, or a mentor to them.
People are connecting the behavior of a person’s spiritual children, as a indication of their leaders character also.
If those who are connected to the leader walk unholy or unrighteously, then people assume that the leader has to have the same character also.
I am finding out myself that people are judging the character of leaders, because of some devious act that those who are connected to them, are performing.
Often times, leaders are given an assignment to persons who have questionable behavior, to help them get delivered and set free.
Because of the behavior of these persons, many times the leader is accuse of being like them, or agreeing with their behavior.
Often the leader’s friends connect with these persons, thinking they are alright, not realizing that these persons are connected for deliverance or training or teaching.
So they connect and then learn these persons are ungodly, unholy and full of issues and then they blame the leader for whatever chaos or confusion these persons bring into their lives.
I’m noticing people are losing friends, connections and support, because of persons who are connected to them and whose behavior and character has cause havoc in somebody’s life or ministry.
People, hear me good. Don’t connect to people just because they are connected to somebody you are in fellowship with.
I can tell you personally, that there are persons connected to me, who are going through deliverance and training to correct their behavior attitude and character. They are truly gifted, but need help in honor and integrity.
Some will lie, deceive, and run games for monetary gain. Some will try to deceive people to leave you, to be with them. Some will paint you a picture, that I’m not a good leader, because they can’t control me or I rebuke them, or discipline them. Some will leave because I won’t ordain them for Ministry.
As a leader, I have learned to seek YAH whenever a person wants to connect, and sometimes I want nothing to do with a person, because I see their spirit and character.
But then YAH will say I need you to work with them as an assignment. Then He gives me my instructions concerning the person and a time limit, to see if they are trying to change.
If there is no progress, then He allows me to release them, so that others who need help may come forth.
Not everyone whom you are assigned to, will have progress or positive results. Some choose to stay in the issues they are in.
Your only job is to do what YAH has said concerning them, and to continue to go forth if they refuse your leadership, teaching or training.
Don’t allow those who won’t turn to discourage you, or to make you feel guilty, because they won’t change.
Sometimes these persons try to make you totally responsible for their spiritual condition. Don’t let them!
If people want to be free, they will get free.
Leaders, there comes a time when you just have to make the decision to release some persons after you have worked to help them, but they refuse to get themselves together.
Right now, it’s important that you be in the timing and will of YAH concerning your assignments with people.
Sometime we allow them to stay too long, which not only hinders them, but blocks you.
Make sure that those who are connected to you, are truly in the timing and plan of YAH to be with you!
