Awaken, Oh Sleeper
The dawn is breaking, its nearly high tide.
The wind-driven water is flooding the land.
Raise up My standard, obey My commands.
What the enemy meant for harm, My child,
I’ll turn it around. Is that not My style?
The ole fox still thinks he can defeat Me,
But his fate was sealed on Calvary’s tree.
Though the war has been fought down through the ages,
Gross darkness has released its most violent rages,
Trying to destroy My precious harvest of souls,
But My Word cannot be broken, it’s been foretold.
Wake up, My children, come into the fields,
Precious fruit to gather, many weapons to wield.
The hours of slumber have now passed by
Refuel your lamps, come to My side.
The Light of My glory shall infuse you with faith.
The dark one won’t touch you, he has no place.
You’re My bridal company prepared for this hour
I pledge you My love, My protection, My power.
Enter the fray with great confidence and calm.
I’ve already won the war, don’t fear the storm.
Keep your eyes on Me and you’ll walk on the water
Walking in the Light as My sons and My daughters.
