At Any Time!
LORD, whatever You want to do at any time!
Is that ever your prayer?
Is there any way that The LORD can use you without any hindrance, or without any stipulations, or personal requirements for Him to follow in order for the power of God to flow through your life?
Are you afraid of being embarrassed if nothing happens when you speak the Word of God that He gives you?
How about when you lay your hands on the sick to pray for their healing?
Is that all there is in the life of a true disciple? Fear of being found out?
There comes a time where you have to become what you are called to be. There comes a time where the Spirit of The LORD has truly caused you to not just stand and be counted.
For many are called, Jesus said, but few are chosen. What did He really mean by that?
He will choose those who have truly repented of their selfish desires.
He will choose those who are developing in their walk with Him where He will say of them, “I know your works.
See I have set before you an open door, and no one can shut it; for you have a little strength, have kept My Word, and have not denied My Name,” Revelation 3:8.
You are called to walk in the humility of Jesus, by obeying immediately what He says to you, then stepping out of the way of His receiving of all the glory.
Just like when Jesus performed the miracles, and then declaring “It is My Father Who is doing the work…” thereby glorifying The Father, because of what Jesus saw the Father doing.
Our own perceptions of what we think is serving The LORD are met with challenging revelation of how we are perceiving ourselves in light of what the Holy Spirit is truly revealing.
For The Word says, “humble yourself in the sight of The LORD, and He will lift you up;” (James 4:10)
We are to humble ourselves to what The Holy Spirit is truly saying to our hearts, not just according to our own aspirations, and designs.
For our flesh is always at war with the Spirit, and the Spirit with the flesh. For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. (1 Peter 2:11, Romans 8:6)
We are blocking the work of The Holy Spirit when we refuse to humble ourselves.
There really is no glory for you when you refuse to honor what The LORD wants to do in your life. For we are called to exalt Jesus in everything we do.
“Therefore, I beseech you, brethren, by the mercies of God that you present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God which is your reasonable service, your worship. And be not conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of your minds so that you can prove what is the good, and acceptable and perfect will of God.” Romans 12:1-2.
