I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare your strength is RENEWED because you HOPE in the Lord.
  You SOAR ALOFT as with Eagles’ wings; when you run, you WON’T GROW WEARY, when you walk you WON’T GET TIRED!
• I decree and declare you are RAISED UP by the Lord God Almighty.
  You will pass on unscathed, your feet will hardly touch the path by the POWER of the Lord God Almighty, the First and the Last!
• I decree and declare you are CHOSEN of the Lord, you are His Friend; He has taken you from the ends of the Earth and SUMMONED you from its most distant parts and SAID to you, “You are My servant” – I have CHOSEN YOU, not rejected you.
• I decree and declare that ALL who are angry with you will be DISGRACED, PUT TO SHAME; those who FOUGHT against you will be DESTROYED, BROUGHT TO NOTHING!
  You will look for them and not be able to find them, those who contended with you; YES, those who made war with you will be BROUGHT TO NOTHING, NOTHING AT ALL!
  For the Lord, your God, holds your right hand and says, “Have NO fear; I will help you.”
• I decree and declare the Lord Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah has brought about in you GREAT GROWTH: your TRUST produces actions, your LOVE hard work, and your HOPE perseverance!
  I know that God has LOVED and CHOSEN you; that the Good News that you know is not for you a matter of words only, but also one of POWER, the Holy Spirit and total CONVICTION!
• I decree and declare you will INCREASE and OVERFLOW in LOVE toward each other, toward Everyone, so that you will RECEIVE, from the Lord, the INNER STRENGTH to be BLAMELESS, by reason of your HOLINESS, when you stand before God our Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus/ Yeshua with all His angels.
• I decree and declare you are PATIENT until the Lord returns.
  You WAIT and are patient, you keep up your COURAGE, for the Lord’s return is near.
  You do not grumble against one another; for grumbling brings you under condemnation.
  Look the JUDGE is standing at the door!
• I decree and declare you CONTINUE to build yourselves up in your most HOLY FAITH, praying in UNION with Holy Spirit.
  In this way you KEEP yourselves in God’s LOVE, as you WAIT for our Lord Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah to give you the MERCY that leads to Eternal Life.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“³¹ Yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary……
……. ¹ “Coastlands, listen to Me in silence, and let the peoples gain new strength; let them come forward, then let them speak; let us come together for judgment. ² “Who has aroused one from the east whom He calls in righteousness to His feet? He delivers up nations before him and subdues kings. He makes them like dust with his sword, as the wind-driven chaff with his bow. ³ “He pursues them, passing on in safety, by a way he had not been traversing with his feet. ⁴ “Who has performed and accomplished it, calling forth the generations from the beginning? ‘I, the Lord, am the first, and with the last. I am He.’” ⁵ The coastlands have seen and are afraid; the ends of the earth tremble; they have drawn near and have come. ⁶ Each one helps his neighbor and says to his brother, “Be strong!” ⁷ So the craftsman encourages the smelter, and he who smooths metal with the hammer encourages him who beats the anvil, saying of the soldering, “It is good”; and he fastens it with nails, so that it will not totter. ⁸ “But you, Israel, My servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, descendant of Abraham My friend, ⁹ You whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called from its remotest parts and said to you, ‘You are My servant, I have chosen you and not rejected you. ¹⁰ ‘Do not fear, for I am with you; do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’ ¹¹ “Behold, all those who are angered at you will be shamed and dishonored; those who contend with you will be as nothing and will perish. ¹² “You will seek those who quarrel with you, but will not find them, those who war with you will be as nothing and non-existent. ¹³ “For I am the Lord your God, who upholds your right hand, who says to you, ‘Do not fear, I will help you.’ ¹⁴ “Do not fear, you worm Jacob, you men of Israel; I will help you,” declares the Lord, “and your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel,” Isaiah 40:31-41:14.

“² We give thanks to God always for all of you, making mention of you in our prayers; ³ constantly bearing in mind your work of faith and labor of love and steadfastness of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ in the presence of our God and Father, ⁴ knowing, brethren beloved by God, His choice of you; ⁵ for our gospel did not come to you in word only, but also in power and in the Holy Spirit and with full conviction; just as you know what kind of men we proved to be among you for your sake. ⁶ You also became imitators of us and of the Lord, having received the word in much tribulation with the joy of the Holy Spirit…..
……. ¹² and may the Lord cause you to increase and abound in love for one another, and for all people, just as we also do for you; ¹³ so that He may establish your hearts without blame in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all His saints,” 1 Thessalonians 1:2-6; 3:12-13.

“⁷ Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. The farmer waits for the precious produce of the soil, being patient about it, until it gets the early and late rains. ⁸ You too be patient; strengthen your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is near. ⁹ Do not complain, brethren, against one another, so that you yourselves may not be judged; behold, the Judge is standing right at the door. ¹⁰ As an example, brethren, of suffering and patience, take the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. ¹¹ We count those blessed who endured. You have heard of the endurance of Job and have seen the outcome of the Lord’s dealings, that the Lord is full of compassion and is merciful,” James 5:7-11.

“²⁰ But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, ²¹ keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting anxiously for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to eternal life,” Jude 1:20-21.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
