Declarations & Decrees: “As You See the Physical Fires and Winds, So My Spirit Is Moving to Cleanse!” Says the LORD.

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare GOD IS LIGHT, and there is no darkness in Him – NONE at all!
  You are walking in the LIGHT and have FELLOWSHIP with Him, as HE IS THE LIGHT!
  As you walk in the LIGHT you have fellowship with one another and the BLOOD of His Son Jesus/ Yeshua PURIFIES you from all sin!
• I decree and declare those who CLAIM to have fellowship with God while walking in the darkness are LYING and are not living out the truth.
  The TRUTH of God in RIGHTEOUSNESS cannot fellowship with lies and darkness.
  If we claim not to have sin, we are deceiving ourselves, and the TRUTH is not in us.
  But if we ACKNOWLEDGE our sins, then, HE WILL FORGIVE them and PURIFY us from all wrongdoing.
• I decree and declare the Lord is ANGRY at those whose WICKEDNESS rises as a STENCH before Him.
  He is striking down in His ANGER and FURY against those whose wickedness has caused Him to HIDE HIS FACE!
• I decree and declare the Lord is BRINGING A CLEANSING UPON THE LAND!
  He is saying, “I will bring it health and healing; I will heal them and REVEAL to them PEACE and TRUTH in plenty.
  I will cleanse them from all their sins through which they offended Me, and I will PARDON ALL THEIR SINS!
• I decree and declare as the REGIONS are cleansed, as the REPENTANCE RISES before the Lord, their NAMES will be changed: The Names of the cities and regions will bring Him JOY, PRAISE and GLORY before all the Nations of the Earth!
  They will hear about ALL THE GOOD He is doing for these regions, they will be OVERCOME with FEAR and TREMBLING at all the good and PEACE/ SHALOM He is SECURING for them.
• I decree and declare God, by His GRACE, has MERCY on us; in His GREAT COMPASSION, He BLOTS OUT OUR CRIMES!
  He washes us completely from our guilt and CLEANSES us from our sin.
• I decree and declare the Lord wants TRUTH in the inner person! You desire to walk in His ways and to KNOW HIS WISDOM in your inmost heart.
  The Lord sprinkles you with HYSSOP and you are CLEAN; He washes you and you are WHITER THAN SNOW!
  We praise Him for His Son’s Sacrifice: His Blood that cleanses us whiter than snow!
• I decree and declare you hear the sound of JOY and GLADNESS, so your bones are RESTORED and REJOICE!
  The Lord will REMEMBER YOUR SINS NO LONGER and He blots out all your crimes.
• I decree and declare God CREATES within you a CLEAN HEART and RENEWS in you a RESOLUTE SPIRIT.
  He RESTORES your JOY in His SALVATION and upholds you with a willing spirit.
• I decree and declare YOU WILL TEACH the wicked God’s Ways, and SINNERS WILL RETURN to Him!
  Your mouth will sing of God’s RIGHTEOUSNESS and you will PRAISE HIM!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁵ This is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you, that God is Light, and in Him there is no darkness at all. ⁶ If we say that we have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth; ⁷ but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. ⁸ If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. ⁹ If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness,” 1 John 1:5-9.

“⁴ For thus says the Lord God of Israel concerning the houses of this city, and concerning the houses of the kings of Judah which are broken down to make a defense against the siege ramps and against the sword, ⁵ ‘While they are coming to fight with the Chaldeans and to fill them with the corpses of men whom I have slain in My anger and in My wrath, and I have hidden My face from this city because of all their wickedness: ⁶ Behold, I will bring to it health and healing, and I will heal them; and I will reveal to them an abundance of peace and truth. ⁷ I will restore the fortunes of Judah and the fortunes of Israel and will rebuild them as they were at first. ⁸ I will cleanse them from all their iniquity by which they have sinned against Me, and I will pardon all their iniquities by which they have sinned against Me and by which they have transgressed against Me. ⁹ It will be to Me a name of joy, praise and glory before all the nations of the earth which will hear of all the good that I do for them, and they will fear and tremble because of all the good and all the peace that I make for it,” Jeremiah 33:4-9.

“¹ Be gracious to me, O God, according to Your lovingkindness; according to the greatness of Your compassion blot out my transgressions. ² Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin. ³ For I know my transgressions, and my sin is ever before me. ⁴ Against You, You only, I have sinned and done what is evil in Your sight, so that You are justified when You speak and blameless when You judge. ⁵ Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin my mother conceived me. ⁶ Behold, You desire truth in the innermost being, and in the hidden part You will make me know wisdom. ⁷ Purify me with hyssop, and I shall be clean; wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. ⁸ Make me to hear joy and gladness, let the bones which You have broken rejoice. ⁹ Hide Your face from my sins and blot out all my iniquities. ¹⁰ Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. ¹¹ Do not cast me away from Your presence and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me. ¹² Restore to me the joy of Your salvation and sustain me with a willing spirit. ¹³ Then I will teach transgressors Your ways, and sinners will be converted to You. ¹⁴ Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, the God of my salvation; then my tongue will joyfully sing of Your righteousness. ¹⁵ O Lord, open my lips, that my mouth may declare Your praise,” Psalm 51:1-15.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
