Declarations & Decrees: As You Fast & Pray…
Declarations & Decrees: As You Fast and Pray, You Are Coming Into Alignment With God’s Great Purpose!
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.
The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).
- I decree and declare the Lord says, “Turn to Me WITH ALL YOUR HEART, with FASTING, weeping and lamenting.”
Tear your heart, not your garments, and turn to the Lord your God, for He is MERCIFUL and COMPASSIONATE, slow to anger, rich in GRACE, and willing to change His mind about disaster. - I decree and declare the SHOFARS/ Ram’s horns are blowing in Zion, throughout the Earth!
A HOLY FAST is called for a solemn assembly.
The People GATHER, and CONSECRATE themselves; the Leaders, the Children, even infants are gathering! - I decree and declare you, Servants of the Lord, Most High, WEEP for the Nations, weep for the People; BESEECH the Lord to SPARE the People!
The Lord will not expose His Heritage to mockery or make them a byword among the Nations. - I decree and declare I SEEK the Lord for His ANSWER to the days we are living in and the days to come.
With PRAYER and FASTING I come before the Lord to LEARN HIS TRUTH, His Ways.
I REPENT for my own actions and those of my Nation. - I decree and declare to the Lord alone, belongs all RIGHTEOUSNESS and PRAISE!
I REPENT for all that I have allowed to take place in this country.
Lord, I seek Your Will above all others.
Not my will, but Your will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven! - I decree and declare that as we come to the Lord with REPENTANT HEARTS, He will SHINE HIS FACE upon Jerusalem and upon His People throughout this Nation and the World.
The Lord FORGIVES those who SEEK Him, who TURN and SEEK SALVATION through His Son Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua. - I decree and declare in times of WORSHIPING and FASTING, the HOLY SPIRIT will direct your steps and speak of those who are to be SET ASIDE for His Work!
Your senses are fine tuned and you are responsive during these times of fasting; you come to abide in His Inner Courts.
In His Presence is FULLNESS OF JOY. - I decree and declare the Good News is being PROCLAIMED and many People are becoming DISCIPLES of the Lord.
They are being strengthened and encouraged to REMAIN TRUE to the faith and reminded that it is through many hardships that we must enter the Kingdom of God. - I decree and declare that we pray and fast for Holy Spirit’s leading on those who should be appointed to positions in the Body, committing them to the Lord in whom they put their trust.
- I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.
The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
“12 “Yet even now,” declares the Lord, “Return to Me with all your heart, and with fasting, weeping and mourning; 13 And rend your heart and not your garments.” Now return to the Lord your God, for He is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger, abounding in lovingkindness and relenting of evil. 14 Who knows whether He will not turn and relent and leave a blessing behind Him, even a grain offering and a drink offering for the Lord your God? 15 Blow a trumpet in Zion, consecrate a fast, proclaim a solemn assembly, 16 Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children and the nursing infants. Let the bridegroom come out of his room and the bride out of her bridal chamber. 17 Let the priests, the Lord’s ministers, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, “Spare Your people, O Lord, and do not make Your inheritance a reproach, a byword among the nations. Why should they among the peoples say, ‘Where is their God?’” 18 Then the Lord will be zealous for His land and will have pity on His people,” Joel 2:12-18.
“1 In the first year of Darius the son of Ahasuerus, of Median descent, who was made king over the kingdom of the Chaldeans — 2 in the first year of his reign, I, Daniel, observed in the books the number of the years which was revealed as the word of the Lord to Jeremiah the prophet for the completion of the desolations of Jerusalem, namely, seventy years. 3 So I gave my attention to the Lord God to seek Him by prayer and supplications, with fasting, sackcloth and ashes. 4 I prayed to the Lord my God and confessed and said, “Alas, O Lord, the great and awesome God, who keeps His covenant and lovingkindness for those who love Him and keep His commandments, 5 we have sinned, committed iniquity, acted wickedly and rebelled, even turning aside from Your commandments and ordinances. 6 Moreover, we have not listened to Your servants the prophets, who spoke in Your name to our kings, our princes, our fathers and all the people of the land. 7 “Righteousness belongs to You, O Lord, but to us open shame, as it is this day — to the men of Judah, the inhabitants of Jerusalem and all Israel, those who are nearby and those who are far away in all the countries to which You have driven them, because of their unfaithful deeds which they have committed against You. 8 Open shame belongs to us, O Lord, to our kings, our princes and our fathers, because we have sinned against You. 9 To the Lord our God belong compassion and forgiveness, for we have rebelled against Him; 10 nor have we obeyed the voice of the Lord our God, to walk in His teachings which He set before us through His servants the prophets. 11 Indeed all Israel has transgressed Your law and turned aside, not obeying Your voice; so the curse has been poured out on us, along with the oath which is written in the law of Moses the servant of God, for we have sinned against Him. 12 Thus He has confirmed His words which He had spoken against us and against our rulers who ruled us, to bring on us great calamity; for under the whole heaven there has not been done anything like what was done to Jerusalem. 13 As it is written in the law of Moses, all this calamity has come on us; yet we have not sought the favor of the Lord our God by turning from our iniquity and giving attention to Your truth. 14 Therefore the Lord has kept the calamity in store and brought it on us; for the Lord our God is righteous with respect to all His deeds which He has done, but we have not obeyed His voice. 15 “And now, O Lord our God, who have brought Your people out of the land of Egypt with a mighty hand and have made a name for Yourself, as it is this day — we have sinned, we have been wicked. 16 O Lord, in accordance with all Your righteous acts, let now Your anger and Your wrath turn away from Your city Jerusalem, Your holy mountain; for because of our sins and the iniquities of our fathers, Jerusalem and Your people have become a reproach to all those around us. 17 So now, our God, listen to the prayer of Your servant and to his supplications, and for Your sake, O Lord, let Your face shine on Your desolate sanctuary. 18 O my God, incline Your ear and hear! Open Your eyes and see our desolations and the city which is called by Your name; for we are not presenting our supplications before You on account of any merits of our own, but on account of Your great compassion. 19 O Lord, hear! O Lord, forgive! O Lord, listen and take action! For Your own sake, O my God, do not delay, because Your city and Your people are called by Your name,” Daniel 9:1-19.
“2 While they were ministering to the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Set apart for Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.” 3 Then, when they had fasted and prayed and laid their hands on them, they sent them away,” Acts 13:2-3.
“21 After they had preached the gospel to that city and had made many disciples, they returned to Lystra and to Iconium and to Antioch, 22 strengthening the souls of the disciples, encouraging them to continue in the faith, and saying, “Through many tribulations we must enter the kingdom of God.” 23 When they had appointed elders for them in every church, having prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord in whom they had believed,” Acts 14:21-23.
Love,

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. Throughout 2015 and 2016 Dawn’s networking throughout Washington, USA and British Columbia, Canada increased. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
