I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Lord is HERE to HEAL the brokenhearted, to FREE the captives, to LET OUT into LIGHT those bound in the dark; this is the YEAR of the FAVOR of the Lord!
• I decree and declare the Lord COMFORTS and PROVIDES for all who mourn: He covers you with GARLANDS instead of ashes, the OIL of gladness instead of mourning, a GARMENT of PRAISE instead of a heavy spirit, so that YOU are called OAKS of RIGHTEOUSNESS planted by the Lord, in which HE TAKES PRIDE!
• I decree and declare you are CLOTHED in STRENGTH, dressed in your SPLENDID GARMENTS!
  You are the Lord’s PRIESTHOOD, His representatives here on Earth.
  The uncircumcised of heart and the unclean have no place among you.
  You are SHAKING OFF the dust and ARISING!
• I decree and declare the People of God KNOW HIS NAME and have DISCERNMENT to know His voice and RECOGNIZE His Words.
  The People of Israel are TURNING to HEAR the VOICE of the Lord and Savior, Yeshua Messiah/ Jesus Christ.
• I decree and declare the WATCHMEN are raising their voices, SHOUTING for JOY, for they SEE the Lord RETURNING to ZION!
  We break out into JOY and SING together with Jerusalem, for the Lord is COMFORTING His People; HE has REDEEMED JERUSALEM!
• I decree and declare LORD, YOU ARE MY GOD! I EXALT YOU!
  I PRAISE YOUR NAME, for You have ACCOMPLISHED MARVELS, fulfilled Ancient Paths FAITHFULLY and TRULY!
  You guide me daily down the path YOU HAVE ORDAINED for me.
  I BLESS Your Holy Name!
• I decree and declare Mighty Peoples GLORIFY the Lord, the City of ruthless Nations FEARS Him, for He is a REFUGE for the poor, a REFUGE for the needy in distress, SHELTER from the storm, SHADE from the heat!
• I decree and declare we are THANKFUL for our Leaders, those who share God’s message with us.
  We continually REFLECT on the RESULTS of their way of life and IMITATE their TRUST.
  And we are thankful Jesus Christ/ Yeshua Messiah is the SAME YESTERDAY, TODAY and FOREVER!
• I decree and declare you are not carried away by various strange teachings.
  You KNOW the Word of God and your heart is STRENGTHENED by His GRACE.
  Jesus/ Yeshua suffered death outside the gate, in order to make the you HOLY through His own Blood.
• I decree and declare we have NO PERMANENT CITY here, on the contrary, WE SEEK the one to come.
  Through Him we offer God a SACRIFICE of PRAISE continually.
  For this is the natural product of lips that ACKNOWLEDGE HIS NAME!
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“¹ The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to captives and freedom to prisoners; ² To proclaim the favorable year of the Lord and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn, ³ To grant those who mourn in Zion, giving them a garland instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning,the mantle of praise instead of a spirit of fainting.So they will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified. ⁴ Then they will rebuild the ancient ruins, they will raise up the former devastations; and they will repair the ruined cities, the desolations of many generations,” Isaiah 61:1-4.

“¹ Awake, awake, clothe yourself in your strength, O Zion; clothe yourself in your beautiful garments,O Jerusalem, the holy city; for the uncircumcised and the unclean will no longer come into you. ² Shake your self from the dust,rise up,O captive Jerusalem;loose yourself from the chains around your neck,O captive daughter of Zion. ³ For thus says the Lord, “You were sold for nothing and you will be redeemed without money.” ⁴ For thus says the Lord God, “My people went down at the first into Egypt to reside there; then the Assyrian oppressed them without cause. ⁵ Now therefore, what do I have here,” declares the Lord, “seeing that My people have been taken away without cause?” Again the Lord declares, “Those who rule over them howl, and My name is continually blasphemed all day long. ⁶ Therefore My people shall know My name; therefore in that day I am the one who is speaking, ‘Here I am.’” ⁷ How lovely on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who announces peace and brings good news of happiness, who announces salvation, and says to Zion, “Your God reigns!” ⁸ Listen! Your watchmen lift up their voices, they shout joyfully together; for they will see with their own eyes when the Lord restores Zion. ⁹ Break forth, shout joyfully together, you waste places of Jerusalem; for the Lord has comforted His people,He has redeemed Jerusalem,” Isaiah 52:1-9.

“¹ O Lord, You are my God;I will exalt You, I will give thanks to Your name; for You have worked wonders, plans formed long ago, with perfect faithfulness. ² For You have made a city into a heap, a fortified city into a ruin; a palace of strangers is a city no more, it will never be rebuilt. ³ Therefore a strong people will glorify You; cities of ruthless nations will revere You. ⁴ For You have been a defense for the helpless, a defense for the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat; for the breath of the ruthless is like a rain storm against a wall,” Isaiah 25:1-4.

“⁷ Remember those who led you, who spoke the word of God to you; and considering the result of their conduct,imitate their faith. ⁸ Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. ⁹ Do not be carried away by varied and strange teachings; for it is good for the heart to be strengthened by grace, not by foods,through which those who were so occupied were not benefited. ¹⁰ We have an altar from which those who serve the tabernacle have no right to eat. ¹¹ For the bodies of those animals whose blood is brought into the holy place by the high priest as an offering for sin, are burned outside the camp.¹² Therefore Jesus also,that He might sanctify the people through His own blood, suffered outside the gate. ¹³ So, let us go out to Him outside the camp,bearing His reproach. ¹⁴ For here we do not have a lasting city, but we are seeking the city which is to come. ¹⁵ Through Him then, let us continually offer up a sacrifice of praise to God, that is,the fruit of lips that give thanks to His name,” Hebrews 13:7-15.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord.
