Declarations & Decrees: As You Are Positioned in Humility & Holiness, You Are Being Called as Rulers and Ransomers to the Nations!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• We decree and declare you are dwelling with Christ/ Messiah in the Heavenlies.
  The Lord desires to bring you, who are POSITIONED with Him, into His realm.
  It is IMPERATIVE to RECOGNIZE His voice and His Ways.
• We decree and declare you PAY ATTENTION: see with your eyes and hear with your ears EVERYTHING He tells you!
  This includes everything about the House of the Lord and His STATUTES along with your daily affairs.
  You DISCERN who is to enter the House of the Lord and who MUST BE EXCLUDED from His Sanctuary.
• We decree and declare that the many Leaders, who have gone astray after their idols, will bear the consequences of their guilt; the Lord will allow them to serve in His Sanctuary, but they will not be ENTRUSTED with the SECRET things of the Lord; they will not have ACCESS to the INNER COURTS.
  INTEGRITY and FAITHFULNESS are essential to INTIMACY with the Lord.
• We decree and declare the SERVANTS who are SET APART, HOLY, who remained faithful in the Lord’s Sanctuary when the Leaders when astray from Him – THEY ARE THE ONES who will APPROACH Him and SERVE Him.
  They will enter His Sanctuary, APPROACH His Table to minister to Him and Perform His SERVICE.
• We decree the HOLY SERVANTS ARE TEACHING GOD’S PEOPLE the difference between holy and common and ENABLING them to DISTINGUISH between clean and unclean.
  They will render decisions in keeping with His rulings.
  They will keep the Holy Feasts and Shabbats of the Lord.
• We decree and declare those who have devoured you will be devoured, all YOUR ENEMIES WILL GO INTO EXILE; those who plunder you will be plundered, those who pillaged you will be pillaged.
  The Lord God is RESTORING your health and healing your wounds, because they called you an outcast.
  You are being RAISED UP, Believers of Christ Jesus/ Yeshua Messiah!
• We decree God’s People who have been captive are returning HOME.
  God is taking pity on them.
  They will rebuild their cities with palaces where they’re supposed to be.
  The People of the Lord will come with a sound of THANKSGIVING and CELEBRATION!
• We decree and declare the Lord will increase those who have suffered; they will not decrease; He will HONOR them; they will not be despised.
  The Lord will punish all who oppress them.
  The Lord God is bringing a LEADER to His People who is one of their own, from among them.
  He will COME CLOSE to the Throne of God, for He will guarantee His Heart enough to approach Him.
• We decree and declare it is with HUMILITY and HOLINESS that you are able to approach the Lord God Almighty.
  He is CALLING YOU to go to the People, to the Regions to set them free by the Blood of the Lamb.
  Doors and Regions and Nations that have been CLOSED are now OPEN to receive the Gospel in the Name of Jesus Christ/Yeshua Messiah!
• We decree and declare, though People in the World have rejected you, YOU ARE BECOMING their Ruler and Ransomer by means of HIS HOLY CALLING.
  You will lead the People out, performing Miracles and Signs.
  It is through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua that you take His POWER and MIRACLES to the World.
• We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“⁴ Then He brought me by way of the north gate to the front of the house; and I looked, and behold, the glory of the Lord filled the house of the Lord, and I fell on my face. ⁵ The Lord said to me, “Son of man, mark well, see with your eyes and hear with your ears all that I say to you concerning all the statutes of the house of the Lord and concerning all its laws; and mark well the entrance of the house, with all exits of the sanctuary. ⁶ You shall say to the rebellious ones, to the house of Israel, ‘Thus says the Lord God, “Enough of all your abominations, O house of Israel, ⁷ when you brought in foreigners, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in My sanctuary to profane it, even My house, when you offered My food, the fat and the blood; for they made My covenant void—this in addition to all your abominations. ⁸ And you have not kept charge of My holy things yourselves, but you have set foreigners to keep charge of My sanctuary.” ⁹ ‘Thus says the Lord God, “No foreigner uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, of all the foreigners who are among the sons of Israel, shall enter My sanctuary. ¹⁰ But the Levites who went far from Me when Israel went astray, who went astray from Me after their idols, shall bear the punishment for their iniquity. ¹¹ Yet they shall be ministers in My sanctuary, having oversight at the gates of the house and ministering in the house; they shall slaughter the burnt offering and the sacrifice for the people, and they shall stand before them to minister to them. ¹² Because they ministered to them before their idols and became a stumbling block of iniquity to the house of Israel, therefore I have sworn against them,” declares the Lord God, “that they shall bear the punishment for their iniquity. ¹³ And they shall not come near to Me to serve as a priest to Me, nor come near to any of My holy things, to the things that are most holy; but they will bear their shame and their abominations which they have committed. ¹⁴ Yet I will appoint them to keep charge of the house, of all its service and of all that shall be done in it. ¹⁵ “But the Levitical priests, the sons of Zadok, who kept charge of My sanctuary when the sons of Israel went astray from Me, shall come near to Me to minister to Me; and they shall stand before Me to offer Me the fat and the blood,” declares the Lord God. ¹⁶ “They shall enter My sanctuary; they shall come near to My table to minister to Me and keep My charge…..

…… ²³ Moreover, they shall teach My people the difference between the holy and the profane, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean. ²⁴ In a dispute they shall take their stand to judge; they shall judge it according to My ordinances. They shall also keep My laws and My statutes in all My appointed feasts and sanctify My sabbaths,” Ezekiel 44:4-16, 23-24.

“¹⁶ ‘Therefore all who devour you will be devoured; and all your adversaries, every one of them, will go into captivity; and those who plunder you will be for plunder, and all who prey upon you I will give for prey. ¹⁷ ‘For I will restore you to health and I will heal you of your wounds,’ declares the Lord, ‘Because they have called you an outcast, saying: “It is Zion; no one cares for her.”’ ¹⁸ “Thus says the Lord, ‘Behold, I will restore the fortunes of the tents of Jacob and have compassion on his dwelling places; and the city will be rebuilt on its ruin, and the palace will stand on its rightful place. ¹⁹ ‘From them will proceed thanksgiving and the voice of those who celebrate; and I will multiply them and they will not be diminished; I will also honor them and they will not be insignificant. ²⁰ ‘Their children also will be as formerly, and their congregation shall be established before Me; and I will punish all their oppressors. ²¹ ‘Their leader shall be one of them, and their ruler shall come forth from their midst; and I will bring him near and he shall approach Me; for who would dare to risk his life to approach Me?’ declares the Lord. ²² ‘You shall be My people, and I will be your God,’” Jeremiah 30:16-22.

“³⁰ “After forty years had passed, an angel appeared to him in the wilderness of Mount Sinai, in the flame of a burning thorn bush. ³¹ When Moses saw it, he marveled at the sight; and as he approached to look more closely, there came the voice of the Lord: ³² ‘I am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob.’ Moses shook with fear and would not venture to look. ³³ But the Lord said to him, ‘Take off the sandals from your feet, for the place on which you are standing is holy ground. ³⁴ I have certainly seen the oppression of My people in Egypt and have heard their groans, and I have come down to rescue them; come now, and I will send you to Egypt.’ ³⁵ “This Moses whom they disowned, saying, ‘Who made you a ruler and a judge?’ is the one whom God sent to be both a ruler and a deliverer with the help of the angel who appeared to him in the thorn bush. ³⁶ This man led them out, performing wonders and signs in the land of Egypt and in the Red Sea and in the wilderness for forty years. ³⁷ This is the Moses who said to the sons of Israel, ‘God will raise up for you a prophet like me from your brethren.’ ³⁸ This is the one who was in the congregation in the wilderness together with the angel who was speaking to him on Mount Sinai, and who was with our fathers; and he received living oracles to pass on to you,” Acts 7:30-38.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971. Although faithfully attending congregations, volunteering and attending prayer meetings, and growing in her understanding of the Hebrew Scriptures, it wasn’t until 2015 that she began to receive greater revelations from the Lord. She also started the Washington State Revival Network to facilitate communications between congregations, and encourage individuals to visit groups experiencing REVIVAL. In June 2017 the Lord began expanding Dawn’s ministry to the Nations: first into Africa, then India, Pakistan and Asian countries. Her heart is to reach those in the rural and less populated areas as well as the larger cities.
