As Long As He Is In The World
A psalm to praise and sing to God, out loud.
As Long As He Is In The World
In the beginning was The Word,
And The Word was with God.
He was with God in the beginning.
Through Him all things were made;
Without Him nothing was made
In Him was Life, and that Life
Was the Light of all mankind
As long as He is in the world
He is the Light of the world
The Light shines in the darkness
And the darkness has not overcome it
His Light is in all those
Who believe in Him
For they are the Salt and Light of the earth
To be a beacon of Hope and Truth
To spread the Good News
To display The Works of The Father
Ohhh, for God cannot lie;
He keeps His Promises and Oaths
His are plans of Goodness—
And for all a future and a hope
He longs for you to be in His Fold
He longs for you to feel joy
He longs for you to have strength
He longs for you to have healing
He longs for you to have peace
He longs for you to have understanding and wisdom
He longs for you to be free from the enemy
He longs for you to choose Life!
So step into the Light
Leave the darkness behind
Let The LORD into your life:
Speak and declare:
Dear Heavenly Father in Jesus’ Name
I believe that Jesus died on the cross.
I ask that You come into my heart
To be my LORD and SAVIOR
And I thank You Father God
That I am a new creature made in Christ
Oh yes! I am made new!
And I thank You that my name
Is written in the Lamb’s Book of Life!
Oh I thank You Father God
That I am Your Child, in Jesus’ Name!
As long as He is in the world
He is the Light of the world
The Light shines in the darkness
And the darkness has not overcome it
And to all who hear or read this:
Let them be blessed with Your Grace and Mercy
May their souls hear You calling
And step into Your Light
Yes! Step into Your Light
And receive Your Life!
As long as He is in the world
He is the Light of the world
The Light shines in the darkness
And the darkness has not overcome it
Oh Yes and Amen….
Oh yes and Amen….
Oh yes, and Amen!!!
“As long as I AM in the world, I AM The Light of the world.” John 9:5
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” John 1:1-5
“But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith that we proclaim); because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. For the Scripture says, “Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, bestowing his riches on all who call on him. For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”” Romans 10:8-13
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” 2 Corinthians 5:17
“Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. The earth and the heavens fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what they had done. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.” Revelation 20:11-15
“Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I AM The Light of the world. Whoever follows Me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”” John 8:12
“I have come into the world as Light, so that whoever believes in me may not remain in darkness.” John 12:46
“In the same way, let your Light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father, Who is in heaven.” Matthew 5:16
“For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.” 2 Corinthians 4:6
“This is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.” 1 John 1:5
“But when anything is exposed by the light, it becomes visible, for anything that becomes visible is light. Therefore it says, “Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.”” Ephesians 5:13-14
“For so the Lord has commanded us, saying, “I have made you a Light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.”” Acts 14:37
“And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12
