Declarations & Decrees: As I Walk in Repentance, I Am Led by The Holy Spirit!

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power.

The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2-3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10,13).

• I decree and declare the Day of Atonement is a time to remember the Lord’s Truth and Commandments to us.
  We no longer have one day to atone for the sins of the year, but through Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua our sins have been ATONED for once and for all.
  We are to come to Him continually with a REPENTANT Heart, in Humility, SEEKING for His Will in our lives.
  My Life is DEAD in Christ/ Messiah and ALIVE through His Resurrection and the indwelling of His Spirit!
• I decree and declare I am WASHED by the Blood of the Lamb.
  I have put away my evil deeds from before the eyes of the Lord/ Adonai.
  I will no longer do evil.
  I do GOOD, seek JUSTICE, relieve the oppressed, defend the orphan, plead for the widow.
• I decree and declare though my sins were like scarlet, they became as WHITE AS SNOW.
  Though they were red like crimson, the became as wool, through the SACRIFICE of Christ Jesus/ Messiah Yeshua.
  As I am WILLING and OBEDIENT, I will eat the good of the Land!
• I decree and declare there is now NO CONDEMNATION FOR THOSE WHO ARE IN CHRIST JESUS/ MESSIAH YESHUA! For the LAW of the Spirit/ Ruach of Life has set you free from the Law/ Torah of sin and death.
  For God sent His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and as a sin offering, He condemned sin in the flesh, so that the requirement of the Law/ Torah might be FULFILLED IN US, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit/ Ruach!
• I decree and declare I will no longer live according to the things of the flesh but will LIVE according to the SPIRIT/ RUACH setting my mind on the THINGS OF THE SPIRIT/ RUACH.
  For I will no longer walk with the mindset of the flesh which is death, but will LIVE with the mindset of the Spirit/Ruach which is LIFE and PEACE/ SHALOM!
• I decree and declare I am not in the flesh but in the Spirit/ Ruach, for the Spirit of God/ Ruach Elohim DWELLS in me.
  Since Christ/ Messiah is in me, though my body is dead because of sin, yet the SPIRIT/ RUACH is ALIVE because of RIGHTEOUSNESS!
• I decree and declare ALL who are LED BY THE SPIRIT OF GOD/ RUACH ELOHIM, these are the sons of God.
  For you did not receive the spirit of ADOPTION by Whom we cry, “Abba, Father!”
  The Spirit/ Ruach Himself BEARS WITNESS with our spirit that we are Children of God/ Elohim.
  And if Children, also HEIRS — HEIRS OF GOD and Joint-Heirs with Christ/ Messiah — if indeed we suffer with Him so that we may also be GLORIFIED WITH HIM!
• I decree and declare I DESIRE TO DRAW NEAR TO JESUS/ YESHUA MY LORD/ ADONAI through all things.
  I consider the sufferings of the Present Time not worthy to be compared with the COMING GLORY to be revealed to us.
  For the Creation eagerly awaits the REVELATION of the Sons of God/ Elohim!
• I decree and declare in HOPE we were SAVED.
  We HOPE for what we do not see, WAITING EAGERLY FOR IT WITH PERSEVERANCE.
  In the same way, the Spirit/ Ruach helps our weakness.
  For we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself INTERCEDES FOR US with groans too deep for words.
  And He Who SEARCHES the Hearts KNOWS the mind of the Spirit/ Ruach, because He intercedes for the Holy Ones/ Kedoshim according to the will of God/ Elohim.
• I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit.

The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

“²⁷ “However on the tenth day of this seventh month is the day of atonement. It shall be a holy convocation to you. You shall afflict yourselves and you shall offer an offering made by fire to Yahweh. ²⁸ You shall do no kind of work in that same day, for it is a day of atonement, to make atonement for you before Yahweh your God,” Leviticus 23:27-28.

“¹⁶ Wash yourselves. Make yourself clean. Put away the evil of your doings from before my eyes. Cease to do evil. ¹⁷ Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow.
¹⁸ “Come now, and let’s reason together,” says Yahweh: “Though your sins are as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool. ¹⁹ If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good of the land; ²⁰ but if you refuse and rebel, you will be devoured with the sword; for the Yahweh’s mouth has spoken it,”” Isaiah 1:16-20.

“¹ There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. ² For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death. ³ For what the law couldn’t do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh; ⁴ that the ordinance of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. ⁵ For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. ⁶ For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace; ⁷ because the mind of the flesh is hostile toward God; for it is not subject to God’s law, neither indeed can it be. ⁸ Those who are in the flesh can’t please God. ⁹ But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if it is so that the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if any man doesn’t have the Spirit of Christ, he is not his. ¹⁰ If Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the spirit is alive because of righteousness. ¹¹ But if the Spirit of him who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.
¹² So then, brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. ¹³ For if you live after the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. ¹⁴ For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God. ¹⁵ For you didn’t receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!”
¹⁶ The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God; ¹⁷ and if children, then heirs: heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with him, that we may also be glorified with him.
¹⁸ For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which will be revealed toward us. ¹⁹ For the creation waits with eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed. ²⁰ For the creation was subjected to vanity, not of its own will, but because of him who subjected it, in hope ²¹ that the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of decay into the liberty of the glory of the children of God. ²² For we know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together until now. ²³ Not only so, but ourselves also, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for adoption, the redemption of our body. ²⁴ For we were saved in hope, but hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for that which he sees? ²⁵ But if we hope for that which we don’t see, we wait for it with patience.
²⁶ In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered. ²⁷ He who searches the hearts knows what is on the Spirit’s mind, because he makes intercession for the saints according to God.
²⁸ We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose. ²⁹ For whom he foreknew, he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. ³⁰ Whom he predestined, those he also called. Whom he called, those he also justified. Whom he justified, those he also glorified,” Romans 8:1-30.

Dawn Flores has been involved in the Lord’s ministry, in lay capacities, since 1971.
