Today, The LORD reminded me of the Snake and the Eagle.

In a vision, I saw a Snake crawling through the dust and hidden in the grass. He is a creature which crawls on his belly 24/7.

It is the only realm in which he has a chance to capture his prey. And then I saw an Eagle. The Eagle is made to soar. He does not fear the Snake.

The Snake is his prey. But he does not defeat his enemy, the serpent, on the ground. Oh no. The Eagle grabs the snake by its head and carries him into HIS territory.

The Snake has NO power in the air. It is weak and helpless in the Eagle’s talons. The battlefield has changed. God uses the natural things of this world to show us spiritual truths.

The Snake is the devil and his demons, and the Eagle is you, Child of God.

Don’t fight your battles in the natural realm. Take flight in the Spirit and take your fight to Throne of Grace and lay it down at the Feet of Jesus.

Jesus defeated the serpent at The Cross.

Jesus came to DESTROY the works of the devil! Be encouraged today.

The Word says that the God of Peace shall soon CRUSH Satan under our feet! Hallelujah! That thing you are facing is NOT hopeless!

Rise up, Child of God and begin to WAR in the Spirit!

Listen to what The Spirit says, “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means harm you!

Beloved. Beware of “snakes in the grass.” But have no fear of them, Dear One. I have anointed your eyes to “see”.

You have EAGLE vision. You are a SNAKE DESTROYER! The grass represents humanity. There are evil spirits among you. They deceive, kill, steal, and destroy.

But remember My Child, you are not fighting flesh and blood, but principalities, powers, rulers of darkness, and spiritual wickedness in high places.

Do not be in dread of them. I AM the Dread Champion of My People. I have given the high places to My Children. This dominion was recaptured for you at The Cross. You are no longer subject to the laws of this world, but you have been raised up in Grace and Power.

Nothing escapes My Eye, Beloved. I know the good and the evil. I AM anointing your eyes with Salve to see by My Spirit.

You have your Father’s eyes, Beloved. I have given you the gift of Discerning of Spirits.

You shall see that which was previously hidden to you. Remain steadfast. Fear not. Do not be shaken by evil tidings.

I have given you My Authority over the enemy and his minions. For too long, you have suffered at his hands, Dear One.

But My Spirit is in you to remind you who you are in Me. You have the very same authority as Paul, who, when the snake tried to bite him, SHOOK IT OFF into the fire and he was UNHARMED.

In the same way, I shall protect you from the serpent’s poison and the evil one will NOT be able to hold onto you. You shall not be shaken, but you shall shake the kingdom of darkness.

When the enemy tries to come at you with bad reports, lying symptoms, and fear, SHAKE HIM OFF, My Child.

I AM He who has set you free. His authority in your life has been overcome. I have trained your hands for war and your fingers for battle.

I AM the Rock upon whom the enemy is crushed. I AM renewing your strength and your youth like the Eagle.

You shall mount up with wings as eagles; you shall run, and not be weary; you shall walk, and not faint.

Rise up, My Mighty Warrior Eagle! Grab that snake by the neck, fly high in the Spirit, and shake him off!

Leave that fight at the Throne of Grace. Leave that serpent at My Feet, My Child. For the God of Peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. My Grace is with you.

Go forth, My Warrior Eagle, spread your Wings and ride the thermals of My Spirit. And from the Heights, you shall look down with satisfaction upon your adversaries.

For I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. I have hidden these things from the wise and learned and revealed them to babes.

Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.

Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”

“Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.” 1 John 3:7-8.

“The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.” Romans 16:20.

“And when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks, and laid them on the fire, there came a viper out of the heat, and fastened on his hand… and he shook off the beast into the fire, and felt no harm.” Acts 28:3,5.

“Then the seventy returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name.” And He said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.” In that hour Jesus rejoiced in the Spirit and said, “I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and revealed them to babes. Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight.” Luke 10:17-21.

“But the dragon was not strong enough, and no longer was any place found in heaven for him and his angels. And the great dragon was hurled down — that ancient serpent called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him. And I heard a loud voice in heaven saying: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of His Christ. For the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down — he who accuses them day and night before our God.” Revelation 12:8-10.

“But The LORD is with me like a dread champion; therefore my persecutors will stumble and not prevail. They will be utterly ashamed, because they have failed, with an everlasting disgrace that will not be forgotten.” Jeremiah 30:11.

“I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go: I will guide you with Mine eye.” Psalms 32:8.

“But they that wait upon The LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint,” Isaiah 40:31.

“Who is like you, a people saved by The LORD, Who is the shield of your help and the sword of your majesty! So your enemies will cringe before you, and you will tread upon their high places.” Deuteronomy 33:29.

“For he will never be shaken; the righteous will be remembered forever. He will not fear evil tidings; His heart is steadfast, trusting in The LORD. His heart is upheld, he will not fear, until he looks with satisfaction on his adversaries.” Psalm 112:6-8.
