Are You for Peace or War? Pt.3
Are You for Peace or War?
Continuing on this Subject…
“And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.” Ephesians 4:32
Good morning.
This morning it was on my heart to talk about how we must try to walk in peace with one another.
Still keep in mind to do so we must not ever compromise Godly principles.
This is a YouTube post I did on the subject, before.
My hope is that I can try to bring more light on this subject.
We must stay tenderhearted and kind, forgiving one another.
There was John 10:9 quoted; also John 14:6; Romans 5:9; 1 John 1:7, etc.
Just some closing thoughts on the video:
- We must rebuke in a spirit of love.
- God will back up His Word.
- God can take away all fear out of us.
Also this was the article with two links’ posted with it if you wish to follow along on the subject.
Continuing further on today:
Everywhere you look it seems people are wanting to divide and fuss about most everything!
We should beware of a root of bitterness trying to get in our own hearts!
One thing we all need is to receive correction from the hand of God.
Mostly I want to tie in these scriptures below with this message today.
Allow them to speak plainly to our hearts.
“Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby. Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees; And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed. Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see The LORD: Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;” Hebrews 12:11-15
It is a good thing also to run references on the verses.
Also, a verse that stands out to me is:
“But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.” Hebrews 13:16
Closing for now.
God bless each one as we seek to walk out this Christian life.
