Are You for Peace or War? Pt.2
That is still the ongoing question today!
Good morning.
This video was made this year. It goes along with this article below on the subject much on my heart.
We need to learn to try to be ‘peacemakers’ and not ‘troublemakers’ in the Kingdom of God!
My desire is this will help each one of you today as you listen along and read.
September 22, 2022.
“Just where are you and I today with The LORD?
We must decide and know. So many are far away and it breaks my heart.
Still some do and will seek after God on a deeper level.
“Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded,” James 4:8
We can only find God through the person of Jesus Christ, the only Righteous One.
There surely is just One door and One way to come in!
“I AM The Door: by Me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture,” John 10:9
“Jesus saith unto him, “I AM The Way, The Truth, and The Life: no man cometh unto The Father, but by Me,“” John 14:6
By the way, it has never changed. It still takes The Blood of Jesus to save our souls!
“Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him,” Romans 5:9
“But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin,” 1 John 1:7
All Glory is due His matchless, Holy Name!
Truly what I want and desire is to seek Him with all my heart, soul, mind and strength.
(Some scripture at the end.)
Still everywhere I look and go, there seems to be a lot of debate and strife.
Wherever possible, I try to be a peacemaker.
Do we want peace? Surely, we should always desire peace. Yet, not so at the cost of compromise.
Still we have to know when to speak and when to be quiet.
I am still learning, and I believe we all are if we are on the ‘Potter’s Wheel.’
We just need to be honest about it.
You’d better believe I don’t have all the answers, but I know the One who does!
So I cry out to The LORD God above for wisdom. There are scriptures for that also. Does The Bible not tell us if any man lacks wisdom, to ask of God?
Many times when we speak, others want war.
“I am for peace: but when I speak, they are for war,” Psalm 120:7
It is a question of the heart, and how we are operating. Also with them it is also of their heart.
The Bible clearly says:
“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?” Jeremiah 17:9
Still a heart can be pure in God.
Let me add here our hands can be clean, also and should.
“Who shall ascend into the hill of The LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive the blessing from The LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation,” Psalm 24:3-5.
I believe before we even start our day, we need to do a ‘heart check.’
We must stay in a repentant mode, seeking God for any ‘little foxes’ that are trying to get in.
It is surely a troubled day we live in. Let us seek to get closer to the ‘Great I AM,’ and not further away.
Love to all. God bless you.
“And thou shalt love The LORD thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these,” Mark 12:30-31
“Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God,” Matthew 5:9
“Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see The LORD, looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God, lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled,” Hebrews 12:14-15
“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed,” James 1:5-6
To conclude today, here is another article that is a teaching here. Still, It may benefit to put it together.
“Are We Seeing God & Making Peace?“
Let us all prepare our hearts to choose the right way!
Postscript
God bless you all.

Chrisopher may I quote part of your own words?
…”This Elijah did because of the wickedness of Israel at the time and so must anyone who would confront the false peace the Church has made with sin. It is not that we long for war but we will not compromise accepting a false standard in the process.”
This was ‘not’ my ‘subject’ at all, of a false peace the Church has made with sin.
If you listened to my youtube video, read the scriptures and the articles you would see this.
Thank you. God bless
