Are You Feeding on Manna or Chicken Soup?
Are You Feeding on Manna (Revelation)
or Chicken Soup?
If you watch and observe very carefully, you can see that there are many voices which are going forth from the flesh and claiming to be Revelation from The Lord…
The Word of God tells us about many false prophets and false teachers who are gone out into the world. Even though some may seem legitimate, you can tell by their words and their actions, their true identity.
False prophets and false teachers always have an agenda other than Kingdom agenda. Either its for self-exaltation, sin justification, false teaching on grace and/or monetary gain. In Matthew 7:15 Christ warns us about these wolves in sheep clothing and you shall know them by their fruit (Luke 6:44).
Their agenda for giving you a Word from God or proclaiming the Word of God is always a cover for a hidden fleshly and self serving agenda. Most of the time it is for money and financial gain. Money and self agendas are always their focus and this is why they play on the emotions and common issues that plague vulnerable people.
They feed you stale words over and over again and then make you feel guilty if you don’t give to them or go along with their schemes. This is why the Word of God tells us in 2 Timothy 2:15 to study the Word of God so that you will be able to discern what is from God and what is not from God. Also, 1 john 4:1 says: “beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God: because many false prophets have gone out into the world.”
Therefore, it is critical that you stay focused on God and use spiritual discernment in these times, because even in the Kingdom of God, some of the ministers of God have become lovers of themselves; filled with pride and filled with self–serving agendas.
Finally, the Word of God is your measuring tool for which to use discernment. So therefore, make sure you are soaring as an eagle and feeding only on Revelation and confirmations which come directly from God. God always serves fresh heavenly manna and fresh rhema words to His people which confirm directly to the spirit and soul. His Word will never come to serve or tickle the “flesh” and will not return to Him void.
On the other hand, if you are eating and feeding on stale words that are falling to ground and feeding the flesh, that means that you are pecking around with barnyard birds, and the only thing that you are eating and feeding on is a big bowl of chicken soup!
“Watch out for false prophets . They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves” Matthew 7:15.
“But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!” 2 Timothy 3 1-5.
“For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear” 2 Timothy 4:3.

3 Therefore I want you to understand that no one speaking under the power and influence of the [Holy] Spirit of God can [ever] say, Jesus be cursed! And no one can [really] say, Jesus is [my] Lord, except by and under the power and influence of the Holy Spirit.
Your article is so relevant to me because this is exactly what is happening in my church. You nailed it! Thank you Lord, for the revelation on this matter.
Thank you!
