Are We Seeing God & Making Peace? Part 2
Good morning.
Today will be a continuation on this subject.
Let me say here, we don’t have to have a degree to be a peacemaker in the Kingdom of God.
We can give Godly counsel as a Christian when our hearts and our motives are pure and right.
This will flow better if you can take the time to open the links provided below.
Scriptures are as always given. I felt the Holy Spirit helped me to outline these 7 points to teach in Part 1.
We all need to understand operating in the flesh will only make things worse!
Read:
Now with our heart issues settled, ‘right timing’ is crucial.
In ‘conflict resolution’, we need to know what, how and when to go about it.
Sometimes there is too much ‘water under the bridge’ that has gone on with people.
Then sometimes, people are just not ready to make peace between themselves.
What do we do then?
We wait for the Almighty God to work it out with His perfect timing!
If you try to work it out before, there will be many false accusers on both sides of a issue.
The LORD spoke to me: “When I say move in, hearts are then ready.”
If we take one step before it’s time, havoc will reign!
Also some things we are not to meddle in. There is a difference.
“He that passeth by, and meddleth with strife belonging not to him, is like one that taketh a dog by the ears.As a mad man who casteth firebrands, arrows, and death, So is the man that deceiveth his neighbour, and saith, Am not I in sport? Where no wood is, there the fire goeth out: so where there is no talebearer, the strife ceaseth. As coals are to burning coals, and wood to fire; so is a contentious man to kindle strife. The words of a talebearer are as wounds, and they go down into the innermost parts of the belly. Burning lips and a wicked heart are like a potsherd covered with silver dross. He that hateth dissembleth with his lips, and layeth up deceit within him; When he speaketh fair, believe him not: for there are seven abominations in his heart. Whose hatred is covered by deceit, his wickedness shall be shewed before the whole congregation. Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein: and he that rolleth a stone, it will return upon him.” Proverbs 26:17-27
Closing with this excerpt that I wrote before:
“We need to continually try to be ‘Peacemakers’ in The Body of Christ. Still in all relationships with saved and unsaved, we should operate that way. Don’t be a talebearer even repeating ‘true’ facts, if it does no good !
Do I fail? Of course, this message must go out to me first. Still if we fail, we must ask for forgiveness and move on. Sometimes we should correct a matter if we have added to the confusion.
“A talebearer revealeth secrets: but he that is of a faithful spirit concealeth the matter.” Proverbs 12:13.
“Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.” Matthew 5:9
God bless you all.

So good Joyce. Proverbs is loaded with practical wisdom; it’s time I really dig into that book.
Shalom dear one.
Elizabeth, I surely need to dig more myself. Thank you for confirmation and coming by. Many blessings and love in Christ! ❤️
