Recently I have heard more and more people saying God has told them to pray to rebuke the enemy who has the heavens closed above them.

These people are dogmatic and determined, and they claim to have the power to open up the heavens above whole cities etc. They are saying: nothing can be done until the heavens are opened and taken back from the devil!

I have taken this before the LORD and this is what I hear:

“My heavens are clearly open, yes open for all to call.

Cannot you even know, I opened them up at the resurrection morning above all! Oh, did you not read that I died to destroy the works of the enemy.

I did put sin to death! How then do you think he is still not… defeated, and he can close them again?

Do you not know, can you not see, that in the Old Testament men struggled? Yet at that time they had only a promise. And they [who believed and had true faith] all died having not received the promise.

But now, can you not know that things are not the same, for now I light every man and say to him, call upon me and I will save you.

Now understand and know, the enemy has been given some power back by those who glorify him. He cannot take it himself by his power.

The very ones who are saying the devil has this power, are the ones who give him power. They are the ones who empower him by glorifying him above God. They say he has power, does this not embolden him to further deceive?

Unblocked they are, and the heavens are open, by My very blood. The heavens are open for all to come who will choose to come. I have opened the door and no man can close it. I have closed the door on the devil’s power, and no man can open it.

Call upon <e, oh ye of all nations, and see that the way is clear and My heavens opened to you who will come.”

I have posted this word in obedience to my LORD.

LORD, reveal to them the open heavens. Shine down upon them so they will know, you are not blocked but available to all men in every place over this entire world.
