An Alert! This is the SEASON of Purim!
The LORD spoke to me: “This is the SEASON of PURIM!
Not just a few remembrance days upon the calendar — but the SEASON of MY JUSTICE, MY REDEMPTION, AND MY SWORD!”
( This Word came March 18, 2025 after I had finished a leadership call. )
There are times and seasons in God’s calendar of both “Graces and Judgements”…
As I am ministering both to individuals, and in situations that have far reaching ramifications, I can see and hear so clearly how their current stories fall into the “story lines” of Esther.
Her courageous stand before the King, risking her very life for the sake of duty, and “the call” placed upon her life.
Being guided by her faithful uncle Mordecai, standing against the evils of Haman in order to rescue her people, an entire nation, from the threat of extinction.
Investigate the book of Esther to see and hear what the Spirit is speaking to the Church in this Day.
“The Book of Esther tells the story of a Jewish woman named Esther who becomes queen of Persia and saves her people from a plot to annihilate them orchestrated by the king’s advisor, Haman. The narrative highlights themes of courage, identity, and divine providence, culminating in the celebration of the Jewish festival of Purim, which commemorates their deliverance.” (from ©Assist)
There are many dynamics at play in this story.
The invitation is to go through the book of Esther with The Holy Spirit as your guide.
Ask the deeper questions about both the cultural context and how The Holy Spirit would apply it in a revelatory way today.
“He who has ears to hear, let him hear what The Spirit is saying to The Churches!”
Who are the players and what is the scenario before us?
There was a fierce ruler, King Ahasuerus who ruled over 127 provinces from India to Ethiopia. There was a counsel of men around him that determined the fate of a ruling Queen Vashti, ousting her into obscurity after she refused to comply with the King’s request.
This expulsion gave way for a successor to the Queen, none other than a Jewish orphan, Hadassah, (Esther), guided by her uncle Mordecai.
Key to the plot is an evil man, Haman, making his way up into the graces and counsel of the King, as an advisor.
We have an entire nation within an nation threatened with total annihilation because of the consuming rage of this one individual.
This man Haman, so filled with pride and blinded by self aggrandizement that he would exterminate an entire race because of the threat of one righteous individual to his pride.
Esther begins her courageous story as an unknown orphaned girl, little “Hadassah”. She was a virtual “nobody” coming into royalty against all odds.
Arising from obscurity into the palace of the King to become his chosen queen, ultimately changing the course of history for an entire nation.
We see how circumstances of favor far beyond her own making or doing opened up for her, but she was a ready and willing vessel, with a strength of character that had been carefully nurtured in truth and love by an uncle that took her in and raised her as his own.
Mordecai watched over her and the circumstances of her life with great care. He knew the promise that The LORD God had placed upon this child, and when opportunity presented itself, he was ready to bring her forth for her appointed time and role.
When the time came for her to make a stand that could have very well cost her life, she had both deep personal integrity and the favor of the king on her side.
A life of consecration and purity had prepared her to stand in the gap for an entire nation.
For The LORD’s Bride now…
As the Bridal company from within the Body of Christ, we have been in seasons of preparation for this appointed time in history.
Beginning with a journey of purification, followed by a season of tutelage that would prepare us for a “readiness to rule” in the spirit realm.
When I look at the timeline in my own ministry, I can see how The LORD began a deep work of “Bridal purification” around 2014-15.
We were going through an intense internal process of being refined, oiled and perfumed, ministering to others this “Bridal Journey”.
Then about the time of 2020 there was a clear shift in understanding of our “authority to rule in the midst of our enemies” and how it was to be encompassed in our earthly walk with our Lord as King and Guide.
Now here we are in 2025.
Are we in readiness to stand against this great evil that has nihilism at its core, seeking to absolutely exterminate the Body of Christ?
Are we even aware of the threat?
Who has been prepared to stand in this Hour?
It’s interesting to note that it’s been five years since our lockdowns. Correlate this with the timeline in Esther’s journey in the palace.
She had reigned as queen alongside of Ahasuerus for five years before the threat of Haman to her people.
In this season:
This country “just North of promise”, now blatantly threatened by the very same “system and spirit of nihilism” that sought to take out God’s people in the book of Esther.
A people has been corrupted from the inside out, with their own governmental “due process” being stolen from under them.
A people compromised by their unwillingness to take a clear stand for righteousness has now a great evil on their doorstep.
- Who will now stand in “before the King” on behalf of these people in order to prevail against the darkness?
- Who is appointed?
- Who has submitted themself properly to the season and process of purification?
- Who is robed in the righteousness of her King?
- Who’s garments are spotless?
- Who has been purified sufficiently and “come out from among them”, in order to come and stand before the King to plead the cause of a nation?
LORD God have mercy we pray!
May “this one” — “this company of true consecrated Believers” be found before you!
Father, may the Blood of the only true righteous One, Jesus the Christ, speak on our behalf.
We fall on Your Mercy, O Lord.
Extend Your Sceptre of Favor towards us.
For the sake of Your Name.
Save us from our enemies.
Your Kingdom Come.
Amen.
“And they sang a new song, saying:
“You are worthy to take the scroll,
And to open its seals;
For You were slain,
And have redeemed us to God by Your blood
Out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation,
And have made us kings and priests to our God;
And we shall reign on the earth.”
Then I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, the living creatures, and the elders; and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands, saying with a loud voice:
“Worthy is the Lamb who was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom, and strength and honor and glory and blessing!”
And every creature which is in heaven and on the earth and under the earth and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, I heard saying:
“Blessing and honor and glory and power be to Him who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb, forever and ever!” Revelation 5:9-13 NKJV.
