America: Watch and Pray for Texas
America: Watch and pray for the state of Texas in this hour!
I saw the state of Texas in a state of emergency. The enemy comes to rob, kill and destroy.
Important note: While reading through the [Facebook] comments I saw it mentioned that the Super Bowl is taking place this weekend in Texas. When I read this it immediately jumped out at me as being significant and it made sense to something I had seen while in prayer this morning.
Lets be in consistent prayer for divine protection and divine intervention over this event, and the state of Texas as a whole.
I was clearly shown a deadly assignment of the enemy over this region today, furthermore would you pray over the ‘weather’.
I see a great shifting taking place over the weather in the days ahead.
We are in a Season of Divine Confrontation!
What does godly confrontation look like?
Well we know that jesus was never afraid to confront issues, however when Jesus did confront it was always strategic and specific, it was redemptive and restorative.
If anyone had the right to confront a situation it was He, His heart motives were always pure and perfect. We on the other hand, need to guard our hearts when confronting people, our hearts need to be pure and our motives need to be right.
Jesus did not go around looking to right every wrong, however he did confront things that needed to be dealt with quickly and effectively thus preventing the the enemy from gaining ground and or establishing a spiritual foothold.
We must remember in this season of divine confrontation that the true essence or kingdom purpose for confrontation is to seek to rebuild and restore, revive and renew the lives of those around us.
When I read the scriptures I am always amazed at how so often Jesus did not confront issues that I would have deemed a matter to confront. Jesus was always motivated by radical love and radical freedom.
Jesus gives us a beautiful picture of what godly confrontation should look like, as we follow His example we will see lives changed and radically transformed to the glory of God.
Jesus said, “Do nothing from rivalry or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.”
Blessings to you all.
