As you look upon the number 1, as in September 11, and the two towers side by side, so am I, says the Lord of Hosts, rising upon and within two states in the United States of America by My power, to rise up like two edifices which will shake up and shatter and expose the evil that was and is responsible for the twin tower destruction and the many lives that were taken as a result.

These two states, standing up side by side, are a sign from Me says the Lord, as two witnesses, a foreshadowing of the final two witnesses in the end times. The two states contain heaven’s revolution against evil, and will spread righteousness to 11 states, and will begin a new rule, then to 22 states, to 33 states to 44 states.

My seven-fold spirit in Isaiah 11 will shake and transform the entire world, beginning with the spirit of the fear of The Lord!

For all who hear and pray this word, and who call upon Me, says the Lord, I will turn their curses into blessings! Even those who have been breathing the poisons of hell, the depleted uranium, and even the toxic waters, I will heal and transform their physical lives right before the very eyes of the wicked. For this date of December 7, 2015 is now My beginning of fruitfulness, even as 14 years of fear has taunted My people, says the Lord.

“NOW,” the spirit of the fear of the Lord has, and is, taking over.

I AM destroying the evils right before the eyes of the wicked elite, even giving them opportunity to repent of the wickedness. The Lord says, “If the rulers of the U.S.A. and the nations continue to “lie,” I will cause their tongues to cleave to the roof of their mouths, struck dumb, as a sign and a wonder to the wicked in government.”

“I,” says the Lord, “AM rising up even through the voice of My prophets and people to pray and prophesy to the governments of nations, as it is written in Isaiah 26:9, unless the judgments of the Lord are in the earth, the peoples do not learn righteousness. Choose My goodness that leads to repentance, not pride, not greed, not bloodshed, not lying, not darkness, but choose light.”

Jesus says, “I am the light of the world and the light of men, whosoever walks after Me shall have the light and the life of the lamb of God.” As a remembrance, “I,” says the Lord, have not forgotten Pearl Harbor, December 7, 1941. It was “Not” a surprise attack, for there was full knowledge of leaders that fomented entrance into the war with Germany and Italy.

The anger of the Lord is kindled, with a white hot jealousy, against the lying leaders and their wicked spirits who destroyed many. Now 74 years later, I am rising up, as in the days of old, to render judgment to every leader, those still alive, and those currently who “lie” and grind the face of the poor into the dust and have no regard of their Creator.

As in the days of Obadiah, it was written, “you should not have” Esau and/ Edom, hurt your brother Jacob as you did, therefore, the House of Jacob shall be a fire and the House of Joseph shall be a flame, and the House of Esau will be as stubble.

The twin states I AM raising up, says the Lord, will burn with My glory, and they will spread to 11 states, to 22 states to 33 states, to 44 states, and I will consume the nations with My prosperity and righteousness.

My spirit of the Fear of the Lord is appointed and launching December 7, 2015 as a marked beginning of My Presence changing curses into blessings.

“I, the Lord, ”am confronting right out of the Book of Jude, the spirit of Balaam, the spirit of Cain, the spirit of Korah and will destroy the works and spirits of darkness, (1 John 3:8). You, My people, are called according to My purpose.

Remember Isaiah 3:10-15. Again I enter into discipline and judgment to answer the cry of the nations to separate the sheep from the goats, the wheat from the tares, the righteous from the wicked. “Turn, therefore to Me,” says the Lord, “for the glory has come and is rising like the noon day sun, even the Morning Star with healing in His wings, the Son of Righteousness, the Awaited One, the Messiah, Jesus Christ, the lamb that was slain before the foundations of the world.

“Texas, rise up, you’re the first state, and pray for the rest to follow,” says the Lord. “I AM rising upon twin governors of twin states commanding unity and giving a blessing of life to them, according to Psalm 133,” “Behold how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell in unity, for there I have commanded a blessing of life forevermore.”

Even as these first two governors come to unity, I will give prosperity in their states like never before. They will speak truth and reproof to many leaders in many places and challenge the so-called unity in the United Kingdom, and places like the United Nations and the United States of America, and United Arab Emirates, about the type of unity in truth they really have, for “I AM THE TRUTH,” says the Lord.

“I have,” says the Lord, “spoken through many prophets, and continue to use apostles, prophets, teachers, evangelists, and shepherds, but now, as it is written in Hebrews 1, I AM speaking through “the Son,” and the many members of the body of Christ,” (1 Corinthians 12:12).

I AM now calling you all to rise up and prophesy, even with imprecatory words [words to invoke or call down] and topple wicked leadership all over the earth, and prophesy My glory into the families of the earth.

Like My Joel 2 army, I say “Prophesy,” says the Lord, “and speak out with sighs and cries against the abominations that are continuing to hurt My people in the earth.”

Thus says the Lord, “I will now begin to bring to account the wicked dynasties!” It is the appointed time of the spirit of the Fear of the Lord to render judgment and discipline to these as examples, so that the nations and their governments may see, hear, and fear the Lord of Host.

Again as it is written: Isaiah 11:4 He, Jesus, “will strike the earth with the rod of His mouth: with the breath of His lips will He slay the wicked. All the day long I stand with open arms seeking to embrace you says the Lord,” (Romans 10:21).
